Moisturizers -Eucerin - Q10 Anti-Wrinkle Sensitive Skin Creme
sunnyfuusunflower 7/29/2012 9:01:00 PM
I use this product twice a day. Once in the morning before I apply my make-up and then at night after I wash my face. It feels wonderful on my dry/sensitive skin. I have tried numerous moisturizers (Cetaphil, Olay, Burt's Bees, Clinique, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Mary Kay, etc.) and none of them worked. Some broke me out, others irritated my skin, and none of them left my skin feeling hydrated after I used them. Eucerin Q10 is a rich moisturizer, but it doesn't feel heavy and it absorbs well. It doesn't have a funky fragrance and the little glass jar it comes in is nice. Best of all it actually moisturizes the skin and isn't irritating to sensitive skin. I have mild rosacea on my cheeks and this product doesn't bother my skin. The only reason I don't give it 5 lippies is because it doesn't contain any SPF. It would be nice if it did for days that I don't wear make-up (I use Skin79 BB cream which has 25 SPF in it already).
Due to the low rating of this product receieved on MA I was a little wary of purchasing it, but I'm glad I did. It works very well for me. I use it to get rid of some light peach fuzz above my lip. My peach fuzz is very light blonde so I don't know how well this product works with dark hair. I also have very sensitive skin, but I only experienced mild irritation when I accidentally left the cream on a couple minutes longer than directed. The initial scent isn't too unpleasant, however, once the product begins working you can smell that faint weird Nair smell though it isn't overwhelming. Be sure to apply this product to clean skin and moisturizer after you throughly rinse it off your skin. Also, I find q-tips make a good applicator for this product.
Pressed Powders -Maybelline - Shine Free Pressed Powder

This powder gives decent coverage and does well managing shine, though a couple touch-ups will be required throughout the day. I've been using Cover Girl Clean Pressed Powder for years now, but I think I will be switching to this powder. I think it covers better, has more staying power, and overall looks better on my skin than the Cover Girl does.
I love this little brush! It's soft, gathers and applies product well, easy to use, doesn't shed, and it was only $6!
BB Cream -Maybelline - Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB Cream

I bought this stuff on impulse at CVS the other day and so far I really like it. The coverage it provides is very light so it's just enough to cover a little bit of discoloration or light redness. It's easy to blend, has virtually no fragrance, has 30 SPF for sun protection, and it doesn't feel greasy or heavy. I wore it out today (in 95 degree weather) with just a little bit of powder and it wore well (it stayed put and didn't make my face feel greasy or look shiny) despite the heat. I have very pale skin with pink undertones and the light shade worked very well with my skin tone. My skin is also extremely sensitive ( I'm prone to mild rosacea outbreaks on my cheeks), and I had no problems with irritation after appying this. Please keep in mind that if you're looking for something with moderate to heavy coverage (coverage for blemishes, moderate hyperpigmentation, moderate redness, scars, etc) then this IS NOT the product for you, but if you're looking for a product that will provide very light coverage and even out mild discoloration then this product is the perfect choice.
Misc Beauty Tools -Clean & Clear - Oil Absorbing Sheets

These are wonderful. They absorb oil without removing make-up. My T-zone gets oily as the day goes on and I find using one of these helps very much. Definitely recommended.
Like many other reviewers have mentioned, this foundation should not be used alone. I tried using just the foundation and found it extremely difficult to blend. It was streaky and left little white dots all over my face. Adding powder to my face after using this only made my face look worse. This product is best used for lightening other foundations.
I didn't like this product at all. My skin is fairly dry in places (my cheeks mostly) so I used the dry skin formula thinking this would be best for me. Wow was I ever wrong! It made my skin look very dry and gave me terrible cakeface. It also caused my face to break out almost immediately after using it so I had to wash it off. After nearly a week the breakouts have finally started to go away, and this is after only one application of this product. (Keep in mind I only had it on my face for about 10-15 min max.) I have very senstive skin so maybe this foundation would work well for someone with less sensitive skin.
Absolutely amazing tweezers! Even the smallest hair can't hide from these. I have been using tweezers made by Revlon for the past several years, and I didn't know what I was missing out on until I purchased a pair of Tweezerman the other day. These tweezers are precise and do an excellent job at getting hairs that would have been impossible to grab with my old tweezers. Well worth the price. Just be careful when using these because the tip of the tweezer is extremely pokey!
Fantastic brush and well worth the price. It's soft, holds eyeshadow well, and its size makes it perfect for applying shadow to the brow bone or the entire lid.
Awesome product! Goes on smoothly, highly-pigmented, and has staying power. No smudging either. Highly-recommended.
Pressed Powders -Cover Girl - Clean pressed powder - Sensitive skin

I've used this powder for awhile now, and I find it's an average product for the price. It doesn't provide a lot of coverage and doesn't last throughout the day without a few touch-ups. However, it doesn't irriate my sensitive skin and it does get rid of shine. The price is also cheap (around $4-8 depending where you live and where you buy it).
I bought a 3pack of Bonnie Bell and this was one of the flavors included. I don't think it smells very much like Cherry 7-up so I was a bit disspointed with this. It also has a weird taste to it.
I got this in a pack of 3 Bonnie Bell flavors, and I found this flavor to be so so. I'm a fan of rootbeer, just not as chapstick, I guess. I like the Dr. Pepper flavor much more.
Love the smell of this. I've used lipsmackers off and on since I was a little girl, and the Dr. Pepper flavor has always been my favorite. I currently have this in my make-up case and use it just about everyday. It smells exactly like Dr. Pepper and has a very light tint to it. It also does a pretty good job at keeping my lips soft.
