Before this product I was using the VO5 spray. The first thing I noticed when I switched to this one was how GOOD it smells! Even after the straight iron is used on my hair, that same, clean fresh scent is still there, not some burnt, plasticky smell. I was debating this between Dove, but I'm glad I chose this one. it protects my hair and leaves it smelling so so so goood!

Palettes -Coastal Scents - Ultra Shimmer 88 eye shadow palette

LOVE LOVE LOVE this shimmer palette. Which so much choices in colors it's so easy to create combination that works for anyone! I use this with my UDPP and it stays on great, even when I work 7 hours shifts moving around constantly. Some colors are highly pigmented, some are not. You just gotta swatch each one and see it for yourself. The packaging is not the best, but could be better. I flipped the palette upside down and few pieces literally just fell out! I had to get some super glue and put them back into place. I'm scared that if they are handled roughly they would all pop out and they would crumble. But overall, I think this is a great product for the quality and I think the dime-sizes are perfect because most of them are colors that you wouldn't wear on a daily basis, so you wouldn't really need them to be quarter-sized, it will just go to waste.

Makeup Brushes -Ecotools - Bamboo Angled Eyeliner Brush

The softest angled eyeliner I have ever come across - and it gets the job done right! I love it so much that I just had to buy 2 more! I use this to apply eyeshadow with a mixture of water to apply it as eyeliner. Not only it glides on smoothly and softly, but I can do the perfect cat eye with this brush. Overall I think their whole line of brushes are superb. I can't believe they are so cheap, so effective, and good for the environment as well!

Lipstick -Revlon - Just Enough Buff

I saw this color on Halle Berry's lips on a magazine ad and thought to myself, "I have to have this!!" It is the most prettiest peachy shade I have seen! But if course, advertisements are not always accurate. While it does look way more coral/peachy on Halle's lips, it appears more muted on mines. Well maybe the fact that I'm Asian and she's African American makes a difference...! None the less I still think this is a great product. Many times when you get a nude-y colored lipstick, chances are that the more you apply, the more paler and dead you look right? But not with this one! I apply my carmex, and put this on like regular chapstick! 3 times across lower lip, 3 times across upper lip...I guess it's not very pigmented that's why....but its really creamy and feels very moist on my lips. Will repurchase until something better comes along!

Eyeliner -Bobbi Brown - Long Wear Gel Eyeliner in Black Ink

For some reason I have such a hard time finding an eyeliner that does not smudge! Kohl, waterproof, liquid, pencil, I tried it all. I only found ONE product that would not budge, and unfortunately it is not from Bobbi Brown. Seems everyone is praising this gel eyeliner as their HG, so I had to give it a try. $21 was a bit steep, so I decided to try it out via swap. Very creamy and easy to apply. So far so good. I didn't line my waterline, and so glad i chose not to! Within hours of applying, I checked myself in the mirror at work, an lo and behold - slight black smudges under my eyes!! I was so disappointed...to make matters worse, I had to wipe it off and my concealer came off as well, making me look like how i wake up in the morning...TIRED. I wanted to like this product, but it does not work on me...it budges like no tomorrow. And I don't even have oily skin...

Lip Gloss -MAC - Boy Bait Cremesheen

my FAVE mac lippie....but of course it's LE. Why must they torture us with the best products always being LE?? Unlike plushglass/lipglass, the cremesheen glosses are so creamy and doesn't feel sticky. The milky nudey color is to die for! Still looking for a dupe, but until it is repromoted I am using my plushglass in wildly lush

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! my rescue to removing waterproof eye makeup. Plus it's SO easy to use! Just rub it into my eyes to dissolve all the makeup, and swipe with baby wipes or any other wet towlette! And that's it! So much better than using those greasy eye makeup removers. This is very moisturizing and doesn't leave my eyes feeling all greasy. Will use this for years to come!!

