I have tried many foundations, and this has worked the best for me. It is far from perfect, but it gives decent enough coverage without feeling too heavy, and more importantly, without breaking me out. If gently applied, I can get it to cover blemishes that are slightly flaky without looking too obvious. It blends well, and I don't feel like I have to use a ton of it to cover my face. It is definitely one of the least greasy foundations I have ever used, but like all foundations, it starts to rub off and look a bit messy after a few hours of wear (even with primer and setting powder) I hate the packaging, I really wish it came in a pump bottle rather than a screw-top bottle. I will continue to use this foundation because it is cheap, it doesn't have any negative effects on my skin, and the texture of it is very easy for me to blend.

Foundations -Make Up For Ever - HD High Definition Foundation

I was really excited to finally try this foundation, after seeing so many other people use it. But I was disappointed. I wasn't really able to find the right color. The pinkish shade was a little too pink, and the yellowish shade was a little too yellow. I couldn't find anything in between. Tints aside, the makeup went on very smoothly. I was EXTREMELY impressed by the coverage, i normally have to apply two different concealers in addition to a foundation to completely hide my blemishes/ discoloration. But with this, one coat was enough to smooth out the appearance of my skin. Unfortunately, the makeup does not last very long, even with primers and setting powders. About an hour after applying it, I lightly blotted my face with a blotting tissue, and was dismayed to see makeup transferring onto the tissue. This has never happened with any other foundation I've used. An hour or so after THAT, I had to make a phone call, and was even more dismayed to see a giant splotch of makeup on the screen of my phone where my face had been touching it. Pretty disgusting. Near the end of the day, the makeup started to look a bit cakey and unhealthy. I was also very disappointed that this foundation wasn't non-comedogenic (non-pore clogging). My skin had been improving over the last few weeks, so I was hopeful that it would be able to withstand this foundation. But it wrecked my face after one use. I really wanted to love this foundation, and I was impressed with the coverage. But because it is so terrible for my skin, I will have to return it and try something else.

Masks -Queen Helene - Mint Julep Masque

I was really impressed with what people had to say about this product, so I had to try it for myself. It definitely does not get rid of blackheads or pimples, but it does seem to soften my skin a bit and ease redness. I also noticed it reduced the oiliness of my skin temporarily. The smell was a little odd, like mint chewing gum or toothpaste, and it does leave a very slight sulfur smell on your skin after you wash it all off. It tingles when you put it on, but if you over exfoliate beforehand, it can really sting. I would buy this again, despite doing nothing for my acne, simply because it was very cheap and felt nice on my skin.
