BB Cream -Maybelline - Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB Cream

Beware of this product if you have dry or eczema prone skin! This BB cream makes my face break out in seriously itchy eczema patches. This stuff is literally like putting tinted water on your face. Absolutely no coverage! I've used it off and on, underneath my regular foundation and my face either breaks out immediately the day I use it or the day after. It's annoying, it takes about a week for my skin to return to normal. Save your skin!
I'm impressed with this eyeliner. For a decent price you get rich color and smooth application. The staying power is excellent and I haven't had any eye sensitivity. I do have problems twisting the eyeliner out, you have to twist slowly and apply some pressure. It's annoying but not a deal breaker for me. Definitely worth checking out!
Polishes -Sally Hansen - Diamond Strength - Sunrise Sunset

This is probably my new favorite nail polish! I think most of the polishes I own make my hands look green in comparison to the color. This looks oddly natural. It isn't a shocking color, instead it's muted down by the gold/green shimmer. I own mostly corals, oranges, reds and this is definitely the best. A must have if you have olive or yellow skin tones!
This is probably my favorite of all the perfumes I own, just everything about it suits me. I literally crave to smell this perfume if I don't wear it for awhile. Something in this reminds me of amour amour, but I don't know what it is, I'll leave that to someone else! It's smells divine and it seems like everytime I wear it someone tells me I smell good. I feel beautiful just wearing it. I hope they never stop making this =)
I LOVE this! I'm a super lip balm junkie and it's important to me to have to have a super moisturizing lip balm to put on at night. It seriously feels like I've tried everything, because I have no idea what to try next. I have never ever ever used a lip product this long, without buying something else because it was better. Try this, it will improve your lips the longer you use it!
I usually use rose salve on my lips at night, but when I ran out I was excited to try something new. The ingredients in this looked good to me, so I was excited to give it a shot. I don't really mind it being in a pot. What I mind is the texture. It's too hard, dry and thick so it takes too long to warm up and spread on my lips. Could just be me being picky = / I don't think it's that moisturizing either, I keep noticing myself rubbing it into my lips trying to feel something. But the worst thing is the terrible terrible terrible taste! And it never goes away! Even if it worked good I don't even want to use this again just for taste and scent. I'm going back to my HG C.O Bigelow rose salve it works waaaay better than this, plus you can get two tins of it at Bath and Body Works or Urban Outfitters for the price of one pot of this.
Powder -Everyday Minerals - Olive Medium - Semi Matte

What can I say? I always seem to come back to this...No it doesn't provide as much coverage as I would like, but then again I haven't tried the matte or intensive formula in this shade. Lately I've been wearing this over my Shiseido dual balancing foundation just because I can't seem to get any liquids with enough olive tones in it. It seems to work out nicely since the Shideido is too yellow, and I have oily skin, so I can layer it nicely. I actually look quite glowy! I could probably get a better match by adding a tiny bit of the golden foundations to it, but I'm pretty content as it is. It's a good product and I'd recommend it to all olive skinned girls out there. The packaging is messy though!
I actually went through 3 full sized jars of these! it's nice they last so long but something always looked off when I'd put it on. Finalllly I figured out that it's way too red for my super olive/yellow skin. Other than that, I loved that it was matte and how dark it was. Those parts were perfect
Lotions/ Creams -Vaseline - Sheer Infusion Body Lotion

When I hear not-so-good reviews I try to make products work just so that I'm not disappointed in my purchase. This is an okay lotion, but I've tried sooo many lotions that I know what's good. It's light, and it feels like it sinks in when you use it, but after a few hours I've noticed that it's just laying on the surface. I've used cheaper lotions that were more moisturizing than this. I've never used a lotion so sticky in my life - and I've used everything... Also it leaves this nasty greenish gray residue on my skin everywhere I put it. I would have BLACK everywhere in the morning when I woke up. That was the final straw. On to try lotions from Sally's =/
Mascara -Lancome - Oscillation Vibrating Infinite Mascara
thechinesericeball 2/5/2010 4:31:00 AM
This is the biggest waste of money ever. It did nothing for my lashes, they were long....but my lashes are already long! No volume at all, and they clumped. I would never use this again if I hadn't already spent 40 bucks on a mascara, but now I'm determined to somehow make it work =( soooo disappointed in myself for being conned into buying this crazy thing when I wanted lancome hypnose drama in the first place.
I LOVE this!! Instant glow =) I used to use high beam, but I soon as I saw this (just as someone said below) I thought it would look much better with my skin tone. I love high beam, but not for everyday. Moon beam looks beautiful and natural on my olive skin. Also high beam tends to be shiny on me, and having oily skin I don't need the extra shine. Moon beam is more of a luminous glow. It's perfect, I find myself reaching for it most days!
Mascara -Revlon - 3D Extreme Mascara - Blackest Black

I'm confused by the rating on this product. I am seriously the biggest mascara JUNKIE in the world. I've tried every volumizing mascara by every brand, plus ordering the brands that aren't available online from sephora, it's crazy. But I keep coming back to this. Granted, I usually combine it with another mascara, but it does fine on it's own too. It gives me the fullest lashes I've ever gotten from a mascara. I like the tiny brush too, it helps me maneuver it around and get the tiny lashes. The only downside for me is that it flakes by the end of the day and gets in my contacts, but most mascaras I try do that. It's my tried and true thickening DS brand mascara!
Ahhh this will always be one of my favorite perfumes, and I'm a perfume junkie! I have a collection to choose from everyday, but this is my go to perfume. I always feel pretty and confident when I where this. It is sweet, but not in a sick way. Not like pink sugar, which i hate. The grapefruit helps balance it out. A little goes a lonnnng way, and I can smell it on myself almost all day which is so nice. The dry down imo is when the scent smells the best. I always get compliments with this perfume, and this is my guys favorite of all, bonus! =)
Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Polyester Bride eyeshadow
thechinesericeball 2/4/2010 10:12:00 PM
I'm surprised by some of the reviews on here, I like this eyeshadow! I would never use it for anything else but highlighting though. It is very white and glittery, but under my brow and the inner corner of my eye it looks wonderful! It's a bonus its in my Ammo eye palette, but im not sure I'd buy a full sized one, just because there are cheaper shadows that do the same thing.
I love this eyeshadow! It makes my eyes look super blue, and it stays on all day (with the help of UDPP). I like to pair it with Maui Wowie, but really it's super versatile and I can use it in tons of looks!
