One of my favorite nudes. I was initially put off by it because this shade is the color of my skin and made me look like I was wearing concealor on my lips. However, it looks great with gloss and gives me the ultimate JLo nude lips. This has more yellow tones than any other nudes I have, which is why it stands out.

Eyeliner -Kanebo - KATE Quick Eyeliner

When I told a relative in Japan that I avoid liquid eyeliners because they're very tricky to use, she sent me this Quick Eyeliner and assured me that I need to fear no longer. She was right!! This liner is so easy to use, even make up amateurs could create straight, smooth lines with it. The staying power is good too. I found my new HG eyeliner.

Lipstick -MAC - Half-N-Half

This is a great pinkish nude color for GGGs. It looks a lot like Hug Me on my lips but browner. I like to pair it with Lust, Poetic License and other lipglasses/glosses. Love it!!

Lipstick -NARS - First Bite

This is a beautiful auburn color that is flattering to GGG skintones. I was impressed with the way it looked on the model on Neiman Marcus's Fall Looks section. Since I'm into the natural look, I was a bit disappointed that this lipstick goes on darker (a bit redder) than what you see on the Neiman Marcus model. However, it is still a beautiful color for Fall. EDIT: I'm enjoying this lipstick so much I had to change it to 5 lippies.

Blush -MAC - Blushcreme - Uncommon

I was pleasantly surprised by this light peachy nude blushcreme. I bought this and Poetic License lipglass, Hug Me lipstick and Subculture lipliner to get the MAC Twillery look from the Naturally Eccenstric collection. I'm GGG so I wasn't sure if such a light colored blushcreme would work on my skintone, but it turns out it looks fab. This is definitely my favorite look right now.

Lip Gloss -MAC - Poetic License

Love this color. It's peachy pink, alot like Florabundance. I'm GGG and I pair this with Hug Me lipstick and Subculture lipliner. As I was trying this on at Nordies, the other GGG and CCC ladies who were browsing through the MAC counter liked the look so much that they all decided to try it on themselves. Definitely recommended for fellow tanned ladies.

Lipstick -MAC - Lustre in High Tea

My favorite beige/nude lipstick. I'm NC42 and prefer this lipstick over other nude lipsticks because it doesn't wash me out or make me look like a dead fish. It's a sheer nude so it's not overpowering. I like to pair this with Love Nectar lipglass.

Lip Gloss -MAC - Sheena Lip Lacquer

This is my all time favorite lip color. Totally flatters my GGG skintone. I have Sue Devitt Starbrights in Electra and fell in love with the darker bronze gloss in it. I searched around for a similar color and found MAC Sheena. I love the quality of lacquers so I'm very satisfied.

Palettes -NARS - American Beauty Artist Palette

Yey, I was finally able to nab this palette off ebay. It's pretty much what I expected it to be. The colors in this palette give me a warm, earthy look. I'm GGG so it totally suites my skintone. I just wish Calypso I, the olive geen eyeshadow, was more pigmented. I feel like I have to layer it well to make it show up on me. Other than that, I'm very happy with the palette.

This is a very cute gloss + cheek color trio. The cheek color is sheer so I worried that it might not show up on my GGG skin, but it gives me a nice, warm, summer glow. It also lasts. I really like the glosses as well, especially the darker bronze color. The lighter one gives my lips a nudish shimmer. All in all, a very nice palette.

Palettes -NARS - Emotional Rescue

RAVE for Emotional Rescue! I am GGG NC42 and was very pleasantly surprised by this palette. I had read the reviews here and was a little skeptical. I also wondered if the colors would be too cool for me. Boy was I wrong! I like all the shadows, even Night Fairy, which many people seem to dislike. I love that Night Fairy has large gold sparkles in it. I feel that gold is really flattering to GGG skintones. Lulu, the deep purple shadow, is not that dramatic on my naturally tanned skin. I mean it is, but not nearly as much as it looks on paler complexions. I'm very satisfied with the Orgasm blush and Cannes multiple. I thought the dark berry colored lipsticks would be too dark for my liking, however, they remind of MAC Sophisto in that they are fairly sheer. I did sense the waxy smell on the lipsticks, but the scent disappeared once I put them on. I'm very satisfied with this palette and love the sophisticated "gorgeous" look that this palette creates. Highly recommeded for my fellow tanned ladies!! Think this will work for CCCs and DDDs as well.

Lip Gloss -Black Opal - Lip Gloss in Liquid Gold

I was looking for a bronzy golden gloss to match my warm GGG skintone. As the name "Liquid Gold" suggests, this color is as close to pure gold as you can get. While I love the gorgeous, rich gold color and the glow it gives my lips, this is a very gooey product that comes in a container like The Body Shop lip butters and I hate having to dip my finger into it. But then, I just love how gold looks on my lips so I gave it 5 lippies.

Lip Gloss -Revlon - Super Lustrous Lipgloss in Raisin Glaze [DISCONTINUED]

I was pleasantly surprised by this. I usually go for the natural look so I was a bit frightened by the red color in the tube. However, when I put it on it gives my lips a natural, glowing, soft reddish color. Further, I have medium sized lips and this gloss makes them look full, like Lancome JT in Simmer. Will definitely recommend to fellow warm toned girls.

I like everything about this gloss. The caramel-mauve color is perfect for my GGG skintone and I like to pair this with Revlon Moisturous Lipcolor in Cocoa Mist for my usual polished "natural" look.

I like this alot. Great texture, love the SPF, and it's a great color for a GGG. I also have this in Honey Sip, which is a bronzy nude, but reach for this one when I want a little more color. I usually pair this with Neutrogena Moisture Shine gloss in Chic or Almay Whipped Gloss in Nude Reflection.
