I got a sample of this because I wasn't sure if I'd like it. I love it! My hormonal zits have cleared up and the dry scaly bits are soft again. They haven't been soft all winter. I was using Dermalogica Skin Smoothing Cream which I love but I now love this more. I like the idea of less ingredients too. Lush don't test on animals which is the first thing I take into account when choosing products. I'm so happy with this moisturiser. I don't like the packaging because it's a tub but it's a small sacrefice.

Lip Gloss -DuWop - Gloss in Latana

I love this gloss. DuWop don't test on animals. The colour is perfect for that juicy pink colour. The gloss lasts for ages, I'd say, 3 hours and a coffee. I like the tingle although I don't notice any plumping. I think it smells like baseball card bubble gum. I will repurchase as this is the only thing I use on my lips beside lip balm.

I think that the packaging is the best that you could ask for for a product with a consistancy of water. I love the colour, I have quite rosy cheeks so I only use it when I put on foundation as it will cover my natural colour. I always get compliments when I wear it. People say that it makes me look fesh and happy. My friend borrowed it one night and loved it and her skin tone is a dark asian and I'm a rosy fair so from my experience it suits most skin types as she's yellow tone and I'm pink tone. Who cares if it makes your finger red. I never notice it and I've never gotten it on my clothes from the finger that I applied it with. It's tea-rose scent is authentic and lovley. I don't like using this on my lips because it stains darker on thicker or cracked/chapped skin but I never bought it for that anyway. I wouldn't say it was expensive because it just lasts and lasts. I will repurchase if I ever finish this bottle but at this stage it seems like it could become an inheritance to any future children I might have...

Very cute packaging but not very portable (i use a hair band to make sure that it doesn't come apart when I need to travel). The brush is cute and a much better size than most blush brushes that come with product but I've never used it as I prefer to use a proper blush brush. The colour is great it's a very sheer pink that I use all over my face and then layer on my cheeks until the colour is right. I don't see that as a problem because it's not really a blush but an all over complexion lifter. I rarely wear foundation during the day and this evens out any of the slight unevenmess that I get dure to having fair sensitive skin. No question as to whether I'd repurchase. I forgot to mention that it has a rose scent which is lovely and delicate. I use this everyday evn if I'm not wearing any other makeup as it lifts my complexion.

Mascara -BeneFit Cosmetics - BADgal Lash

Like all BeneFit products, the packaging is cute but how badly can you stuff up mascara packaging anyway? I love the large brush, it's so hard to find a mascara ith a large wand that's from a company that doesn't test on animals. The colour is nice and black and thick enough to lengthen my short lashes and not clump. At AU$32.00 it's a bit pricey for a mascara as you chuck it after 2-3 months but I will repurchase because I like it so much. I find that I still need to use a pin the separate the occasional clump but no more than any other mascara. It lasts all day and doesn't irritate my eyes.

Mascara -Maybelline - Full 'N Soft Mascara

I used to really like this Mascara when I was younger and less conscious of issues that we as Human Beings should be more concerned about. These days I don't purchase products from cosmetic/skincare companies that test their products on animals. It isn't nessecary or required by law and these companies need to be encouraged to discontinue this heinous and inhumaine practice. It's not that hard to be a bit more aware of what you are buying in to for what is essentially vanity. Please consider what you are putting on your face, hair and body and those lives that have suffered for it.

Lip Treatments -The Body Shop - Vitamin E Lip Care SPF 15

This is the only lip balm I'll use. I've been using it for about 5 years now. I've had others including the MAC lip conditioner but it ended up only making my lips crack easier. Packaging's good as the tube is more hygenic than a pot, which I try to avoid in all products for hygene reasons. Doesn't taste waxy like some lip balms do. Always buy it and it's available in almost every country so I don't ever have to be without it!

Fragrances -The Body Shop - Vanilla Line

I love Vanilla. The EDT was great for an inexpensive day/bedtime fragrance and smelt good. The problem I encounted was with the oil. It wares down to a dirt smell which I can't stand and when I burn it, it makes me sneeze. So now when I smell the body spray or the EDT they smell like dirt. I tried to use the oil with a emoliant and water to make an alcohol free beach spray (because alcohol reacts with UV light and causes pigmentation) and it just smelt like dirt. Wont Re-purchase.

Cleansers -Ultraceuticals - Gentle cleansing gel

I used to work for Ultraceuticals. This product was pulled from the shelves because it lost it's consistancy when exposed to heat. It has since been reformulated. The chemist who reformulated it was not allowed to change the smell or texture. Personally I used it twice and threw it out. It smelt sour, wasn't gentle and for a gel cleanser, didn't lather well at all.
