Pros: 1. Pretty good price for a LOT of product. I bought the full size 5.5g for about $7-8 and it will probably last me until the end of time 2. Super quick shipping, great customer service, and love the free sample options 3. A little dark on me, but matched my yellow skin tone decently 4. Decent in covering up small blemishes and acne marks Cons: 1. Basically useless for concealing under-eye bags. This, along with other mineral concealers I have used, usually just ends up accentuating them. 2. Godawful cheap packaging makes a mess of everything. When I carry this in my purse, powder always tends to leak out. The packaging could really be better! 3. Believe it or not, this concealer made me break out a little. I always felt a little itchy upon application. Nothing too disastrous, but I did notice that after I stopped using it my skin did improve. I feel bad for giving Everyday Minerals a bad review since I like the company, but overall, would not buy again.

Eye Shadow -Kat Von D - Metal Orchestra Palette

One of the best eyeshadow palettes I own. Easy to blend, suuuper pigmented ( the black is 100x blacker than MAC's Carbon), beautiful colors and shades, and phenomenal staying power. Coupled with a primer, I apply this before going out to a party, and even in the wee hours of the morning it will STILL have not creased. Unfortunately, since the shadows are kind of chalky, they are also pretty fragile. I took this palette on vacation, and when I came back and opened it, the black shade cracked and left a mess all over my make-up bag. I ended up scraping out the entire shadow from the palette. :( So, one lipstick off for that, and only that.

My best friend swears that this lasts all day long for her, but even with UDPP it smudges like a mother on me. I don't get it. :/ 2 lipsticks only because it is VERY pigmented.

Concealers -Physicians Formula - Conceal RX

I've been shopping for an HG concealer for quite some time now with little luck. I have some pretty prominent eye bags -- I'm not talking about dark under-eye circles, but straight-up sagging U-shaped purple BAGS, which, when coupled with lack of sleep and all-night ragers, look like death on my face. In the past I've tried out various powder concealers, Benefit's Boi-ing, and MAC Studio Sculpt concealer, but none of them did as good a job of covering up my eye bags as Concealer RX. Pros: 1. Industrial strength, provides excellent coverage that lasts allll day. Only a tiny, tiny amount of product required to cover up my problem areas 2. Cheaap. Got this at a BOGO 50% sale, so this set me back approx. $3 3. I have a hard time finding concealers and foundations that match my pale, yellow Asian skin tone. Most concealers are too pink/orange for me. Natural Light is the perfect fit for me because it has yellow undertones. For reference I've been matched to NW20-25. 4. I generally like the sticky consistency. I don't like it when concealers are too watery or runny because they tend to look streaky on my face. The key is to dab it on with your finger and work quickly because this dries pretty quickly. Cons: 1. Natural Light works for me, but the fact that this product only has two colors pretty much sucks for anyone who's darker. 2. Can definitely be drying, so moisturize well. I could see how this product wouldn't work well on dry skin types Overall I am a very happy camper :)
