i really enjoy using this product. the body butter is the perfect consistency and it gives you the love spell scent in the right strength- it is not as overwhelming as the mist and edt spray. the cream lasts a very long time and has an excellent shelf life- i bought mine over a year ago and it still looks and smells the same as the day i bought it! i would buy this product again.
i like love spell- i don't love it- but i do enjoy it once and a while. it is addictive when you first start using it, but it can become overwhelming and annoying very quickly. it is not my favorite VS scent, but it does smell pretty good in small doses. i prefer this scent in the lotion/cream/body butter forms, but the spray is alright. i would buy this scent again, but not in the fragrance/mist form.
when i first smelled secret charm i was not very impressed- even less so after i tried the lotion in the store (i really don't like the way it smelled on me!) however, today i decided to give it another chance so i tried the body mist and WOW- it is so much better in the mist/edt form! i actually realized it smells quite similar to D&G light blue! i have not actually purchased this product yet, so i can't say anything about the lasting power of it...but i think i will purchase at least the spray form of secret charm- it is a much cheaper alternative to an otherwise expensive fragrance!
Fragrances -Victoria's Secret - Sweet Daydream ] [DISCONTINUED]

this is my favorite scent from the VS secret garden collection. i just love the way it smells- i could never get sick of it! i have the body mist, hand & body cream, lotion, and shower gel in it! i love VS and B&B works products both (so of course i have analyzed them all!) - the scent at B&B works that is closest to this one is irresistible apple. i really like that scent too, but sometimes it can be overwhelming if you use too much or use it all the time due to its musky undertones. on the other hand, sweet daydream is light but lasts a decent amount of time so it is the perfect everyday fragrance- especially during the summer. also the price just cannot be beat for the quality of product- right now VS is having a great deal as usual on their garden collection (get 7 for $35 + a free item, so basically 8 for $35!). i will continue to repurchase- i hope they never discontinue this one!
Deodorants -Dove - Ultimate Clear Cool Essentials Anti-perspirant Deodorant
texasgirliee 7/20/2009 2:08:00 AM
i love the way this deodorant smells- so fresh and clean! however, i cannot say too much about its longevity- it does last a decent amount of time, but after a while outside in the heat, working out, etc. it starts to lose its effectiveness. i think this would be better for days you plan on being inside and not working up a sweat. i am just finishing my first stick of it, but i know there are better deodorants out there so i would not repurchase for my main deodorant. i did buy a travel size one along with the body mist (LOVE that!) to use right after i go tanning to freshen up, but i would not rely on it for much more that that. overall, a decent deodorant to pick up for back-up or to match the mist on days spent indoors, but that's about it.
my HG hot pink polish! i love the bright fuschia color- it is creamy (my favorite look for nail polish:), bright, and summery- but not at all tacky. it is a little on the cool/blue side of the spectrum for pinks, but just slightly- i think this color would look good on any skin tone. highly recommend!!
i love this color. it is a very light creamy pink- it looks beautiful against tan skin in the summer! as other reviewers have mentioned, it is a little tricky to apply because of the consistency- but i love the color nonetheless and will repurchase if i ever run out!
Moisturizers -Clinique - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion
texasgirliee 7/20/2009 1:41:00 AM
my HG for a facial moisturizer!! i use this every day to keep my skin in good shape- i actually tried to switch to the oil-free gel version since i thought it would be better for summer, but it made me break out since my skin wasn't getting the moisture it needed! i put on about 1-2 pumps, let it dry for about 5 minutes, then apply my makeup (if you don't let it sink in, it will make your foundation look greasy). also, it is fragrance free and allergy tested so it's great for sensitive skin! it is a little expensive ($24 if you purchase it online), but 1 bottle usually lasts me about a year so i think it is worth the splurge... plus you can also score some freebies when clinique is having their bonus time! overall, i highly recommend this product!
