Definitely not fragrance free, but the scent isn't bad. Overall, I really like this lotion! It can feel a little bit thick on the hands...I prefer Kiehl's Ultimate Strength Hand Salve above all, but for the price, this is a nice substitute for regular use. I use it a lot after using hand sanitizer at my desk at work...good combination! My coworkers regularly 'steal' some from me so you know it's not just me liking it :)

I was looking for something similar to the Olay version of this product, though I haven't tried that brand of this cream. I like the texture and feel of this cream and the scent is rather strong but not overwhelming. For $5, I'm happy enough with the purchase. I don't know whether it benefits me but it doesn't seem to do any harm...
