I have a few show-offs but i think this is my favourite. I tend to be more of a mac pigment girl but Ruby-Doo is just beatuiful as a mid-tone in a smokey eye. It really compliments my hazel eyes. I would liked to have more colour pay off with this one but its lovely as it is.
I feel it may be time to give up on my quad obsession and start making up my own again. I agree totally with dlbd2k06 (below) It didn't work for me, either. I believe if you buy a whole product, the colours should work together but these just look awful on me. Loving Rousabout, though. Fab on the brows and crease :) - two lippies for that.
A little something for the ghostly girlies out there! I love this Powder. It gives me just enough glow, without the worry of looking too rouged up in certain lights. I'm NC15 (or slightly paler) and i find it difficult to apply colour to my face, even with the lightest touch! This is perfect and its back with Hello Kitty, so i can stock up!
Despite the bad reviews, i bought this quad anyway, thinking it would be fine on me. It didn't happen for me at all. Two of the colours washed me out, Restless and Tickles. I can't do much with Bravado at all and the only colour i ever reach for its Take wing. Its a shame its in the reject pile but i can't help my colouring! For ref - nc15, hazel eyes, natually blonde (but dyed bright red)
I'm not a huge fan of this one. I reach more for "Brassy" but more for an es base than anything else, as i always feel that it washes me out. As an eyeshadow base, its great!
Brassy is a fairly light fluidline and i've only ever used it as a liner once. It didn't work too well for me and i felt i'd have to put it up for swap. I'm not much of a gold fan but i am a mac addict, so i tried to work with it. As a base, its fantastic and works really well with browns and greens :)
This is my go-to colour in the morning for a lazy day. As its Chocolate brown pigment in a fluidline, it works as a fantastic base, under the chocolate brown pigment to keep it in place. It lasts all day! Love it.
Eyeliner -MAC - Fluidline Eye-Liner Gel - Frostlite

I'm NC15, so this fluidline is pretty much a winner as far as highlighting goes. Its a little thicker than the rest of my colours but smooth enough to blend onto the browbone and highlight cheekbones etc.
Eyeliner -MAC - Fluidline Eye-Liner Gel in Blacktrack

Fluidlines are one of my favourite MAC products and i use them every day for one thing or another. (Base, eyeshadow, liner...even highlighter) With blacktrack, its fairly simple. Black liner top, bottom or waterline, eyeshadow base (Instead of sharkskin shadestick) or use in outer crease below a black shadow to get the ultimate smouldering eye! Blacktrack fluidline is my go to black eyeliner. It stays put all day and its waterproof. What more could i possibly ask for?
I bought shell thinking it would be much lighter and smother in consistency, like "hush" but sadly, it just wasn't to be. As a highlighter, its too glittery and slightly chunky. As a lip colour, like a previous reviewer said, its too pale and as an eyeshadow base, i find it creases. Maybe a pre-base would work - UDPP or TFSI? No good as a highlighter on me, as i'm ghostly white. Perhaps another one for the scrap heap!
Over the last year or so, drugstore comsetics seem to have gotten better, brighter and last much longer than they did before. I've strayed away from lot of these brands in the last few years but am becoming a huge fan of no 17 again. I swore by them for years as a teenager but mac and urban decay crept in and i missed out on visiting my make up counters at the Boots shop in my town. I can honestly say i'm reconverted. They are highly pigmented, come in a wide variety of shades and colours and if you use a primer, it'll stay put. Amazing value for money!
This is by far one of my favorite butters. I love the body shop's brazil nut one and by all accounts, this one is fairly similar but i do find it to have better moisturising properties.
I can't really review a product just for its scent.. can i? Well, i can only say this is just what others have said - its scented petroleum jelly. It didn't really do much for me at all but to be fair, it wasn't completely awful and despite the name, there really isn't anything wonderful about this wonder balm.
These are a good standby but nothing special. I've used many facial wipes in the past but i wouldn't say these work particularly well. I use Revlon colorstay foundation and for anyone who uses this will know it sticks pretty fast and won;t budge so i guess i'm not being very fair. It removes other make up pretty well but not for those who wear a lot. I always felt the need to cleanse my face again after using these because my skin never felt clean after using once.
As my all time favorite body lotion is Potion, of course i'm going to give this 5 lippies! I'll buy anything with this fragrance but sadly, the solid perfume doesn't hold as long as the conventional perfume, which surprised me. Anyway, its still gorgeous and lasts ages when layered.
