Today I tried out this eyeliner and it smudged on me. I used it on my upper lash line only. After 10 hours, I got black circles on my lower eye area. I know it's not from mascara, b/c I forgot mascara today. The only gel eyeliners I used before is MAC fluidlines and they never smudge. So I will be returning this product. However, I do like the consistency of this product, it's very easy to apply.

Blush -MAC - sunbasque

I got Sunbasque as a ROAK from a very generous MUAer. At first, I wasn't sure about the color, because I usually stay away from darker blushes. Sunbasque looks a little too bronzer-like in the pan. But, when I put it on, to my suprise, it wasn't muddy looking at all. It gave a nice summer glow with a hint a flush on my cheeks. I have light to medium Asian skintone.

Lips -Bare Escentuals - Lip Guard SPF 15 (All)

I have the Lip Guard in Miami Beach. Miami Beach is warm pink, very natural, sweet looking color for people w/ light/medium skintone. I like the fact that the lip guard has SPF 15 and compare with other lip product that has SPF 15 (such as BB lip tint), it doesn't have a chemical smell. I take off a star, because the texture of lip guard is very smooth, it has slightly gritty texture. I don't regret buying it, but it doesn't wow me enough for a repurchase.

Eyeliner -MAC - Fluidline Eyeliner Gel in Lithograph [DISCONTINUED]

This is my third fluidline, after Graphic Brown and Blacktrack. I am Asian with light/medium skintone. I use Lithograph to tightline and it gives a very natural look. It's not as harsh or dramatic as blacktrack. Like other fluidline, Lithograph has great texture and very easy to apply. I got it at a CCO for $10.50. If MAC re-releases Lithograph again, I will definitely repurchase.

Eye Shadow -Stila - Sun Showers Trio 2006

Great neutral colors. I have been using it almost every day for a week. I usually get bore of the same look and try to keep my makeup different everyday. The beige color is a great highlighter for the brow bone, . The nudish pink color is great as a wash by itself or with the darker brown color in the crease and outer corner. The darker brown color is light enough to use as a wash and great with a rich expresso e/s for brown smokey eye. The texture of these e/s are great, silky and smooth. The package is convenient, however, the mirror including in the compact is screw up, doesn't give a smooth reflection. It's not problem for me, because I usually do my makeup with a large mirror. Would purchase it again, if it's not a limited edition itme.

Lip Gloss -Chanel - Sirop Glossimer [DISCONTINUED]

I have been lemming this ever since I saw it in a magazine that said this color would be great for light/medium Asian coloring. I finally bought this as a birthday present for myself. Great texture, no frangrance or shimmer. It gives the lips a beautiful shiny in a pinkish coral color. As always, the Chanel packaging is very sleek and elegant.

Concealers -Maybelline - Instant Age Rewind Concealer [DISCONTINUED]

I haven't written reviews in a long time, but feel compelled to write one for this concealer. Best undereye concealer I have tried so far. It beats the very expensive YSL touche eclat by far. It doesn't settle into fine lines and it's easy to blend. I use the color "light", very close to perfect match for my medium Asian skintone. Will definitely purchase again.

Lipstick -Lancome - La Rouge Absolu - Pink Organza

I received this in a swap. It's the perfect pink beige shade for me. I love the color, it enhances my natural lip color. The texture is smooth. However, the smell is too perfumy. Unless I can find the same color in another brand, I am willing to tolerate the smell.

I have been using this a lot since I received it. It's a great blush, gives a very natural rosey flush, which can be use year around. The color is sheer and very buildable. The texture is very silky and easy to blend.

Lip Gloss -Chanel - Spark Glossimer

I got the mini as a sample for gloss.com. The texture of glossimer is great, very smooth and moisturizing, not too sticky. There is no fragrance, which is great because fragrance is l/g can be hit or miss. The color of spark is a sheer berry red. At first, I though the color is too dark for me. But, it is starting to grow on me. On the two occasions that wore it so far, I have gotten compliments for it. I don't thing I will actually get the full size. because of the price. When I order from gloss.com in future, I will choose the mini Spark as my sample. Just hope they don't run out of it soon.

This is my first fluidline and I am in love. From now on, I will only use gel eyeliners. The texture is great, very easy to apply even for a novice like me. I love the color of graphic brown, the color of Hershey's cholocate with subtle shimmer. The staying power of fluidline is great, too. I wear UDPP underneath, and fluidline last at least 12 hours for me.

Brows -Smashbox - Brow tech

A great brow product. Before this, I was using BE brow powder in Brunette and BE brow gel. BE brow powder matches my brow color perfectly. I am medium Asian skin with black hair. BE brow gel does an OK job of holding my brow in place. Smashbox brow tech wax does a much better job at taming my unruly brows. I much perfer it over the brow gel. However, the color in smashbox brow tech is a shade lighter than my brows. I think it is good for people that have dark brown hair but it's a little bit too light for people with black hair. The packaging is very convineint. I will use my BE brow powder with Smashbox brow tech wax in the future. Sephora sells the brow wax by itseft. So I will purchase the brow wax in the future.

Lip Gloss -Smashbox - Savvy

I love this lipgloss. Gorgeous peachy giner color with sparkles. Great texture, very smooth. I tried it today by layering on top of Smashbox Maven lipstick, which is gorgeous by itself, but with Savvy on top it gives more impact because of shine and the sparkle. I will definitely repurchase this item.

I don't own a lot of lipstick, because I am more of a lipgloss girl. Recently, I decided to start to build a lipstick collection. I got this as a part of Smashbox QVC TSV set. I tried it on today. It's a beautiful sheer red color, perfect for Fall. It probably will become my HG red lipstick. I also put Savvy lipgloss that come with kit on top. The combination is a winner. The texture of lipstick is quite smooth and the staying power is pretty good, too. Overall, it's a winner and I will definitely repurchase it.

Eye Shadow -Clinique - Touch Tint for Eyes - Nude Sparkle [DISCONTINUED]

I received this in GWP size from a generous swapper. Nude sparkle is a great light golden color. It's great as a eyeshadow base or great by itself for a natural look. The full size retails for $14.50, which is a great price. I think I will buy it again if it runs out. But I will probably try touch tint in other colors first.
