I think of Lust as the PPP's default nude lip. While I can sometimes pull off the J-LO colored nude lip, like Honolulu Honey if I do a very dark smokey eye, Lust takes a lot less effort and gives me that nude lip with more depth so I'm not washed out. Plus, it's one of MAC's only lipglasses without shimmer and I wish they would make more!

When the seasons changed, my skin freaked out. DRY DRY DRY. Every makeup I owned only seemed to make things worse. So, I tried BB's Extra TM and VOILA! Perfection. Seems to me it has a bit more coverage than other tinted moisturizers, like Stila's, but it makes my skin look fab. It is a bit thick but it doesn't feel heavy on. I use a foundation brush to blend it and I usually use a light moisturizer underneath (Skinceuticals B5 Gel or Epicuren Acidophilus). I love it!
Thought I liked it, then the honey in the drydown ruined it for me.

I hate to say it, but something smelled off to me when I tried this, both times, and after reading the reviews, I get it! It does smell a little like marijuana!

In my opinion, this is the type of perfume that women are wearing who wear too much perfume. It is totally overwhelming and struck me as very old-fashioned, i.e., something an older woman would wear.
I seem to be in the minority, but I HAD to have Cedre as soon as I put it in. First, I must say that my chemistry generally reacts very poorly with certain perfumes, but the two Lutens I have bought (Douce Amere and Cedre) stay very true on me. Now, to the Cedre scent. A wonderful autumn/winter scent that reminds me of firewood with some honey.
I bought this brush to replace my beloved FACE Stockholm #27 brush, which is the BEST brush for blending or an allover wash. I couldn't believe how hard the bristles of the Stila were in comparison to the FACE bristles! I immediately returned it and went back to FACE.

HUGE RAVE for this in the Smashing Zero color, which is sheer. I bought this at my Sephora after seeing it on QVC. It is EXACTLY what I have been searching for ever since this whole "dewy, luminous" thing started. It is NOT a shimmer or opalescent creme like the Becca SSP or Benefit Moonbeam or Highbeam or shimmerbricks, or ANYTHING LIKE THAT. It is the ONLY product I have found that makes you look like you are glowing FROM THE INSIDE with NO visible shimmer or sheen. Amazing.
REALLY couldn't get this to show up on me (LLL/FFF). Better wet, but not enough to keep it! nm
Very disappointed after reading the reviews. Barely showed up on my FFF-LLL skin - very little pigment, and even when used wet, just didn't suit me.
Reminds me of a long sought-after color that Alyssa Milano wears on Charmed - a deep grey-brown with purple/blue undertones. Really would work well IMHO as a wash for day. nm
This is the ONLY product I have found that gives a cool mauvey-silvery purple look to your cheeks. FINALLY!
A BEAUTIFUL blue, that seems to morph into different color spectrums (greys, blue-greens) depending on how you wear it. I love it mixed with a bronze like GA No. 20 or with MAC Vex. Also GREAT as a liner. I like it better than Stila Pewter for a similar effect. nm
This is exactly what I was hoping Cassia would be (which didn't really show up on me). A frosty pale pink, with a hint of a lavender tone (but ever so slight - just to give you an idea of the kind of pink). A true baby pink.
I returned this gloss because it looked JUST like all the other Stila pink lipglazes (i.e., fig, grapefruit, etc.). Nothing special IMHO.
