I have the Australis Stayput Retractable eyeliner in Midnight, which is the blackest black. I paid about $12NZD for it, so I was hoping it would be alright for the time being. It is AMAZING. My HG eyeliner. Better than MAC. I love how it's retractable, as it is SO convenient for on the go as you don't have to worry about it snapping. I've had mine for over 6 months and it is awesome, I've used hardly any and I use it daily. It really does stayput, doesn't smudge or flake or fade. I use this on my upper lid and on my lower waterline. It doesn't get into my eyes or irritate them which is good. It's well worth the money, it's so cheap, lasts forever and does a great job!
This is better than any expensive mascaras like Diorshow and Napoleon Perdis I have tried. I like the design of the wand, I noticed it coats the lashes a LOT but doesn't thicken tooo much, but it curls, volumises and lengthens perfectly. When I accidentally rubbed the wand on my hand, I was expecting to see a lot of product on my hand, but there was none and I rubbed it hard! I then put it straight on my lashes and it coated them all, so it isn't messy like a lot of other mascaras. It really is waterproof, in pool and sea water and I can rub my eyes without the mascara flaking off, smudging or getting in my eye. It is an amazing mascara and easily comes off with makeup remover. For the price and results, I highly recommend people to at least try it. Normally I don't buy the same mascara multiple times as I love to experiment with different mascaras but I always come back to this one. Great wand design, thoroughly waterproof mascara, easy to remove, compact, cheap and a lot of product in the tube. It also doesn't clump. It really is my HG waterproof mascara.
I liked the idea of this, with the location to place each colour embossed in the shade. However the blue is a gross blue and doesn't seem to match the other shades. You need to apply a TON of it, it is not very pigmented. When it does show up it is a horrible royal blue..When I applied the other colours it seriously looked like I had a black eye as a result of being beaten up, because of the blue, purple and green. The highlight brow bone colour was matte so it looked strange, a sheer shimmer would have been better. I didn't bother applying these colours with the spongey applicators, I used my brushes instead. The colours didn't blend very well at all. I would buy this again but in a different colour, maybe a smokey eye colour to try it out as it is rare that I can't use ANY colour from a palette for any look, but such is the case for this quad. I am disappointed as maybelline is usually a good cheap brand.
Eye Shadow -The Body Shop - Peacock Green Eyeshadow

I bought this colour after my favourite one was discontinued. I love this colour! It is very pigmented and you really do not need much at all! It goes on kind of like a slatey blue colour if you use just a little! It lasts all day and blends very nicely. I use mine almost daily and it has lasted me over 6 months and I still haven't used half. It applies very nicely and doesn't smudge or crease, even without a base or primer underneath. I love this eyeshadow and I would most definitely purchase again.
Moisturizers -Garnier - Pure A Daily Treatment Moisturiser

I would buy this again, but here in New Zealand it was $15 [about $8.70 US] for the tiny tiny tube. Granted, you don't need much but I have found other moisturisers that work just as well. I use the PureA pore scrub every day and I love it, so I tried this out too. I loved the lightness of the gel and the cucumber scent, but it was a bit sticky and drying if you used too much or too often. I couldn't use it as a moisturiser under my foundation as it was too expensive and ran out FAR too quickly!! I would go through a tube a month or so which is just ridiculous. I did like it, but I feel like it costs too much and doesn't do too much more than what others a lot lower in price can do. Bottom line: Not enough product for the price.
I love this. I had used it before, and it worked right away, I noticed results in a few days. However with my new bottle it took a month or so, but it's okay. It's so cheap and lasts a long time. The consistency is nice, it's not too thick and heavy or gloppy. It smells like apricots kind of, a very nice smell. I noticed my old bottle was called BodySummer and my new one called SummerBody, but it is the same product. It's cheap, works to give a natural tan that builds up so not a sudden change..awesome!
Styling Products -Garnier - Sleek and Shine Anti-Humidity Hairspray

I used this hairspray solely for the purpose of making my hair less reactant to humidity and frizz. I found that it works great, as long as you don't use too much. It -is- a hairspray so you do have to be careful about how much you apply to your hair or else it will set hard and crunchy on your hair. I would recommend spraying it from a distance and then working your fingers through the sprayed area just to ensure that it doesn't crunch. It was very useful when putting hair into a ponytail or messy ponytail or bun, it eliminated the flyaways but my hair still had the sleek look, or messy look I was going for. Cheap, but doesn't last tooo long. However, being so cheap it's worth having to buy every month or so.
Personally for me, shampoos all do the same thing, and never make it shiny or straight or whatever. I'm not using this currently but I firmly believe it is the 5 minute mask treatments you leave in towel dried hair then wash out, is what makes hair soft and shiny. Shampoo is simply to clean, it's soap. Conditioner just ensures the shampoo isn't too harsh and it locks in moisture, so you NEED to put a treatment in your hair at least once a week if you want fantastic hair. This shampoo lasts a long time, is cheap and smells nice. I would buy again, although I'm never fussy with my cheap shampoo and conditioner products, but I think I prefer Tresemme to this, so if you haven't tried that yet, it's worth a shot.
Styling Products -Garnier - Fructis Style - Smoothing Milk

It smells SO good! It's not supposed to do anything to your hair except smooth it [I think, it's been a while since I've used it] so I'm not sure why people are saying it didn't do anything when they straightened it. I put it on after I straightened my hair to tame flyaways and it worked perfectly. I didn't put it on while my hair was still wet as I don't think that ever does anything. When using it on dry hair, which works AMAZINGLY make sure you don't use too much, a tiny bit too much will make your hair look oily and greasy. Start with a tiny tiny bit, you can always add more. Great price, does the job of smoothing my hair, excellent product.
Love this! I use 1 pump in wet hair, then 1 on it when it is dry. It makes it shiny, but not look greasy. It doesn't weigh my hair down and it makes my hair smooth. Makes my hands greasy, but it's a serum. Cheap.
It's okay. Unsure of whether I would buy again. The coverage is not great and you cannot touch your face as it will just rub right off. It doesn't last long on your face and is hard to apply with brushes. However, the jar is cute and it feels like I am wearing no foundation at all.

I had the jar. It was gross. I needed a lot for full coverage over concealer and it didn't seem to set, even with powder. It ran out quickly so was not worth the price. It wore off after a few hours so I will not buy again.
Was free with a magazine. It looks cheap but I LOVE it. Didn't flake, easily washed off..just fantastic.
Mascara -Maybelline - XXL volume+length microfiber mascara

Okay, so I paid MORE for this mascara than I did for Great Lash, but got half the mascara, and half white stuff. The white stuff does NOTHING, so I only used the black mascara part. It doesn't last but costs more than a normal mascara. It flakes. It doesn't curl or lengthen or anything.
Cheap, lasts forever, is a classic and comes in many colours. This mascara works better than any other I have tried. I have blackest black which is amazing and curls, lengthens and doesn't clump. It doesn't smudge or fade or flake, but easily wipes off with a facecloth in the shower. A great value for money, or a cheap mascara to throw in your bag.
