My hair is Asian, kind of frizzy/rough and tangles quite easily. Whenever i have an especially bad hair day i just use this product and my hair is much better! It really helps with the roughness and smoothes it down, makes it less frizzy, and detangles it super well. Im not really sure what it means by "anti-breakage" - if it means minimizing split ends then im not sure, because i always seem to still get split ends (my hair isnt the healthiest). But my hair seemed to grow longer faster while i was using this :) and it isnt knotty anymore so my hair doesnt break from me trying to untangle it! I use 1 or 2 pumps for my hair - my hand feels a little greasy afterwards, but my hair is fine. It smells nice but only i can smell it haha. The directions say to apply to damp hair i think, but sometimes i apply it when my hair's dry because it works just as well and i can see the difference more! Good product, i alternate using it though because sometimes my hair gets used to it. And, since i only use a little, i've had it for a couple months now and still have a ton left, so i like that~ i would repurchase but i dont think i have to any time soon!
