I've used this stuff forever..it never makes my hair feel weighed down, and it gives incredible shine. I would die if they ever discontinued this stuff!! It really does help smooth hair, and it really cuts down on the frizzies. I usually blow dry my thick, wavy hair straight when I use this, but it also works on naturally curly or wavy hair that is air-dried to help eliminate frizz. I love mixing with with Kiehls leave-in protecting straightening cream. Those two products are my fav straightening products, and I've tried TONS of stuff!

I blow dry my thick, wavy hair straight almost everyday, and this stuff is SO awesome! I've tried tons of straighteing products, and this one is one of my favs..the other being phytodefrisant. I use a small dollop of this mixed with equal parts of phytodefrisant before I dry my hair, and then PM super skinny serum when my hair is almost dry. These are my favorite styling products by far, this never makes my hair feel sticky, stiff, or coated..like so many straightening balms do. I will definately repurchase this, and I am so tempted to try other Kiehls haircare products now b/c I love this one so much.

Styling Products -Paul Mitchell - Super Skinny Serum

This is one of my absolute favorite styling products for my hair. I have thick, wavy hair that I straighten with a hairdryer most of the time. It is dry/damaged, but it gets weighed down very easily. I use this on my hair when I'm almost done drying it..usually the underside is still damp and the back. I use a small drop, and it helps eliminate frizz, gives hair a smoother more polished look, and it never makes my hair feel greasy or coated. After I've used it, I finish drying the rest of my hair and usually flat iron my layers around the fron of my face. This protects my hair from the flat iron as well as making my hair super soft and smooth. I love this stuff, and it will last me forever b/c I use so little everyday. This is by far my favorite serum I've tried, and I've tried tons..total hair product junkie here:)

Highlighters -MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish - Naked You

I don't like this color as much as petticoat, but it still is very pretty. It shows up a sheer, light bronzey color on my fair/light skintone. It does not turn orangey like so many bronzey colors do on me. I like using this when I do a very natural face b/c it gives my skin a bronzey, natural flush without being too dark. Overall, I think this color would work on a variety of skintones, but it really is more of an all-over face color for me..unlike petticoat MSF which I use more as a blush.

Treatments -Aveda - Damage Remedy Restructuring Treatment

This entire line is fabulous for my dry, damaged hair. I love how soft and shiny it leaves my hair, and it never makes it feel weighed down or coated. In combination with the damage remedy shampoo, this treatment has really helped improve the condition of my hair. This line is pricey, but very much worth it!

This shampoo is pretty expensive, but well worth it for my dry, damaged hair. I have thick but fine hair that is damaged and gets weighed down very easily. I just bought the shampoo to try out, and I am definately going to go back and get the conditioner and maybe the deep treatment, too. I try to leave it on my hair for about a minute before rinsing out, and I usually use Paul Mitchell super-charged moisturizer afterwards. It leaves my hair soft, smooth, and never makes it feel greasy or coated like so many moisturizing/repairing shampoos do.

Mascara -Lancome - Flextencils

I've tried many different mascaras, and I always come back to this one. It holds a curl, lengthens my lashes, and thickens them for a more dramatic eyelash look..which I love. I did have some problems wearing this in the summertime b/c when I would sweat..it would run under my eyes, but I've had no problems with it in cooler weather.

Highlighters -MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish in Petticoat [DISCONTINUED]

None of the other MAC MSF's have totally wowed me the way this one has. I ordered naked you, too, but I haven't had a chance to test it out yet. I'm fair/light neutral with blue eyes/reddish brown hair, and I've been using this as blush and all over face color. It gives a gorgeous glowy, rosey pink color to my cheeks. It really brightens up my dull winter complexion and gives an overall healthy look to my skintone. I SO wish this wasn't LE, but it will take me forever to use up.

Cleansers -DHC - Deep Cleansing Oil

I know this already has a million great reviews, but I just thought I would post another one:) I have combo/oily skin, and I love this cleanser b/c it takes all my makeup off and leaves my skin so glowy and soft. I do always use a cleanser afterwards to prevent breakouts, but I've noticed since I started using this cleanser I've had less breakouts and my skintone looks more even and healthy.
