Ok - waited until I used this a couple of times before writing my review - I LOVE IT!! This actually got all my eye makeup off (including waterproof liner) as well as left my skin smooth and not all tight and dry. I have fine lines (some deeper) dry skin - and this cleanser is a dream!!

Crème -Laura Mercier - Silk Creme Foundation

I really wanted to love this -but I had a terrible burning reaction as soon as it touched my skin. I had to wash it off right away and my eye lids swelled up and my face was on fire. I don't really have sensitive skin so this must have been an allergy to something in this. Too bad!

Ok - so I decide to wait to review this after I had tried it for a week or so.......when I first applied it - I found it drying and tacky and gross. I have dry skin - and am 39 years old so have some signs of aging. I found this did not work for me at all. But then I decided to give it another try. I made sure I was well moisturized and then applied it with a sponge. It gave me a full coverage (which I don't usually like or need) but somehow - it looked amazing! It also lasted from 6:30AM straight through to 10PM when I got home. Between that and my Chanel Water Proof liner - I looked as fresh as when I left....and at my age.....it is hard to stay fresh looking!!! I really like this foundation. I use it for long shifts and when I want a polished fully made up look. The lightest shade matches my NW20 skin perfectly and if you moisturize well - it is not overly drying. I would probably buy this again!

Foundations -Clarins - extra firming foundation

This may very well be my HG foundation? I have been switching foundations faster than a teenager goes through crushes lately and nothing has worked but I have narrowed it down to 2!! This one is definitely incredible. I had tried it years ago and didn't like it but now that I am getting older *sob* it seems to work! It goes on smoothly, lasted through a 12 hour night shift, and didn't settle into lines. It is great for my dehydrated blotchy skin! I took one off for the baby powdery smell but it isn't totally offensive - just weird. :) for the record - the other foundation is the Korres Wildrose Foundation - also fantastic!

Eyeliner -BeneFit Cosmetics - Eye Bright

I love this product but use it the way Carmindy does on what not to wear. She uses it under concealer to offset the dark circles and for that it works brilliantly! I have purple marks right in the corners of my eyes and this brightens me up and makes me look well rested! It is one of my staple products!

I love this liner - In fact - I just realized I ran out and need to replace! It is one of my favorite staple liners. It is perfect for everyday use. I usually only wear this with black mascara for day to day and then shadow and shimmer for special occasions so this is great!!

Moisturizers -Jason Natural Cosmetics - Ester-C Lotion

I actually love this product - I agree the smell is gross! But I can live with it. I only use this at night - and it seems to leave me with smooth soft skin but not overly greasy. I have dry skin and this has help my skin be more radiant. I figure it is light, and full of antioxidants so it is good for my skin. I will probably buy it again.

Mascara -Maybelline - Lash Stiletto

Ok. Love it!! I decided to try this for a few days before reviewing. I should mention I have really long lashes naturally but they are blonde so really all I need is black color and staying power. This does it well. I work shift work and worked a 12 hour night shift in this mascara - had a nap on break and still it stayed on and looked good!! I would defnintely buy this again - and the smell doesn't bug me....much! :)

Powder -Everyday Minerals - foundation semi-matte formula

I really wanted to love this product after all the reviews but alas - my aging dry skin hates mineral powdered makeup - no matter what kind I try. But I learned a trick - I mixed this with Dr. Hauschka Rose Day Cream and voila - a new cream foundation that my skins LOVES! So overall, the quality of the product is great and the color is spectacular - it is just too dry for me.
