My current HG mascara! What's to LOVE? This makes my lashes dramatically long and lush, plus it holds the curl!! Was expecting it to have higher reviews... Well, to each her own right? Seriously though, I work long hours and this does NOT smudge! Also inexpensive so it does NOT burn a hole in my pocket every 6 mos. I adore the gold packaging -not tacky IMO, looks expensive & makes mascara easy to find in my bag! Already recommended this to my friends, I suggest you get one too!

I am in-lovve!! My search for the perfect gourmand vanilla is finally over! Long lasting! According to fragrantica.com, "opens with vanilla bourbon, followed by caramel and red berries. Coconut and white musk are at the base." Perfect for winter nights. It's inexpensive too. Bought my 50 mLs bottle from amazon.com for 28 usd. Will definitely repurchase!

If you are looking for a D&G Light Blue dupe, this is it! It's a citrusy floral scent. Great staying power for an EDT. Could still smell it on my jacket the following day. Bought it for 27.99 usd + tax from Ross. Saw it also in Shopper's Drug. Highly recommended!! Will repurchase again!

Another awesome find thanks to MUA! I bought the 3.3 oz dark blue bottle unsniffed in Shopper's Drug Mart for 19.99 cdn plus tax. Top notes: black cherry & plum Middle notes: orchid, freesia, & iris Base notes:amber, musk, & vanilla I'm no Britney fan, but I ADORE this long-lasting EDP!! It's definitely sweet but unique -very different from the strong synthetic sugary scent of Pink Sugar/the orig Fantasy/ even Fancy! I feel innocent/seductive when wearing this unique fragrance. Can't stop sniffing my wrists.. It's really so irresistible! Highly recommended!

OMG!! Love this scent!! I adore sweet &flirty scents (PS, Fancy, Hypnotic Poison). Pink Sugar used to be my HG but I was sick of smelling it on EVERYBODY. Even with the high reviews, I did not expect to like this fragrance a lot (especially since I'm not a fan of *shudder* Snooki nor of Jersey Shore). The bottle is this loud leopard print -tacky, really. But with a scent as AH-MAZING as this, who cares, right?! According to fragrantica.com, "...candy, driftwood, chilled lychee, quince flower &kiwi. The heart is ruled by PINK CUPCAKE accord, white jasmine &beach flower. The base includes woody notes &sugared musk." Bought this unsniffed in the clearance bin of Winners. It wasn't as cheap as I hoped (CDN29.99 + tax).. Only complaint is for an EDP, it doesn't last long on me.

Yuck! Probably the worst Essie NP I own (next to Ballet Slippers). Streaky, takes several coats for the bottle colour to appear. Save your money and skip this shade. Will not repurchase!

Best.Sheer Nude.Nailpolish.EVER!!!! I love this! This is perfect for the "natural" buffed nails look. NON-streaky (Ballet Slippers, I'm looking at you!!). Totally blows OPI's Bubble Bath, CG's Innocence out of the water. Will buy again!

Wonderful product! Exceeded my expectations.. Currently tied with L'oreal Voluminous False Lashes as my HG mascara (L'Oreal False Lashes are more dramatic). Makes my lashes defined and long. Holds the curl too. Doesn't flake and similar to Maybelline's Full and Soft, only better IMHO. Just wish it had a waterproof version.

Excellent eye make-up remover. Dissolves my waterproof mascara easily. Also has a hard petroleum jelly feel, a little goes a long way. Highly recommended!

Liquid -L'Oreal - Visible Lift Smooth Absolute

For reference, ELDW Sand/Fresno, CS Sand Beige, Neutrogena Natural Beige.. I perfectly matched with Nude Beige (when I'm a tad pale -NC25) & Sand Beige (when I'm NC30/ "tanned"). Great foundation! It's not as drying as DW or CS. Like the other reviewers, I hate the brush!! It put me off buying this.. until I saw Kandee Johnson's video & my sis raved about it. I'm glad they changed my mind. It may be a bit pricey for a drugstore foundation (almost 20 cdn with tax) but the results are beautiful. This makes my skin look smoother and radiant, definitely not a flat lifeless canvas. Did not break me out as well! Minus one for transferring to clothes. Will repurchase.

OMG!! This is a LIFE changing product for me (besides Careprost) -inexpensive (at $10!!) & most importantly, EFFECTIVE, what more can you ask for?! I seriously haven't had a break-out since I started using this (ok, maybe just random zit when its that time of the month). Anyway, I had the worst adult cystic acne breakout last summer. I tried BP, aspirin masks, Mario Badescu products and none worked!! Then I came across this in MUA. I bought mine from Ulta (Walgreens and Rite Aid usually has it, sometimes Winners/TJ Maxx if you're lucky). I apply this at night time and my skin has never looked better! Even my sister is now a convert. Highly recommended!

I remember using felt tip liners years ago (back in high school), then I stopped. Switched to cream/gel liners... Thanks to raeview (one of my favourite youtube gurus) I decided to try this again! With that said, I'm LOVING this eyeliner! It's VERY black, easy to use (especially for cat eyes) & a good dupe for the Lancome's super expensive artliner. Does not smudge as well! Bought it for $9 + tax at the Superstore. Thinking of buying 2 for back up now.

Foundations -Maybelline - New Instant Age Rewind

I just bought the neutralizer shade from Superstore awhile ago. Compared to the other shades, this one has some serious yellow tones in it. Have dark circles under my eyes and Maybelline just discontinued the Mineral Power Concealer (w/c I loved!).. I was hesitant to buy this because of it's funny looking applicator but after watching xteener (from Youtube) use this, I thought I'd give this a shot. ... And I'm glad I did! After twisting the tube, I dab the product underneath my eyes and blend it with my fingers. I set it with my Shu Uemura translucent powder. The hype is true for me, it does not crease nor is it drying. For what it's worth, will definitely buy again & recommend to my friends. HG? Hmm, not so much YET. Maybe after I get used to the packaging and after I wear it for the whole day, will update y'all. :)

I really like this foundation. For reference, I'm NC 25-30. I bought the color in 2W1 Sand from Nordstrom for $38 (including tax). It was a toss up between Fresco 2N2 (too peachy IMO, might just buy it for the summer though). DW definitely outperforms Colorstay in terms of longetivity and it does not oxidize. It keeps my face shine free throughout the day as well. I apply it sparingly with my Sigma F80, flat top kabuki. On the other hand, I need to use blush and highlighter to keep my face from looking flat. I also do not like the packaging (no pump). Will buy again!

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Falsies Waterproof Mascara

Mediocre.. made my long lashes look like horrendous spider legs! I did not notice any volumizing at all. Though I have to admit, it made my curl last the whole day. Did not smudge nor flake on me during the 3 days I wore it. *Sigh* On to the next!! I am still in search of my holy grail, preferably -drugstore mascara (to replace my old fave Colossal non-WP which unfortunately, does NOT hold a curl).
