I have been using this product for a really long time, since early in my teens. I am about to finish my 3rd tube. it lasts about 6 months if u use it once a week, that is if you use it all over your face, i use to do that when i had really bad acne, but now i just treat t-zone or cheeks, whichever is the problem area, now im not a teenager any more, i tend to have clearer skin. It smells really refreshing and minty which i just love. I'd rather it didn't come in a tube though, it's a bit hard to squeeze when it's almost done. would really love it if it came in a jar. it's a really good rescue treatment to calm your pimples, very anti-inflammatory, again, LOVE IT

Lip Gloss -Napoleon Perdis - Lip Lacquer Pink Patina
rated 4 of 5

Like its name, its a lacquer, not a gloss. It really lacquers/polishes your lips and stick on, very long lasting for something that has a glossy presentation, although it's goo-y and sticky and like the review below, it goes into the inner lips and feel weired but good thing is due to this lacquer goo-y texture, it is water-proof, water float on top of the lacquer which is quite handy. I'll definitely buy again, it's a good buy and the 21grams tube will last u a really long time

Pressed Powders -BeneFit Cosmetics - Get Even
rated 3 of 5
sushilisa 5/2/2008 4:40:00 PM

To me, this is more like a pressed foundation than a pressed powder, pressed powders are suppose to go on top of foundation and/or to touch up and blot oil thru out the day. but this is way too heavy as a touch up powder, and to go on top of foundation is just mission impossible,Unless you are going on stage, you will look like you layered beige concrete on your face during the day. since i bought a whole compact out of impulse and i had to finish (dxmn magazine recommended!!), here is what i did: since it is incredibly oil controlling and full coverage, I made sure i had a really really well moisturized face and primer is a must, then i pat the powder on and blush etc. It will suffice and give you full coverage as if u were wearing foundation and powder, and it will be very very matt, you wanna wait at least 30 minutes for it to set in, hence the extra work u did on ensuring you had a really well moisturized canvas. Again, like the Benefit Lip Plumper, which doesnt plump. this is yet another product that doesn't do what the title says. It's a good alternative for a quick makeup routine though.

Lip Treatments -BeneFit Cosmetics - Lip Plump
rated 2 of 5

hmmm...there are lots of mixed reviews about this product, although I am a fan of Benefit, I was disappointed with Lip Plump, first of all, like most other reviews claims, it doesn't plump AT ALL, to me, all it does is to neutralize your lip color to prep for a "true to the lip stick color" application, oh, and moisturize. Good for prepping for the old hollywood glamour lips, like Marilyn Monroe,Scarlett Johansson and Christina Aguilera, bright red lips, and usually involves lip liner and all that parade. it's not an everyday must have if u ask me, however, if u will do very dramatic lip application like i mentioned above on a regular basis then maybe this is for you.

Concealers -BeneFit Cosmetics - Boi-ing
rated 2 of 5
sushilisa 5/2/2008 4:11:00 PM

I love most of Benefits Products, but this was an exception, no offense to those who loved it. I find it way to thick and greasy and way too little color choices. So, I only use boi-ing when I need really full coverage at night, it makes you look makeup-y in the morning. I bought both boi-ing and lemon aid at the same time many years ago but I have been using lemon aid as my undereye concealer as well as an eye lid corrector and eyeshadow base (basically all around your eye), its subtle yellow tone is great for covering bluish undereye circles. Really pops and brightens your eye, also it lasts longer than boi-ing, I have been using lemon aid way more than boi-ing but some how i have already reached the shiny bottom of the boi-ing compact but not the lemon aid compact. so if you want a good and versatile Benefit eye concealer/corrector and you have similar opinion of boi-ing as i do, give lemon aid a try

