I've been struggling with eczema for a few months now - nothing I used seemed to do any good. I was in Bath & Body Works a couple of days ago and decided I would try this salve since I am a fan of some of the other products in the rose line. I'm SO glad I did. Within one day the red dry patches were gone!! I got this for $5.50 and it seems like it will last for a while, so I'm happy. FYI - My skin is oily, prone to blemishes and this didn't irritate me at all.
Powder -Physicians Formula - Mineral Wear Talc-Free Mineral Loose Powder

I haven't tried a lot of mineral makeups - just Sheer Cover. That is a good product that gives good coverage, but it is so expensive and the colors were a little off on me. So, I decided to give PF a try when I saw that it was on sale at a local grocery store. I'm so glad that I did because this stuff is fantastic! It feels so much lighter than a liquid foundation, but gives me pretty comparable coverage. I have problem skin - its oily and prone to breakouts. Thus far, PF has been good for me, causing no irritation or breakouts. I start by applying a mattifying lotion and then swirl on a light layer of PF. I use a stick concealer to cover up any flaws still showing and then swirl on another light layer. It wears all day, but requires periodic blotting. The only complaints I have are minimal...the packaging is slightly bulky and the brush that comes with the foundation is too stiff to effectively apply the powder. Unless I stumble across something better, I will definitely continue to purchase this!
Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original (UDPP)

This stuff is incredible. I have really oily lids, so usually shadow will last around 2 hours before creasing. When I use this, my shadow lasts all day and night without creasing. My only complaint is the container. It is cute, but it is difficult to tell how much product is left!
Makeup Brushes -Victoria's Secret - Retractable Lip Brush

This is a fantastic lip brush. It is the perfect size and shape and the fact that is it retractable makes it perfect to tote around in your purse. I have had this for years - it has held up great and has never shed a single bristle.
Lip Treatments -The Body Shop - Colourings Lip Scuff

I absolutely agree with neha9. The key to this product is applying a lipbalm before you put this on. The formula is much too solid and the granules too large to be used on dry lips. If used in that manner, the product does exactly what it should. I'm pleased with my purchase.
Mascara -Estee Lauder - Illusionist Waterproof Mascara

I a sample of this as a gift with purchase and was pleasantly surprised. This did a great job at lengthening my lashes and without clumps! My the time I was down to the end of the tube, what remained was getting kind of thick and clumpy, so I'd imagine you may not be able to use all of a full-size tube before having to toss it out. I probably wouldn't purchase this simply because when it comes to mascara I am not willing to pay department store prices.
Lotions/ Creams -Unlisted Brand - Veet Sensitive Formula Hair Removal Lotion

This stuff is pretty amazing. I have used this now to remove facial hair and on my bikini line and it was completely effective in both areas. The directions say to leave on for 5 minutes and then remove. I can usually count on at least doubling the recommended time for any depilatory - not this one. Took off course bikini hair in exactly 5 minutes and my facial peach fuzz in 2-3 minutes....with no irritation!! My face is always pretty sensitive to depilatory creams, even those made expressly to remove facial hair. This is the only thing that hasn't broken me out in a rash. Plus you get a large tube (6.76 oz) for about $5.50. A tube of Surgi-Cream (or something similar made for facial hair removal) costs around $5.00 for 1 oz. I will definitely continue to use this as long as it is available!! Oh, and the smell is not too bad either.
Skin type - Oily, breakout prone. I bought this a couple of years ago on a whim and was less than impressed with the results. I have demoted it to make-up brush cleaner to use it up. Does a good job cleaning my brushes & sponges!
Eyeliner -Trucco - Graphic Liquid Eyeliner in Aromeda

I work for a salon and I got this product as a sample when it was introduced. This is a forest green color eyeliner that I thought was kind of wacky when I first saw it. But I tried it and found it to be fabulous - it is a perfect compliment to my green eyes - it really makes them pop. It is not advertised as waterproof, but I have found it to have pretty good staying power - it is still all there at the end of the day. If this color is still around when I run out I will be repurchasing it.
Fabulous! I have gotten so many compliments on my "beautiful natural glow" since I started using this product. The price is nearly $30, but the compact is huge and should last a LONG time. Others have mentioned problems with blotchiness after it has been worn for a while. I tend to have oily skin, so the product "melts" in after a while and only looks more natural. If I ever do run out I will definitely be buying this again! UPDATE: I've had this product for well over a year now. With everyday use, I still have about 1/3 of the compact left & I still love the product!
Eye Shadow -Revlon - Wet/Dry Shadow [DISCONTINUED]

Wow - I am in love with this product. I have never used this dry, but used wet this stuff is beautiful! It wears very well and the colors are very rich. I will definitely be buying more of this. One note - don't use the sponges that come with if you are going to use wet. Invest in a decent brush instead.
I am not a self-tanning expert by any means - I have only used one other self-tanner in my life. This stuff is a gel that is very easy to apply, quick to dry, and gives a natural glow. I found the smell to be very mild, but did as one other reviewer suggested in that I used the tanner at night and then washed it off in the morning before I went out. This is kind of pricey, but since I am so pale I will definitely be buying this again.
This worked well enough, but I was very displeased with the size of the bar. Don't get me wrong, it is a great value. However, it would be better if it were split into two bars and packaged together.
I've got to agree about this stuff. It provides a nice shimmer for cheekbones (or wherever you want to use it) without that horrible chunky glitter look. No weird reactions from my skin, which can be pretty sensitive. As for the price - I don't know what it retails for, I got it for free.
Let me just say, I have owned this for all of five minutes and I am already in love! This is a beautiful, sheer shade of red that enhances my natural lip color when applied lightly. I guarantee I will be buying this again.
