It's a beautiful colour but chips extremely easily. The formula is also very thick so it takes a while to dry.

Sunscreen -Vichy - Capital Soleil Sun Block Cream SPF 60 with Mexoryl XL - Face and Body

[NOTE: I have the SPF 30 version!] Bought this at Shoppers on sale for around $23 after tax. I have extremely sensitive skin and this hasn't caused a severe reaction. It does make my cheeks a little red, but it doesn't sting. My skin is also combination and this makes it extremely shiny. However, I make sure to use my Mac StudioFix Powder and it keeps it matte for a while. It takes a few minutes to dry and doesn't leave a grey or white cast on me. I'll purchase it again if it ever goes on sale because I think the regular price of this is around $40. It comes in 150mL.

Bronzers -MAC - Bronzing Powder in "Solar Riche"

I'm an NC30 and this appears orange/muddy with a hint of red on my skin.. It worked well as an all over bronzer, but not so much as a contouring color. I applied it with the 168 Large Contour brush from MAC. Shimmer is not noticeable and it also irritates my sensitive skin.

Shampoo -Batiste - Dry Shampoo

It's quite pricy, around $11 for a can, that lasted me about five uses. However, I saw it at Winners for around $8 (I live in Canada). I really liked this product. Got rid of the oil while providing some manageable volume. No sticky residue like the Lush No Drought shampoo and no "grey cast" and I have Asian dark hair. However, make sure to wash your face afterwards. The spray easily gets to your face, and this gave me huge pimples along my forehead.

Hair -LUSH - No Drought

Packaging sucks; it's hard to control how much of it comes out, so you end up with a ton of product in your hair. No matter how much I try to rub, it leaves a grey cast. Worse of all, it does NOTHING to get rid of the oil. I put it on before my hair got too oily, as I do with the Batiste dry shampoo, and it left such a sticky residue that it made my scalp look oily. Also, it left my hair extremely flat. Hopefully I can return it, because this sucks. It's a decent value at $15 (in Canada, after tax) but baby powder is a better alternative but I prefer Batiste, even if it is a bit pricy.

Powder -MAC - Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation
sweeetyy 3/9/2012 3:23:00 PM
If I want a flawless face, I'll apply primer before the powder, but I've found that using moisturizer is enough for daytime. Doesn't help control shine on my forehead, but nothing oil sheets and additional powder can't fix. I've found that it does irritate my sensitive skin sometimes and white, itchy bumps that later turn red show up (sounds a lot worse than it is) but it hasn't steered me away from this powder too much. I often use this alone and it gives me good coverage but I'll apply it on top of my foundation/BB cream for extra staying powder and additional coverage.

BB Cream -Estee Lauder - Daywear BB Anti-Oxidant Beauty Benefit Creme SPF 35

I have extremely sensitive skin that can be acne prone at times. I've been looking for something that can provide light coverage because my main problem is some discoloration. Although the price seems a bit steep, I find that I don't need much of this product; smaller than dime size. It applies SO smoothly and doesn't cause my combination skin to flake (my cheeks can be really dry). It doesn't do that great of a job controlling the shine on my forehead, but some primer and a light powder does the trick (I use MAC's StudioFix Powder). I'm a NC25-30 with yellow undertones (but my StudioFix powder is in NC40) and the colour matches me perfectly! If I need more coverage, I'll dot my face a second time and use my fingers to pat it into my skin and it's not cakey at all! This doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all despite its cucumber fragrance. I've slept with this on before (long night after a birthday) and I didn't break out. Also, it doesn't make your face look white in flash photography as other products that contain SPF does, but that's just my experience. I would recommend this to anyone who seeks a very light, natural coverage. I don't even need to layer a foundation on top (since you can) if I'm going out as I'm very comfortable with how this product makes my skin look. I find a powder on top is enough coverage. I've worn this for 24 hours and I only needed to touch up with powder once. I have this on my face for an average of 8-10 hours, and I think it has pretty good staying power. Once again, I don't need to use much; I've been using the same sample packet for at least 5 applications now, so although the price is high (around $50 CDN) you're not using a large amount at once.

Eyeliner -MAC - Superslick Liquid Liner
sweeetyy 3/9/2012 2:35:00 PM
It flakes extremely easily so if you're not an expert at applying eyeliner, this is not for you. The consistency isn't smooth and don't even try to put eyeshadow on top; your liner will flake right off. But, the good thing about the flakiness is that it's super easy to remove. The lasting power is okay, I just can't get over how dry the formula is. Honestly, it was similar to a NYC eyeliner. The brush was easy to use and the colour was close to a true black. I can't comment on price because my friend who works at MAC gave it to me to try when it was a "new product" and I honestly think it sucks.

Moisturizers -Olay - Complete UV Protection Moisture Lotion Combinaton/Oily Skin SPF15
sweeetyy 7/7/2011 4:45:00 PM
I bought this on Saturday July 2, 2011 and used it for the first time on Tuesday July 5th. I was impressed by how fast it dried on my skin and it gave a nice matte finish - something I desperately needed for my oily skin. My face was a little itchy throughout the night but I didn't think anything of it as it wasn't too bad. My face was a little red in the morning but I used it again underneath my foundation as it was sunny yesterday. Throughout the day, my face was itchy here and there and my face looked tan which was odd since my foundation usually makes me more white. By the end of the day, however, my face began to BURN and was extremely itchy! I took off my make up to find that my face was completely red. This was the first time in my life I've ever had an reaction to a product, and I've used a lot of harsh products to treat my acne in the past. I immediately returned the product and now have to put aloe vera and petroleum jelly on my face to soothe my skin. I didn't think that it could've been this moisturizer because I've used this in my early teens (I'm in my early twenties now) and it worked so well for me! NEVER touching a single OLAY product ever because of this experience. Oh, and as for breaking out: I've used this for two days, and it's already given me white heads on my upper lip. I do have acne-prone skin as well.