I took one lippie off because it is not that easy to blend, i find it easier to blend with finger tips rather than using a concealer brush, as the temperature and moisture on your fingertips probably eases the blending of it. But then again, if it was more slick, maybe it wont be as long lasting, so i guess it's a fair compromise. i use it not only on my eye lid, but also on my eye bags, i find it to be extremely eye popping and refreshes even the tirest of eyes. it whitens the eye area with its subtle yellow tone and doesn't crease during hot weather, by crease i mean u wont get that line on the fold of your eye lid. Use only very thin layer, i never had to put on a double layer no matter how tired my eyes look, i find it made my eyes too white and sets it apart from the rest of my face(u can maybe pull it off if u are extremely pale), im asian with a fair to medium skin tone. I have used it a really long time and haven't even seen the bottom yet, so it's extremely long lasting. I wouldn't suggest buying the boi-ing concealer as an eye concealer, this one alone would be sufficient for both your lids and bags, boi-ing is way to oily and heavy.

Fragrances -BeneFit Cosmetics - ... maybe baby
rated 5 of 5

I used a lot of Benefit products, and I'm a big fan of this smell, I first started with the "Bathina-touch me and then try to leave me" body butter/cream and fell in love with the scent and then purchased the "Bathina Body So fine Body Balm" which has the same scent. I then realized they made that scent in a perfume and was thrilled. although I have had it for years and still unable to finish the bottle(due to my big collection of perfumes), it has been one of my favourite till now. It is not a fair price tag for a brand which is not famous for its prefumes but then again, it is a fair price if u take the rest of Benefits prices into consideration. it is one of a kind scent which the big fashion house perfumes dont usually make. It is my own "cult favourite". To best describe it in my own words, it's overall girly and flirtatious, a youthful refreshing floral scent with rose and peach notes, there's a certain icy-ness to the scent that lingers which makes it natural and youthful raher than sophisticated and romantic

Lip Gloss -Too Faced - Gossip Glosses
rated 5 of 5
sushilisa 5/22/2007 8:14:00 AM

I LOVE IT, i have it in slander and scandal, both of the colors are easy to pull off. its thick enough for a not runny texture and not too thick and sticky, i consider this the just right texture for gloss. IT smells fruity, not at all chemical and full of perfume(like some Chanel gloss and lipstix), its quite shimmery rather than jelly-ish. again, LOVE IT

IT WORKS!! it softens my feet, makes them soooo soft and dewy, i wish the same thing would work on my face and make it that dewy too!! I realize some people don't like the smell but I think it's absolutely tolerable. Slather it on and wear some warm and thick socks over night, its important not to take off the sock ALL NIGHT to work well.

Lotions/ Creams -BeneFit Cosmetics - Bathina Body So Fine
rated 4 of 5
sushilisa 5/22/2007 7:48:00 AM

It smells SOOO GOOOD! Just like the "Touch me then try to leave me" cream, but in a balm texture. I find it quite versatile, but I wouldn't wear it to sleep or use as a moisturizer, the balmy texture, it doesn't sink in like a cream, you'll just end up rubbing them on your sheets and blankets =/ ...but it is very helpful, especially to me cause I dont exactly have the perfect legs, and when applied to your legs, the sheen it gives reflects light and gives an illusion of a pair of beautified legs!! same thing goes for décolletage and collar bones and arms and so on...u can also apply it in the underarm area as a deodorant(it works), only in winter though (it will make you smell divine), because in summer they will melt under there, eeeew!=p

Lotions/ Creams -BeneFit Cosmetics - Touch Me Then Try To Leave Me cream [DISCONTINUED]

I LOVE THE SMELL,I believe it's the same as the BeneFit Fragrance"Maybe Baby", which I have also purchased after falling in love with the smell of the moisturizer! I have a sickness of buying way too much moisturizer and then I get so lazy after a shower I hardly use most of them. but it's different with this one, it makes me WANT to put on lotion after a shower, YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS, the texture is just lovely too!silky, spreadable and not at all oily!! it melts into your skin unlike a lot of cream out there that just floats on top of your skin like a layer of oil or residue. especially when used after a steamy bath while skin is moist, it's a bit pricey but acceptable I think, consider I actually use it =p, LOVE LOVE, RAVE RAVE about it!!
