Blush -Elizabeth Arden - Ceramide Cream Blush

I have bought this cream blush in Pink, and love it! This adds a realistic flush to my cheeks that powder blush does not always achieve on my 30 something skin. I can just add a little concealer, mascara, and some lipstick for a easy low-maintenance look and head out! It's kind of pricey for a product that's less than 3 grams ($24), but I am happy I purchased it.

This is a luxury item for me. But really, a tiny amount goes a very long way. So in that respect, $33.50 is very reasonable. I bought this in Very Light (Revlon Colorstay in Buff for my color reference). It's more neutral than warm or cool. Pretty good match! The texture is really nice (goes on better than Revlon CS, but you still have to do a section at a time). I use my MAC 187 to lightly set my t-zone with powder (maybelline dream matte is nice for this). And, I don't need concealer under my eyes being I use this all over. I would suggest using over a moisturizer and primer as you will get the best results this way. May I suggest BE Prime Time? Then set your undereyes with a light powder like dream matte. Stunning.

Blush -Estee Lauder - Signature 5-tone shimmer powder for eyes, cheeks, face in 02 bronze shimmer

At $40 I was hoping that this would be better than my MAC MSF's (that I neglect), and it's much better. I bought this in Pink Shimmer and love it so much I may splurge on the Bronze Shimmer! I think it's so luxurious. You really would have to try to over-apply to be glowy (using a brush you would normally use for applying highlighters). So, if you like glitter and shine, this may not be for you. I would suggest this product for more maturing skin, or if you want to recapture that youthful radiance that is near undetectable, where people are trying to figure out what you did to make your skin look so good. Pricey, yes. But I can see this lasting for years! Worth it.

I have used EL Double Wear 1N1 Ecru, which is a neutral, for many years, and loved it. This foundation is a nice alternative. I don't have time to fuss over my mu. Plus, it's affordable. I took someone's suggestion here and top it with Revlon CS Mineral Powder Foundation for an all day beautiful finish that really holds up to anything. I highly recommend!!! Hope this helps!
