It looked pretty thick and cool when I first put it on. 3 hours later my mascara has run. Not cute. Good thing I saw it before I left for work, I'd look like a raccoon until someone was good enough to tell me.

Mascara -NYX - Doll Eye Mascara - Volume

Bought this from the product reviews here and I can't believe my luck. 5 or 6 mascaras I've bought from Sephora have flaked within a few hours, but not issues with this one and it's MUCH cheaper. No irritation, and I'm usually sensitive to eye makeup, so I'm impressed there, and it added a lot to my long but fine lashes without any clumping or issues. It may not be fair for the other poster to subtract a lippie for it being non-lifting. It isn't a curling mascara, and she would get better results on that issue with a heater curler anyhow. I love this!

Sunscreen -Avene - Ultra high protection cream SPF50

I bought this at my local CVS and it was $16 for 50ml or 1.69 oz. I was expecting to pay mroe for some and was surprised to find it there, so I was happy enough to test it at the store. The peach color of the creme might not be the best US selling point because I immediately thought this must be tinted and a cover as well, and may not even try to put it on. I was very happy to see it disappear completely and it didn't leave any visible residue on my skin. The smell was not string and faded quickly, so that was fine, and then over a month or so, I'm surprised that I still havea lot left even though I thought my application was generous. And I am noticing less problems with my skin when I use my Retin-A micro. So I'm giving this a high rtating because I think it works and it hasn't irritated my sensitive skin! :D

Concealers -Make Up For Ever - 5 Camouflage Cream Palette
rated 5 of 5

I liked this set of concealers, but I would have named the product differently. I would also have liked a compact package, but that might just be me. I see this as a pallate so you can spot treat it, but there is a separate highlighting concealer that is good for undereye circles. I would have used the term cover-up for this, or spot-treater. That said, I have yellow and red places on my face that need evening out and I love how well this stuff works. It's a creamy substance but seems to stay on very well on my recent indie movie shoot and bleneded easily with my regular foundation. My skin is pale and combination, but not super-pale, if this helps.
