I love this shampoo! I use it with Kerastase Ciment Anit-Usure and they are a dream team! I was told to try them by my hairdresser and they have definitely improved the texture and condition of my hair. I only use them a couple of times a week and alternate with my other shampoo/conditioner as they are really expensive but for me it's so worth it. When I use this my hair feels soft and smooth even before conditioning which is a novelty for me as I have fine highlighted hair so it gets really tangled. This is a must have for me. The only annoying thing is the bottle- the lid is really heavy and it could do with a squeezy bottle with a flip lid...
I was recommended this by my hairdresser about 4 years ago and use it in combination with Bain de Force. I only use them a couple of times a week as they are super pricey so I alternate them with my usual (cheap) shampoo and conditioner and use a masque (Volumactif) once a week. I have fine hair that has highlights so it is prone to tangling and often looks flat as it is very thin. This product almost guarantees me a good hair day! It makes my hair really glossy and soft and it stays in style without going frizzy. It smells delicious and I don't know what I would do without it. I just wish it had a flip top lid though!
I use this once a week on my fine and flat hair and leave it on for about 5 minutes. I absolutely love it. It turns my limp and wavy hair silky and easy to control and it doesn't leave it claggy and heavy like some leave-in conditioners. It IS very expensive but it's made a world of difference to my hair and stopped me losing so much (as I have highlights it tends to tangle and get pulled out!). It smells lovely too. The main downside is the tub it comes in as it's not the easiest thing to use but couldn't recommend it more.
I totally agree about how utterly over-hyped this stuff is. It clumps and goes gunky really quickly and on top of this I had an allergic reaction to this which made my eyes all red and itchy- the only mascara ever to do this to me! Not attractive.
Fantastic self tanner- a very natural colour that builds nice and gradually which is great for fair skin like mine. The slight sparkles allow you to see where you have applied it and the smell is minty and not fake-tan offensive. I do agree about the packaging though. The tube is messy and it is difficult to regulate the amount that comes out! Having used loads of other fake tanners though I would never give up this one. The colour and application are perfect. Edit: I am very sorry to say that I have to change my review completely. On buying this again this year they seem to have drastically changed their ingredients and now instead of a nice minty smell it smells like rusty metal and the colour is no longer foolproof but blotchy and either non-existent or with multiple applications it is orange and patchy. Don't know what has gone wrong but I won't be wasting my money again.

I absolutely love this product. I have dry skin but am prone to monthly breakouts but I find that the texture is perfect for my skin- deeply moisturising yet not greasy or oily. A little goes a really long way and I find it really gives my skin a healthy glow and I haven't had any breakouts since using it (a year ago). I ran out and switched to a different facial moisturiser and my skin is paying the price- Spotty and dry. It also is great under make up. I couldn't live without it!
