If you have oily skin and you want a light-weight natural looking foundation with pretty good coverage, then this is the foundation for you! I love how the texture is moussey and creamy, yet it's not going to make you look like an oil-slick at the end of the day (unlike *AHEM* MUFE HD Foundation). It also doesn't seem to oxidize on me either which is a bonus! I don't recommend this foundation for those who are prone to dry skin because it can accentuate dry patches if you have any (and if you do, moisturize). It also has pretty good staying power.

Hoochie is a beautiful bright bright magenta purple color! I fell in love with the color the very moment after I put it on my lips. On my lips this looked like a lighter version of MAC's Heroine lipstick.The consistency of these lip tars are interesting, texture is often creamy at first until they dry to a matte finish. Lasting power is pretty amazing, it pretty much stayed on my lips even after eating and drinking. Sure the color did fade after wiping my lips, but what do you expect? Its not a sharpie. Even though I only reapplied once after I ate, color was still there. The only issues I had with these lip tars are the fact that they are drying and could feather out, other than that its a wonderful product!

Lipstick -MAC - Matte - Diva

Easily one of my favorite red lipsticks! Surprisingly its not drying for a matte finish, in fact its kinda creamy. Diva has a very nice vampy dark mulberry red color and its perfect for the fall and winter seasons. You could also wear it for a night out! I swear this lipstick is definitely universally flattering for ALL skin tones! Diva is a very sexy vampy color and its a MUST HAVE in every girl's MAC collection.

Mascara -Maybelline - Full 'N Soft Mascara Waterproof

One of my new favorite mascaras! This definitely a mascara intended for a natural lengthening look, so don't expect too much of a thickening effect. This is probably the only drugstore mascara that has not flaked or smudged on me. I always have problems with smudging and flaking, so at the end of the day I would have raccoon eyes. But nope not for this one. Love it!

Treatments -Sally Hansen - Instant Cuticle Remover

I can't believe how long i've lived without this miracle product! I used to just push and cut my own cuticles dry without a cuticle remover (i know its bad). And those days were hell because it would literally take me more than 10 minutes to get all my nail beds clean. This product really makes a difference, not only does it speed the manicure process - it also makes my nails look clean and pretty. Love it!

Polishes -Essie - Limo-Scene

This is my go-to nail polish each time I have a formal event to go to! It's just a very nice sophisticated nail polish and i love it. The only thing that prevents me from giving this a full 5 lippies is the fact that the application can process is quite streaky. But once you learn how to work with it, it will be all worth it (because you'll have pretty looking classy nails). 2-3 coats would suffice. Also I should add that this nail polish looks really great with tan skin.

Lipstick -NARS - Flamenco

At first I was afraid I was petrified. Kept thinkin' I could never live with red lipsticks without being too bright; but then I spent so many nights thinkin' how I should give it a chance. And I grew strong and I learned how to get along with red lipsticks when I discovered NARS Flamenco! hahaha. ***Its a really nice vibrant red lipstick that comes as a luster formula - meaning that its sheer and you could build it up to a level of intensity that you would be comfortable with. I wanted to experiment with red lipsticks for the holidays and I found this! Don't underestimate the fact that it is a luster formula because it is pretty opaque. But this is such a universal red vibrant shade that will just catch many eyes ;) Its a red lipstick shade that makes me feel so sexy. It can get drying at times though, so make sure you exfoliate and moisturize!

Eye Shadow -Chanel - Prélude Quadra Eyeshadow

I've always been curious about trying the Chanel quads because of all of the hype that I have been hearing. The first time I saw this quad was on Temptalia's blog site, it was then I knew that had I immediately needed to have this quad. The colors of the eyeshadows were something that I didn't own in my collection. I mostly have warm neutral eyeshadows, but not cool ones like this. At first I hesitated buying this quad because I thought the colors would be too cool for my warm skintone, but they work just as well! I love how smooth and buttery the eyeshadows are. They are also pigmented and are pretty crease proof. This quad is an A+ in my book. I also posted up a pic above of the quad :)