Bought this b/c of the good reviews on MUA. If it weren't for these reviews I don't think I would of ever purchased this product! In the tube the color doesn't look much inviting, but it is completely different once it goes on my lips! Def not a nude shade, but a dark peachy color that gives it s a natural compliment on the lips. Plus Revlon always has BOGO deals, so these are a steal! Aside from my MAC lipglasses these are my next choice. Don't let the color in the tube fool you, it looks so good once it touches your lips!

Great eyeliner, but not all colors are created equal!! The very first color I tried was charcoal, which is the BEST eyeliner I have ever come across! Did not smudge after a whole day hiking hills under the burning sun in Greece! So I proceeded to purchase other colors in black, navy, and brown, thinking it would just as great. Boy was I wrong! All the colors expect charcoal smudges. It is just not the same. Only the charcoal gets the highest rating from me, would not purchase any other colors from that line because they just do not work for me.

Until the age of 21, the only makeup i owned were MAC blush and highlighting powder. I felt like I needed to start wearing "real" makeup so that I would look more mature. I always saw the infomercials on TV about this product and decided to give it a try. Well, I liked it, but it wasn't like "OMG wow this is so wonderful I can't step out of the house!" And plus how this product promises to improve the appearance of skin overtime, and hydrates and all that positive stuff, I thought,what have I got to lose? A LOT!! Fast forward 2 years later, I am 23 years old and my skin has never looked so unsatisfactory. I have been using this product for 2 years and did it even out my skintone? NO. Did my overall condition of my skin improve? NO. As a matter of fact, my skin turns red when i use this! What really drew my final straw was when I saw old pictures of my face months prior to using this product. It was supple, even, dewy, full of life. NOW I look the total opposite. My skin couldn't age that much in 2 years?! It took me 2 long years to realize how much I hate this product. I am switching to clinique's foundation and hopefully they will give back to me what BE took away.

Treatments (Eye) -Garnier - Skin Renew Anti-Puff Eye Roller

After watching all the convincing ads on magazines and television, I decided to give it a try. I had high hopes that my ghastly dark circles will be gone once and for all. Well, love the rollerball applictor, feels nice and cool when i put it on in the morning. But a lot comes out, looks like I'm crying! I then have to wait till it absorbs to put on my concealer. The problem is, when it dries, it literally dries! Undereye doesn't feel moisturized, rather more of a sticky-dry consistency. So I apply face moisturizer so I can apply concealer and foundation with ease. Well, used it for two weeks, didn't see any difference. :( Undereye circles were still there, laughing at my failure.

Eye Makeup Remover -Lancome - Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Make-up Remover

So far I think this is the best eye make up I have ever came across. I got the mini sample one you get with the GWP. It is not heavy and greasy and wipes off my eyeshadow and mascara with ease! Since then I have ran out :( so I am onto my next GWP bottle of clinique eye makeup remover and this one is not as good as the Lancome one. The price is a bit hefty for me for a makeup remover, so I am keeping my finger crossed for another sample of this.

Styling Products -Paul Mitchell - Spray Wax

Hair spray is too stiff, and wax is too greasy. But the combination of both? Like PB&J! This is the next best thing since sliced bread! Perfect for teasing my limp Asian hair, and gives me so much flexibility. I don't think it is too greasy not sticky, just need to have control when you spray! And it smells so damn good! If this scent comes in a perfume I would totally wear it! I have a lot of trouble finding this at stores...so I think when my can runs out I think I need to buy it online. Oh well! As long as I can find it thats all that matters!

Love this product so much, just had to have two! One for my makeup desk at home and the other in my bag. I have the gold and silver one, kinda like the gold more just because : ) Can't find any other curler that works as good as this!

I don't know why people aren't going crazy for this product! I cannot live without this!!! It makes my skin sooooo smooth! No need to apply lotion after showering! So easy to use, just apply, let it soak for a minute and rinse away! And I love how it leaves a nice shimmer on my skin! Skin feels like velvety butter, will use this forever! If they discontinue this I really wouldn't know what to do. Seriously.
