Concealers -Lily Lolo - Cover Up in Blush Away
rated 4 of 5

I have rosacea and got this product hoping to conceal it. It has a learning curve. The first times I used it, I applied directly onto skin. I needed several layers to conceal redness and ended up with a weird white cast on nose and cheeks. Until one day I had the idea of mixing it with Lily Lolo's foundation and it worked like a dream! I got my redness covered on a really natural way.

Foundations -Lily Lolo - Mineral Foundation
rated 4 of 5

This is the only mineral foundation I've ever tried - and I do like it a lot. I'm NW15 and found a really good match on China Doll. I have combination skin and rosacea. This foundation is a bit drying on my cheeks on winter and it doesn't cover redness that much. SO I apply heavy moisturizer on cheeks during winter and mix the foundation with Lily Lolo's green concealer to hide my rosacea. As everybody else said, the best way to make this foundation work is: hydrate and let it sink, prime, apply thin layers with a nice kabuki brush.

Primer/ Corrector -NYX - HD Studio Photogenic Primer
rated 5 of 5

I've been using this primer for one week and so far, so good. This fills my pores, makes my foundation go on really smooth and helps it last longer. Works well with my Lily Lolo mineral foundation. But I need to say: I'm real white so I didn't notice any white cast. No breakups for now. Also, this is my first primer ever, so I don't know exactly what should I expect. Packaging is great. Easy to pump out the amount you want and the pump's nozzle never gets clogged.

Lip Treatments -MD Formulations - Lip Balm SPF20
rated 5 of 5

This is the best lip balm I've ever used (but I need to say I didn't use many!). Is comes in a nice stick format which you can twist with one hand - this is great when you are holding your stuff on the street and your lips are dry. It has some interesting ingredients, like Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Helianthus Annus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Tribehenin, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Oil. (yeah, I copied it from ingredients list!) Its smell is really subtle, of vanilla and mint. I used to have a problem with permanently dry lips, notwithstanding the weather or the amout of water I drank. I found a solution on M.A.C.'s Lip contitioner on the pot format - which is SO unconvinient to apply! Also, it seemed to me to be basically petroleum jelly. I thought of trying the stick format but saw people saying - even here at MUA - it just wasn't as good. I saw this md formulations lip balm on a sale and tried it. I was insecure because there are so little reviews of it! Well, it turned out to be even better than M.A.C.'s lip conditioner! It lasts a LOOONG time (I'd say 4 hours) on the lips even if you drink and eat (eating rubs it off a bit tho). It really conditions the lips and you can see an improvement. Also, it has SPF20 due to titanium dioxide! What else could a girl want? This is HG.

Eyeliner -Milani - Eye Tech Extreme
rated 2 of 5

Guys... I'm so confused. Maybe I got a counterfeit one? I ordered it from eBay since I'm Brazilliam and there is no way to buy Milani here. Got it from American seller tho. Thing is: this eyeliner completely sucked for me. I have some real problem with my eyelids: ANYTHING in world melts and smears - unless M.A.C.'s Liquidlast Liner and it's dupe Milani Infinite eyeliner. I wanted a pen eyeliner since I don't have 10 min in the morning to apply liquid eyeliner. I saw all these good reviews here and remembered the same brand produces a liquid eyeliner which works for me, so I gave it a shot. Well... It indeed is easy to apply and the felt tip grants you precision. I applied it once at home for the sake of testing - I knew I'd be alone and indoors the whole afternoon in case something bad happened. And I got shocked when I looked at myself: the stuff was everywhere and I had raccoon eyes. All smeared off.

Lip Gloss -MAC - Tinted Lipglass
rated 4 of 5

I only have one of these in Pink Lemonade. The collor shows really well on the lips. Indeed, the writings on the package fade out. It's kinda sticky and lasts about 5 h for me. I think it goes waaaaaay better if applied over a layer of MAC Lip Conditioner. It looks smoother, the brush goes on with ease and it takes more time to dry on the lips. When it gets dry it makes the flakiness of the lips more obvious I think... Would repurchase since it's a high quality product - just DON'T try to kiss you boyfriend or husband while wearing it! Men hate its stckiness lol.
