Concealers -Philosophy - Supernatural airbrushed color correctors

This is an ok product I have been using for a few years. The 3 blendable concealer colours and brush are handy and together in a small package. The negatives would be that it doesn't last long, requiring frequent reapplication, and even when tightly closed, lint manages to get in. I will probably continue to use this, but I wish somehow lint wouldn't be able to get in.

Lip Treatments -Smith's Rosebud Salve - Smith's Rosebud Salve
rated 5 of 5

I have been buying this product for years. This works great on chapped skin and, oddly, blemishes. It has a light rose scent and seems to work well with my hypersensitive skin.

Eye Shadow -Laura Mercier - Eye Colour
rated 5 of 5

I love Laura Mercier eye shadows. All are highly pigmented so the colour looks the same in the pallette as it does on the eye. The shadows offer smooth, long-lasting colour.

Foundations -Giorgio Armani - Designer Modelling Compact Foundation SPF 22
rated 3 of 5

I liked the packaging (at first) and the brush that comes inside the compact. This has buildable coverage, but the brush would be hard to use if you wanted to target specific areas. Colours were limited and the product is expensive. When closed, lint would still find it's way in though. For this reason and the price, I would not buy this again.

Foundations -Philosophy - the supernatural airbrush canvas

I switched to this product after using Bare Minerals which reacted badly with my skin. This product does not have as many colours, but was ok in that it felt light-weight and provided light to medium coverage. Touch ups are needed every couple of hours. The packaging was a bit useless though since applying the product by pouncing the sponge-topped jar to one's face seems odd to me and offers little control. I poured the product out into a Sonja Kushik(?) product that held powder in a canister connected to a brush (you would twist the canister to release the desired amount of product onto the brush). I switched from this product to Laura Mercier pressed mineral powder since it seems to last longer. I now use this product if I don't have my Laura Mercier pressed mineral powder handy.

Powder -Bare Escentuals - Bare Minerals ALL
rated 1 of 5

This product seemed to work well at first - providing buildable coverage. Over time, however, my skin would react to something in this and cause my skin to itch and develop red bumps. My skin is very sensitive. Apparently this isn't the mineral powder for me. I switched to Philosophy's AirBrushed powder, and later to Laura Mercier pressed powder (which was the best). Packaging is ok, but no matter how careful you are the product will get messy once you open it.
