If you have sensitive skin, don't buy this product. It leaves a burnig sensaton, and it is quite dry. i won't buy this again.
Lately, I am in the mood of using "value for money" beauty products. Today got the 150 Buff color. I am impressed w/ the stay on power, today is hot as high as 36C degree. after applying the foundation, I went out riding my bike for about 45 mins, and the foundation still stays put well afterwards, except a very little bit melt off at the nose tip. The texture is very light and sheer. Though, I still find the buff not completely yellow toned but a tiny bit of pinkish. At the same time, the e.l.f. translucent pressed power colors perfectly with this 150 buff. a great match of two great bargains!
To make this cleanser effective, the key is the application. Instead of massage on your face as other cleansing milk, u need to press on and off your face w/ the palms. First, your hands must be dry, then warm the milk to body temperature. Press the milk against / off your face and your hands must do it quickly as if your hands got burned, more like a suction mechnisim to draw out the purities. As you press on and off, the milk becomes stickier, for about another min or two, the sticky milk becomes oil. When you feel the milk is completely melt into oil, massage in circular motion. Depends on the cleaniness of your skin, the oil will produce some yellowish bumps. Keep massaging for 3 - 5 mins, then wipe off w/ tissue paper and rinse off with water. On the days my face is really dirty and oily, I would get lots of bumps, you will be amazed on the dirt you see on the tissue paper. I usually only use once a week. yes, if you use this cleanser in regular method, u would be disappointed. Yet, nothing wrong w/ the product but whether you know how to use it.
Treatments -Elizabeth Arden - Ceramide Gold Ultra Restorative Capsules

Absolutely fabulous facial oil, it is much easily absorbed than any other facial oil I have used, to name a few, the NYR's orange flower oil, the NUXE gold oil. It's the only treatment that you would need in winter time. It absorbs so quickly that you won't end w/ an oily face. My skin type is combination towards oily and it can still leave a matte finish afterwards. Of course, i only use it at night. Tip, warm it in your palm before apply.
Moisturizers -Elizabeth Arden - Ceramide Plump Perfect

Unfortunately the online shop where I used to buy this cream discontinues. Anyway, it is a nice cream, the consistency is less thicker than the Visible difference which makes it a good night moisturer during spring / autumn time. If you would also use Arden's capsules, this cream provides enough moistures for winter season too. Not sure what happens w/ Arden's marketing department that they surely have lost the cosmetic battle to Estee / Clinique / Lancome in China market, by a far far extent. They surely have many great products.
Masks -Kiehls - Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Masque

A very good mask and I like this better than Borghese one, which I think the packaging is indeed a bit bulk and it is quite timeconsuming to build up that thickness of 0.5m in order to have some good effect. Ok, back to Rare Earth, it really cleans out the impurities and my pores obviously are smaller and cleaner afterwards. Tips, use toner to moist your face before applying the mask. Another tip, after shower when your pores are open up, use the pimple needle to clean the black / white heads, then after the mask, so it can soak up the remaining oil inside your pore. I usually follow up w/ a paper mask.
Moisturizers -Kiehls - Ultra Facial Oil-Free Gel Cream

I found this gel cream a bit sticky, though it says it's oil free. Compare to Lancome Hydra Zen gel cream, though more expensive than Kiehl's, I like that better. The face stays matte for a longer period of time.
I have very oily eyelids, so this product does not really stay on. Usually around 3:00 p.m. the eyeliner starts smudging and I will turn into a panda. Quite embarrassng. Instead, I discover something called a gel eyeliner pen produced by a Taiwanese brand, Solone. Cost only 10% of BB gel liner, Solone one really stays on for 10 hours and more! No smudge, no fuss. Since I discover that, sorry Bobbi, won't buy yours again.
Really so so, but w/ a price like that, u can't complain.
Eye Primer -NARS - Pro-Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base

absolutely recommended for anyone, especially Asian, who has oily eyelid. I have used this and e.l.f, I must say that u get what u pay. With e.l.f mineral eye primer, the eyeliner stays put for about 5 - 6 hours at best, but NARS is able to keep it all day long (when most of the time I got off work around 8 - 9 p.m.). The eyeliner truly does not smudge at all. It's a bit dry so remember to wear eyecream underneath first, especially if you are in dry weather.
I have been using this AHA Enhanced Cream for about three weeks now. My skin complexion has obviously been improved that it becomes clearer and smoother, some of the dark spots are obviously lighter after I use and the pores look smaller as well. For the price like that, it's a real bargain! Though, don't expect it smells like any of those big brands, let's say it smells AHA authentic. :)
