Cafe Au Lait is an elegant and universally flattering tan/taupe. The wide brush makes it so easy to apply and because of the shiny finish, it doesn't require a top coat. Two coats and I am good to go. It usually lasts about a week without chipping. Complete Salon Manicure nail polish is by far the best drug store polish ever!

Love this! The blonde color is very natural and makes my brows look fuller used on top of a pencil. Highly recommend!

Mascara -Rimmel - Glam Eyes Day 2 Night

What a clever concept, 2 in one mascara! I couldn't resist buying it and am so glad I did. This is by far the best Rimmel mascara I have used. As other reviewers have said, it uses the same brush with more product for volume and less product for lengthening. Another plus is that it is a breeze to remove. Not my favorite mascara, but I would repurchase.

Highlighters -MAC - Cream Color Base in Pearl

This highlighter is soft, subtle, and extremely long wearing. Just a little dab and you are good to go. I love how it gives me a natural glow and when worn underneath my foundation, it makes my skin look like I have just had a facial. Love it!

Eyeliner -NARS - Larger Than Life Abbey Road

WOW! This sassy aqua/seafoam teal green liner makes my blue gray eyes pop! It glides on easily and lasts all day without smudging. It's such a fun pop of color that would look pretty with green, hazel, and brown eyes. Highly recommend!

Lipstick -Wet 'n' Wild - Megalast in Purty Persimmon

When I read that Purty Persimmon is a dupe for MAC's Sail la Vie, I had to have it because I LOVE orange and red lipsticks and this is a perfect combination of both. With my NC/25 skin with yellow undertones, it is very flattering. It stays true to it's name "Megalast" because it is a longwearing lipstick. It is a bit drying though, as most longwearing lipsticks are.The price is sweet - $1.99.

Eye Shadow -Hard Candy - Meteor-Eyes Baked Glitter Eyeshadow Supernova

Supervova is one of the most compelling, dramatic deep velvet purple eye shadows I've ever seen, utterly gorgeous, richly pigmented and perfect for a purple/grey smoky eye! It is a baked shadow with gorgeous veins of glitter that looks subtle on the lids - great for me since I'm in my 40's. I don't have the fallout problems that I have had with UD glittery shades. It is also a great liner used wet. Because the color is so dark, I recommend pairing it with an extreme black mascara like Loreal's Voluminous in Black Carbon. Another plus is the low price of $6! Highly recommend.

Mascara -BeneFit Cosmetics - They're Real

There is certainly no "benefit" to wearing this lackluster mascara, one of the worst, if not THE WORST mascaras I have EVER used. Thankfully, I didn't pay for it since it was included as a free birthday gift in my most recent online Sephora order. I will chime in with other reviewers that this mascara is the queen of clumpy, as hard to remove as waterproof mascara, makes my lashes look thin and spidery, and last but not least, makes my lashes look dry and brittle. This mascara deserves a zero rating.

Lip Liners -MAC - Pro Longwear Lip Pencil - In Anticipation

I had high expectations for this liner since it was touted as an 8-10 hour lip liner. I didn't notice that much difference in the staying power compared to other lip liners, both highend and drugstore brands. The color is pretty and goes great with my collection of hot pink lipsticks, but I rated it with only two lippies because it is not a longwearing lip liner on me.

What I love most about this polish is the thick brush that makes applying it super easy. All Fired Up is a gorgeous, sassy fire engine red that looks so hot. Two coats and I'm good to go. Longwearing, and super glossy, this polish really does make your nails look like a salon manicure! Highly recommend

Lotions/ Creams -Bath and Body Works - White Citrus

I love this bright, clean and refreshing citrus scent! I have the body wash and body butter and love how I can enjoy the heavenly scent at night after my bath but by morning the scent has faded and doesn't clash with my perfume. If you like citrus scents, you will love this.

Fragrances -Tocca - Florence Perfume

I purchased the mini "Love Yourself" fragrance selection at Sephora and Florence is by far my favorite. The other fragrances in this set are: Colette, Bianca, Giulietta, Brigitte, Cleopatra, and Stella. If you don't have this set already, you have to get it because you can have fun sampling each deliciously scented fragrance in the cutest little box with the ingredients for each perfume listed. Florence is a heady, cheerful mixture of florals with the top note of gardenia, but the drydown note on me is more of a musky floral scent. It makes me think of old Hollywood glamour, like this would have been a scent that women in the 1930's would have worn with blood red vintage red matte lipstick. I normally never go for floral scents, but Florence is feminine and girly with an earthy edge to it. This is a perfect fragrance for spring and summer and would be great to spritz on for an instant lift to ease winter doldrums. I highly recommend trying the set, so adorable and perfect for gifts. I plan to purchase the larger bottle of Florence because I love it so much!

Polishes -L'Oreal - Nail Polish in Breaking Curfew 480

If you are in love with OPI's Lincoln Park After Dark, this polish is a great drugstore dupe, with just a tiny hint of a more purple undertone. This is my first L'Oreal polish and I'm not fond of the consistency or staying power, so that's why I rated it with 3 lippies, but the gorgeous color makes up for what's lacking. I wouldn't repurchase this nail polish again but in this shade because it is soooooo gorgeous and a fraction of the price of OPI.

Top/Base Coats -Sally Hansen - Salon Manicure Ultra- Wear Top Coat

My HG top coat. Makes my nails look super shiny like a salon manicure and helps to prevent chipping or fading and will last for several days. When I apply a coat over my nails a few days after I've had them done at a salon, it also helps my manicure last longer. Highly recommend!!!

Polishes -OPI - Lincoln Park After Dark

I hardly ever choose the same polish colors when I have a manicure at the salon, but I have picked this shade the last three times I've had my nails done. I agree with other reviewers that while this is a dark color, it doesn't look overly goth or vampy. I think because of the slight violet/deep purple undertone, it takes away the harshness of the dark midnight black shade. It's perfect for everyday wear and daring enough for dressy evening looks. I found a great drugstore dupe for this, Loreal's Breaking Curfew that I use when I do my nails at home.
