Treatments -Alpha Hydrox - AHA Souffle 12 percent Glycolic AHA
rated 4 of 5

I do like this product a lot, BUT what I now use is ALPHA HYDROX FOOT AND PROBLEM Area Cream. It also has 12% glycolic, but I like the consistency better and it comes in a tube. I use this on my face, neck, chest, arms, elbows, feet...everywhere. It usually costs about half the price of the souffle. I use it once a day under my sunscreen moisturizer and even tho I am 59, people comment on my 'beautiful skin' all the time.

Fragrances -Fendi - Fendi [DISCONTINUED]

Actually, I have never owned this scent. My best friend wore it to work and when she walked past me, I would get an instant stomach churning headache. I told her right out that if she had to wear it, to stay WAY away from me. I am thrilled that it is discontinued so I never have occasion to smell it again!

Fragrances -Chopard - Casmir by Chopard

I rotate this scent with Trish McEvoy #9 and Poeme. I get compliments on it...mostly from other women, for some reason, while men comment on the Poeme. I use this more in the winter and #9 which is lighter in the summer

Fragrances -Lancome - Poeme

I have bought and worn this for probably 10 years. I consistently get compliments on it. Use with a light hand, though...One tiny spritz on my wrist is completely enough or it will be overwhelming.

I love the scent of this perfume..I rotate 3 perfumes, Casmir, Poeme and #9...I get compliments on all of them, but #9 has NO staying power at all. After a couple hours, it is simply gone.

Sunscreen -Neutrogena - Healthy Defense Liquid Moisturizer SPF 50
rated 4 of 5
terei 11/16/2010 1:13:00 PM

I am on my third bottle of this and really love it. I have used sunscreen moisturizers for 25+ years and this is my favorite. I have an oily T zone and all of this made my nose very greasy and shiny .... This is very much a liquid .... very light and does not add to the T zone problem. I use the spf 50

Sunscreen -Neutrogena - Fresh Cooling Body Mist Sunblock SPF 45
rated 2 of 5
terei 11/16/2010 1:08:00 PM

Actually, I have tried many of the Neutrogena sunblock sprays and love them all for my chest, arms, legs, feet, etc(use something else for my face) HOWEVER, I used the sprays all last winter while I was in FL and they stained my white blouses and tops TERRIBLY with a yellow stain that does NOT come out of my clothes....several of my white linen shirts are ruined with yellow stains.....I am using Neutrogena Healthy Defense Liquid moisturizer which doesnt seem to discolor my whites. I may use the spray for legs and feet, but never again when I have white on.

Skincare - Body -Alpha Hydrox - Foot and Problem Area Creme
rated 5 of 5
terei 11/10/2010 1:19:00 PM

Update 3-13. I now buy this at drugstore.com in the 4 oz tube for 7.99, I believe with free shipping...still love it for face as well as feet and body...no more KP at all and slight brown spots on my face are gone for good. I have been using the 12% Alpha Hydrox souffle on my face for a long time. I realized recently that the foot cream also has 12%, so I decided to give it a try on my face.......I LOVE it. I like the texture better than the souffle and it is about half the price. AND I like it being in a tube rather than a jar......I dont care if it's for your feet, it's working great on my complection. 6/1/12 Additionally, I am now finding this product in a 4 oz size and since I use it everywhere, arms for KP, feet, elbows, face, neck...it's even more economical

Hair -Pantene - Flat to Volume
rated 5 of 5
terei 10/29/2010 2:23:00 PM

I tried this flat to volume for fine hair. I am starting to use less and less product while I am growning my hair out into a long bob. I have extremely fine, limp hair with medium thickness. I liked how this gave some fullness to my hair and for the price, it worked as well as some very expensive shampoos that I have. I will try the conditioner as well if I can find it in a smaller bottle.

Concealers -Garnier - Anti-Dark-Circle Eye Roller
rated 4 of 5
terei 10/29/2010 1:44:00 PM

I like this product. It is cooling and is very light. It works well to brighten my under eye area. My circles are not too dark though. I did notice a little caking one day, so I started blending it in with a small makeup sponge and that worked to eliminate caking.

Conditioner -Living Proof - Leave-In Conditioner

I'm glad I bought only the samples of this and the shampoo. It did seem to make my hair silky feeling but my fine limp hair still had no body..no real improvement for me.

I am disappointed in this product too. I have very fine limp hair and this didnt do anything that I could discern, even though I followed the directions to the letter.

Eyes -Unlisted Brand - Careprost~Generic Brand Latisse
rated 3 of 5
terei 8/4/2010 4:42:00 PM

Update 01/06/11 Well, after using this product since May, I finally stopped. My lashes and brows did wonderful on it, but I developed redness all the way around my eyes as well as a continued sensation of something in my eye as well as just general discomfort of the eyeball itself. I quit about three weeks ago and the discomfort stopped almost immediately. I wish I could use the product, but the side effects were too marked. I tried using the product every other or every third day, but my eyes didnt really stop bothering me. I may still use on my eyebrows if they look like they are thinnning, but not on my eyes. I must be sensitive or allergic to something in it. boo hoo for me. Update 10/29/10. After 15 weeks. My lashes are much longer, thicker and darker. Some of them touch my eyebrowns when I open my eyes. My eyebrows have filled in and are growing toward each other, which I wanted (were overplucked between brows) My eyelids do seem to be darker, but a little shadow corrects it. I have used every night except 4 nights while I was out of town. Occasionally, I have a sensation of 'something' being in my eye, but can never find anything that would cause it. Could be caused by the Careprost, since I never had the problem before. I will continue applying every other night going forward and see if my gains are maintained. Oh, the excessive curliness on the outside edge of one eye seems to not as curly as before as they have gotten longer. I ordered and received from ADC with no problem whatsoever. I have been using on my brows and lash lines for only 16 days and can already see a difference, especially on my brows. They are darker, longer and are filling in where they were sparse before. I am actually trying to get more growth on the inside brow where they were overplucked for years and now look 'too wide apart'....am seeing some growth there..not a lot yet. My lashes are already a bit longer and darker..am hoping for some more fullness on the outside edges. I will post more down the road, but so far am very satisfied. (I did have some slight irritation for the first 10 days, that has subsided) I apply in the mornings and use eyeliner only once or twice a week during the day. *after 5 weeks my eyebrows are fuller and darker and starting to get some light growth on the inside where I had overplucked many years ago...hoping for more there. My lashes are longer and thicker, tho on my left eye theyare a little too curly on the outside edge...trying to train them to be straighter. I have felt slight itching and possibly a little sensation of pressure on my eyeball itself...I will check with a dr about this. No discoloration of my skin or my brown pupils. So far I am satisfied, but hope for more dramatic results. Will post again in 4-5 more weeks. After 9 weeks..My brows are starting to grow on the inside (toward each other) which is what I wanted. Lashes continue to get longer and thicker(I have actually trimmed some on the eye that are straighter.) I can definately see more lashes coming in than were never there before. I have no irritation any more. I still am plagued by too curly lashes on one eye...about the outer one third of the eye. I may get one of those new heated curlers to see if that can be used to straighten the offending lashes. No lid discoloration that I can see. Later...heated curler wasnt much help. I had better luck with a little vaseline on my fingers and then with the same technique you use to curl a ribbon against a scissors, I tried to curl the lashes 'down' against my first finger with my thumbnail, if that makes any sense.