Eye Shadow -Chanel - Ombre Essentielle No. 90 Fauve

This eyeshadow is not unique because I find that this is the EXACT and I really mean EXACT same color as The Balm's Just This Once Jamie eyeshadow (which could be found in a single pan form or in the Vol.2 palette). So if you want a cheaper alternative, The Balm would be your best bet. The only difference is that Chanel's Fauve has multi-dimensional shimmers (meaning more fallout), however I find Chanel's to be a lot more crease proof. For 28 bucks, I don't find this to be all that worth it, I like this eyeshadow because of crease ability proof and I like the color - but I probably wouldn't buy this again. I uploaded swatches of both eyeshadows to compare!

Lipstick -MAC - Matte - Taupe

Taupe is the perfect fall color. It is a really nice brown based neutral lipstick with a bit of a red brickish color (think of the color of an adobe). I observed that some of the reasons for bad reviews on this product is because people expect this to be a nude lipstick - well its really not a nude. I feel like a lot of warmer tanner skintones look great with this lipstick. So if you have tanner or warmer complexion, grab this! It is a bit drying, but that is because it is a matte. Just apply some lip balm and moisturize before applying it. Staying power is also great.

I am a bit embarrassed to admit that I am currently obsessed with this perfume, but I seriously love it so much! Jessica Simpson. Who knew? I would've never imagined me liking celebrity perfumes. But honestly I love the sweet, light, creamy scent. It's not strong nor does it contain that generic "perfume-y" scent that most fragrances tend to have. And what I mean by generic is that the scent that you easily become sick of. I don't know if it's strong enough for others to smell, but I can surely smell myself throughout the whole day. I know it's old, but whatever =P

Bronzers -Christian Dior - Dior Bronze Matte Sunshine SPF 20

OMG! I love this bronzer so much! I don't really use bronzers because I tan very easily, but because I have been embracing my tan lately, I wanted to try something that would neutrally warm up my cheeks, give me a nice warm glow (but without the sparkles) and that I could also use as a contour in the winter- and so I did a little research on recommended matte bronzers. I found some positive reviews on this bronzer as well as other ones, but I decided to try this one first. So glad I did. Its hard for me to find a bronzer during the summer time because I can get very dark (NC40-45 in summer) and most bronzers either oxidize in a weird orange color, look too ashy, or blend in too well with my skin. I am currently an NC42 and I got this one in Spicy Tan 004. It gives me just the right amount of color. A bit steep on the price range, but it is so worth it. It lasts the whole day and doesn't oxidize.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous Million Lashes - waterproof

I guess it is hard to find a mascara that will thicken and not create a clumpy mess, but this mascara eases this issue. This is one of my new favorite mascaras (this and maybelline falsies waterproof). I love the brush applicator because it prevents my lashes from picking up clumps. It lengthens, but I don't really need much help in that department as I naturally have long lashes. However, I do need help with giving my lashes a thicker appearance. But this will do! =)

Lip Gloss -Revlon - Colorburst Rosegold

This is a dead on dupe for MAC's Dazzleglass in Bare Necessities8, I swear. I no longer have to throw $18 bucks on a lipgloss, I can just spend 7-8 bucks on the same color. Of course it may not be as long lasting, but thats not a huge deal for me.

Liquid -Chanel - Vitalumiere Aqua

This is probably the biggest investment I have made for a foundation, but this is honestly one of the best foundations i've tried out there! (tied next to Dior Nude) I have tried MUFE HD Foundation, MUFE MatVelvet, Revlon Colorstay, Lancome Teinte Idole Freshwear, and Dior Nude SPF10. It's just perfect for combination/oily skin type folk such as I. This has a light to medium coverage, but is easily buildable. It just looks so natural and makes my face look so flawless. I absolutely love the non-greasy lightweight formula of this foundation. It is not exactly a matte foundation because it does give a nice natural glow to the skin, but its not greasy looking either. I haven't broken out from using this foundation either. I am an NC37/40 and I use B40 -which is just perfect for me.
