Great primer! I've got acne prone skin and this has never caused a breakout for me. Great price, cute packaging. Goes on so easily and helps reduce shine (more so than if I were not wearing a primer at all). You do need to shake it before use but eh, no big deal. I just go ahead and do my hair in the meantime. Also, it's got an SPF of 15 so that's a nice benefit as well.

Fantastic! Love this foundation! I've got such fair skin that I've tried everything from Dior to MUFE to Neutrogena and everything in between. Their shade 110C is perfect for me. Does not oxidize AT ALL and most foundations do within an hour of application. It definitely is medium to full buildable but when I cover acne scars/hyperpigmentation with a little bit more product, you are not able to tell. Great finish. Stays on through a 9 hour workday and well into the evening. I have extremely oily skin...extremely and honestly I went a day without setting my face with powder and my face stayed almost completely matte throughout the day. NO JOKE. This foundation is incredible. My only beef with this foundation is that the area around my breakouts, since I do use topical acne prescriptions, is dry and that is emphasized when I do not wear moisturizer. But honestly, that's it :)

Liquid -Estee Lauder - Double Wear LIGHT Foundation SPF10

Oh snap! Have I just found my HG foundation. I love this! LOVE IT!!!! To start off, I have extremely oily skin, like crazy oily with acne scars galore. YES this is the light version of ELDW but keep reading...my two previous foundations (both of which returned) were DiorSkin Forever and MUFE Mat Velvet+. I have also tried Clinique Perfectly Real, Stay Matte, whatever the mattifying Lancome foundation is, and a Laura Mercier one. This by far has the best finish...keep reading...LoL what I mean is it is very buildable: I can put a sheer layer on first and then build up where I need to cover my acne scars. Unlike Mat Velvet+ and Stay Matte which look horrible when built up, this looks amazing and when using a Beauty Blender, you cannot even tell. What sold me on this foundation was that over the course of 10-12 hours (which is a normally how long I will wear makeup in a day) the finish looks great. Yes shine comes through but not a badly as other foundations and what is wonderful is that as it breaks down slightly, the finish doesn't look fake or cakey. It just looks like beautiful skin. Compared to other long-wearing foundations, this really does last a long time. I've had it on today for 9 hours and I work in IT and the foundation is still on there! It's amazing!! The color selection sucks and Intensity 1 is perfect for me right now, but this does oxidize a little on me so just be warned. Oxidization still not as bad as DiorSkin Forever and Mat Velvet+. EL has come out with a great product and this will be repurchased over and over again!!

So incredibly moisturizing, love the smell, and the Pink Punch color is so pigmented! Literally, all I wear is my pink lip liner from NYX and this stuff for an easy, bright pink lip and it looks great. It has SPF too!!

Liquid -Clinique - Perfectly Real Makeup

I sampled this foundation at Macy's and I really enjoyed it. It's definitely sheer to medium coverage. I have extremely oil/acne-prone skin and within 4 hours the shine did come through. For that reason, I will not purchase it. BUT what I did love was that it covered just enough of my acne scars without looking like I had foundation on! And when my shine started to come through, the foundation didn't look disgusting (as it does when I wear my Mat Velvet+). So, I really feel that it lives up to its claim of being "Perfectly Real" skin-looking foundation.

Eye Shadow -Chanel - Soft Touch Eyeshadow - Safari

Despite the ridiculous price tag, I LOVE this eyeshadow! The color is perfect for that dark, winged eyeliner look in winter with a red lip. Just gorgeous! Anyways, great pigmentation and I am buying more Chanel now just because I have sensitive eyes and I have an allergic reaction to anything that isn't hypo-allergenic. Their products do not cause any irration or rash on me and I'm so excited. It's my little splurge :)

Liquid -Christian Dior - Diorskin Forever Flawless Perfection Fusion Wear Makeup (new - 2011 version)

This was a heartbreak for me. I LOVED this foundation, I mean LOVED it. It mattified my skin, but it still looked healthy. Wonderful coverage. Nicest looking foundation bottle I've ever owned. BUT one sad day, I noticed my skin was orange by hour three. I was freaking out because I got it color matched at Bloomies and it looked nice on in the store. And then I remembered it has SPF in it. This foundation oxidizes like crazy. By the end of the day, it looks at least two shades darker than my natural skin tone. It really stinks because other than that fact, this was the best foundation I've ever owned.

Liquid -Make Up For Ever - Mat Velvet PLUS Matifying Foundation
rated 3 of 5

I had very high hopes for this foundation but I'm very disappointed. I've been on the quest for a foundation that covers my acne scars yet looks natural-enough on the skin. I need to mention that I am on topical acne products. I still have very oily skin but these products make the skin around my break outs extremely dry. With that being said, even with a moisturizer application on my face and Hard Candy's lite primer, this foundation still WAY over-exaggerates those dry patches, more so than any other matte foundation I've tried. I will say that it is verrrrrrrry matte. I stay fairly shine-free for about 6-7 hours, and that's with working with computers all day (oddly enough, a lot of physical work). So if your main concern is shine, this foundation is for you. But it just doesn't look good on my skin. It doesn't blend to a nice finish. With the tiniest setting of DiorSkin powder, my face still looks uber cakey and just fake. I will be going back to Sephora and returning this foundation in hopes to find something else that suits my needs :(
