Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara

This is the worst mascara I have ever used. It rubs off easily and within a few hours it seems to have moved under my eyes. I have naturally oily skin so some eye products tend to do this but this mascara has been the worst for that issue. I'm not sure why it is called #1 mascara in so many magazines...I'm thinking #1 best seller because it isn't that expensive but I'm sure alot of people just throw it away and buy a different product. :)
