Self Tanners -Fake Bake - flawless self tan liquid

Best self bronzer EVER. I've been using this for about 6 months since I decided to stop using tanning beds. I tried tons of products before this one and they did not last very long or the color was bad but this products is great, so glad I came across products reviews on YouTube. It comes with a mitt and blue latex gloves and the spray bottle. It gives me the most natural and perfect color on my skin. It pretty much smells like a self tanner, maybe a tiny bit better, but I apply it right before going to bed and when I wake up I shower so the smell goes away and is not a problem for me. The box says that in order to maintain the color you must use it about once a week but I have found that I need to reapply every 4 days to maintain my color. I wish it lasted a bit longer but it's the best I've found. Also I'm acne prone and I use this in my face as well and absolutely no break outs ever. Love it!!
This is the best shampoo I have used for my color treated hair. I'm a brunette and it definitely extends the life of my color. I have been going to the hair salon for touch ups less often over the last year since I began to use it. I love it because it smells delicious and it's sulfate free so it's super good for your hair.
I recently decided to stop tanning in beds and I tried fake bake for a while. I liked it but it wore off quickly and took long to apply. I wanted something easier so I bought both the facial moisturizer and revitalizing body tanning lotions from jergens. First of all you have to apply this every day or your tan fades very quickly. The color was better with fake bake because the jergens ones gave me an orangey color. I have acne prone skin and since fake bake did not break me out I thought that neither would these. Wrong! I got acne on my back (which I haven't had since high school) and 3 big red pimples in my face. This made me upset since the facial moisturizer claims to be oil free. Won't ever buy again, I'll just stick to my old product.
I've been using this shampoo on my brunette color-treated hair. It's supposed to preserve your color and give your hair volume... it did neither. My color would look the same using this shampoo than with any drugstore shampoo that is not meant for color-treated hair. The only reason I'm giving it 3 lippies it because it does clean hair nicely and doesn't over dry it. I would recommend this shampoo to someone without color-treated hair. It also made no difference in my hair's volume.
Cleansers -Clean & Clear - makeup dissolving facial cleansing wipes

I love these wipes as makeup removers, not as a way to cleanse my skin. I have oily acne prone skin and these do not break me out or cause any side effects. They remove makeup fabulously, except that I have to take a bit more time with the waterproof mascaras but other than they are pretty awesome. I use them right before washing my face with an acne cleanser, so I dont mind the "oily" feel that it leaves my face in.
Bought this lipstick because of the awesome reviews it got, and the color shown in the picture was exactly what I was looking for... Well that's not what I got. The color is not peachy or pink, it's just a plain nude. It looked like a color that an old lady would wear, and it did not look glossy at all. Not at all like the picture or what other reviewers described. I exchanged it the next day for something closer to what I wanted.
Misc Beauty Tools -Clean & Clear - Oil Absorbing Sheets

I have been using these oil blotting sheets for yeeeears. They do a great job of removing oil, but the packaging says that it doesn't mess up your makeup and I have found that to be untrue. I wear light foundation all over my face and every time I use these sheets I see my makeup coming off onto the sheet. After many uses I can see my makeup wearing off. I still use it anyway because I have extremely oily skin, so it's a compromise. These can be very expensive for sheets of plastic, so I recommend buying the store brand ones that look and work EXACTLY the same (I only buy the Clean and Clear ones when they are out of the store brand ones). I never notice the difference, except that the store brand ones can be a couple of dollars cheaper. Also since people will oily skin are probably reading reviews for this product I would like to share what I have been taking for my extremely oily skin, spironolactone. It was prescribed to me by my dermatologist and it has literally changed my life. I've had very oily skin since I can remember, for over a decade now and I'm 23. I know how it can impact your self esteem, having very oily skin. And FYI I have extremely oily skin, not just a bit of oil sometimes so if you are like me I would recommend that you ask your derm about it because it has helped me a lot. Good luck!
Moisturizers -Clean & Clear - advantage oil-free Acne Moisturizer

