This made the areas that I applied it to break out even more. I used it on some post acne scars and it made the area even worse. I wanted to love it, but I guess it's just not for me! Now that this made me break out, the search for a new concealer continues once again.
What can I say about this foundation that hasn't already been said? It's medium coverage, which is all I really need. I don't need to use concealer with this and my face looks flawless! A MAC SA even told me my skin looked flawless before he knew that I was wearing this. I have combo/oily skin and I don't have to worry about oiliness at all. I just use some blot powder in medium/dark (I'm an NC42) and that works perfectly fine to keep the shine away. The only issue I have with this is that it feels kinda sticky going on, but after a minute it dries to a matte, glowy finish. I only have to use one DOT of this stuff and it covers my entire face. LOVE. Edited 08/11/09: This worked so well during the winter, when my skin was more combination/dry. However, in the summer, this just doesn't last. It slides off my face within two hours, and leaves me so shiny. Would not recommend for oily skin.

This is a really pretty pink color. Kinda looks barbie-ish to me. On my NC42 skin, this doesn't work though. Much too frosty, I'm returning it today. What was I thinking? On a paler skintone, this would be gorgeous! This is the blonde lipstick, after all..

This product is awesome! My first experience with it was actually last summer and it was a love/hate one. I was very happy with the coverage and how it made my skin look so glowy. But after a few hours, my face looked like an oil slick. I had to return it. Now that it's winter (somewhat.. I am in CA, after all), I decided to give it another go as my skin is much drier. First of all, I'm about an NC42 and the color "Vision" is perfect. I've never had a foundation match my skin so well. The coverage is good and gives my skin a nice dewey look. When I want more coverage, I use this over my MUFE HD foundation. My favorite mineral makeup, by far. Laura Mercier's was also good, but I couldn't find a color match! Will definitely re-purchase. P.S. I don't like the sponge..it's useless. I use a kabuki brush to buff it in instead. Edited on 8/11/09: I hate you, bismuth oxychloride! Why do you have to ruin a perfectly good foundation by making my skin break out in cystic spots? Oh well.
This powder foundation makes my skin look flawless. My skin is far from horrible, but it's nowhere near perfect either. I have discoloration, and old acne scars. This, on top of my MUFE HD Foundation or Revlon Colorstay, evens everything out and just gives me a great glow. I have combination skin and I don't mind putting on a really matte powder, because my oil starts to show through after awhile and I kinda like a little bit of that dewy look. I'm an NC42 and wear No. 7. NOT No. 6 though, that looks greyish-red on my face. Weird. My only gripe with this product is how little of it there actually is! I constantly try to find other products that will meet up to this and are more affordable, but alas...I'll shell out the $40 for a great product.

Based on the reviews here, I wanted so badly to love this product. My skin's actually pretty good, but I break out really easily and I definitely have my bad days sometimes. Generally though, not bad at all. I can get away with wearing just tinted moisturizer and a little bit of powder. I rushed home to try this that night and at first, everything seemed ok. I didn't really like the way it felt, as others have mentioned. The next morning, I woke up to little random bumps on my face. I figured I was just having a little reaction to it, but that my skin would get used to it. SO WRONG! I tried using it again for the next few nights, until finally I had to give up. My face felt like it was on fire, and I breaking out in what seemed like an allergic reaction on my face. It was unpleasant, and it took my skin two weeks to get back to normal. Awesome if this works for you. I'm jealous if it did, but definitely not for me.
I am a lipgloss junkie; I cannot get enough. Despite this, MAC Lust will always be my number one. It's a perfect pinky-nude and goes with everything, from a natural look to smokey eyes. I actually just lost mine a few days ago and have to pick some up tomorrow..I seriously cannot live without it..as sad as that sounds!

LOVE. That's the only word I can think of. Smells amazing, I always get compliments on this. My signature scent.
I must admit..I have a problem with being faithful to this product. I love Nars Laguna too much and tend to stick to one product at a time..but I always end up coming back to this one! I've been using it for about 4 years now, and I've never found anything that gives a better true tan color. Laguna is glamorous, but this is what I use when I just want to look more natural and don't want shimmer all over my face. An absolute favorite of mine.
Let me start off by saying I have bad luck with TMs. They either make me break out, don't have enough coverage, or don't have a color match for me. I just bought this today based on reviews and..I might be quick to judge, but so far I am really impressed! My boyfriend is my biggest critic in terms of makeup. He hates when I try to make Benefit You Rebel work..he calls me oompa loompa. He didn't even notice this was on my face, it looks so natural and makes my skin look fresh and dewy. I wore it for a few hours and so far, not having an issue with my oily skin showing through. Probably the best TM I've tried..will update though! Update: It's been a month, and I'm still loving this. I don't use it all the time, but it's great for those times when I'm feeling lazy but still wanna look polished. HG TM, for sure!
I get so many compliments when I wear this fragrance. One of my absolute favorites, and that's saying a lot! I tend to go for warmer scents, but something about this is smells so unique to me. Lasts a long time. Didn't cost much because I got it from..don't laugh at me..Costco. =]

I'm constantly on the search for the perfect foundation, and before I tried this I was very happy with my Revlon Colorstay. I still think that's a great foundation, but recently my skin has started changing. It used to be really oily, but it's combination now and more towards the dry side. Colorstay started to look too cakey. I tried the HD foundation after getting a sample at Sephora and LOVED it. It covered flawlessly, felt light, and really does give the skin a nice glow. However, the first bottle I bought didn't have the same consistency as that first sample so I exchanged it for another one. Same results, but I do have to admit that the staying power is NOT the best. After awhile, I start seeing my scars come through and my little imperfections. I started using this in conjuction with Laura Mercier mineral foundation and together, I really like the look. I definitely recommend this foundation, but make sure to use a finishing powder with a little bit of coverage.
My first review! I felt compelled to write this as this is a fragrance I can't seem to live without. I have many fragrances (my absolute favorite being V&R Flowerbomb) and seem to have a pretty diverse taste in scents. I'm always switching it up and I've never gone through a bottle, nonetheless three (and a lotion) until I found this fragrance. Not that it matters too much, but guys love this and seem to recognize it. I serve at a restaurant and have often been told my male customers that this scent is their kryptonite haha.
