Didn't work. I have all types of acne. Cystic due to hormonal imbalance and I will get occasional white heads and such from eating sugars, caffiene, lactose, makeup, etc...It really didn't work for any of it. It was more like a placebo effect. I feelt like if i put something external then It will help, well nope..it didn't. waste.. I only get results from eating like a diabetic. smoother, younger, etc..you are what you eat...more water too. sip don't tank

Didn't work..plain and simple.. Didn't work on cystic,white heads, black heads, the whole shebang. It did prevent smaller acne and didn't make my acne worse. Still I bought it to make it go away which it totally did not. Smells great.

Don't buy it. save your money for better foods. You are what you eat...I have cystic acne related to hormone imbalance. This of course was not effective on that. Nothing topical is. Just gotta stick to a holistic diet,which is sooo hard,yet is the only thing that works!! Water really helps. and you can't just tank 64oz you gotta sip throughout the day for water to work. Anywho. this didn't even work on regular cosmetic acne (non hormonal). I would wake up with white heads which i never get. Makes my skin sensitive to the sun (i live in Hawaii!). Drying, Three steps, uggh.seriously I've had great results just washing with water, as long as my diet is healthy.

I have the med-thick formula. It makes my hair feel sticky and dry and my hair does not iron out smooth. Actually feels worse and more dry than without. Would not buy again or recommend.