I used this lotion on my acne prone and oily skin for about a year. It's just okay. It did nothing for my acne, but it didn't break me out either. The lotion is a bit oily and makes my face shinier faster. I wouldn't recommend this for oily skin types. I've found something much better since.
So I'm going to assume that the "lightening lotion" refers to the Dark Spot Corrector. I purchased the dark spot corrector a few months ago without having read reviews... bad idea! I thought the worst that could happen is that it won't do anything and I can give it to someone else so they try it. Well when I first applied this to my face I noticed that it was oily, but I didn't worry because it was supposed to be oil-free, well I woke up the next morning with acne on my face!! I thought that it might have been from something else since I do break out occasionally so I kept using it every night for about 2 weeks. It sucked, it did not lighten up my dark spots and it just clogged up my pores. I then remembered why I stopped using Proactiv when I was a teenager, because their products are garbage. I gave them a second chance but they disappointed again.
Styling Products -TRESemme - Anti-Frizz Secret Smoothing Creme
sleon308 7/26/2012 10:22:00 PM
I have been using this in my straight hair for years. I never ever have frizzy hair when I use this, even in super humid weather. Right after washing my hair I apply about a dime size to my palms, rub it together and I apply it evenly from the middle of my hair to the roots, focusing on the back of my head where frizz is most likely to occur. Then I just blow dry my hair and voila, smooth frizz-free hair. Its a very good product I think for all hair types, but I can say for sure that it works great for straight hair. I also use this when I wear rollers on my hair to get wavy hair. I apply it before doing the rollers and when I take them out I have smooth wavy hair. I haven't noticed my hair weighing down with this product, even though it's a creme.
Moisturizers -Cetaphil - Daily Facial Moisturizer SPF15
sleon308 7/25/2012 2:04:00 AM
This moisturizer is just alright. My dermatologist recommended that I use Cetaphil products for my acne prone and oily skin. It didn't make me break out or anything but it make my skin oilier. I have very oily skin and the texture of this lotion is like a sunscreen, very oily and it leaves your dvr looking shiny (even though you just washed your face!). It got me through the writer months because of its moisture but I honestly would not use it again because I have come across better products. I would recommend this to people with normal to dry skin though because it's a decent moisturizer with SPF.
This is one of the best skin care products I own. This eye cream is very expensive but soo worth it. I used to have dark circles under my eyes and this brightens them up. I hardly use any concealer under my eyes now. It has a very smooth and velvety texture and it moisturizes the eye area really well. My sister used to have small bags under her eyes, I told her to buy this product and her eyes look so much better! She doesn't even have the small bags anymore. Just an overall great and quality product. UPDATE* So I'm updating my review and I'm changing the number of lippies from 5 to 4 because a couple of weeks ago it began to get very cold outside (in the 30s) and my under eyes began to peel!! I'm now realizing that this is the first winter that I've used this product. I looked at the ingredients and lo and behold one of the main ingredients is alcohol which is extremely drying especially if you're out in the cold weather. Obviously I have stopped using it and I've been applying a heavy duty lotion on my eye area to repair the damage and it seems like I'm back to normal after a week. This totally sucks because I'm currently living in Chicago and its winter for half of the year. Haven't decided what I'm going to do yet..
This is the BEST mask I've ever had! The first few times you use it your face will look amaaazing. But after that it won't make your face look awesome but it still makes it look really good. I use it as directed and it makes my face look dewey and brighter and it will fade redness a bit, just overall doing good for your skin. I am acne prone and oily and I haven't broken out because of it or seen any bad side effects. I apply it when I have an important day ahead of me and I want to look my best.
This mask keeps my acne prone skin acne free! This is a great mask to use between facials. I use it as instructed and it keeps my pores clean meanwhile I don't get extractions on my skin.
I've tried dozens of deodorants over the years. I noticed that using the regular ones did not keep my underarms dry all day so I decided to try a few clinical strength products and this is the best one I've used. I only apply it once in the morning and it keeps me dry all day. I use the Sport one (orange letters) and I absolutely love how it smells and feels. Some deodorants smell like baby powder or diapers but this one doesn't. One of these lasts me a little over a month.
