One word: horrible. Those with sensitive skin, beware. I have used it four times now, and every time I have taken the utmost care to follow the directions precisely as written. I tested this product on a patch of skin as directed and experienced no adverse reaction, so I went ahead and used it for its intended purpose. The first two times I used this product, it worked very well. I found it quite easy to use and it took off most of the hair. The third time also proceeded with no complications. However, a few minutes after removal of the cream the skin on my upper lip started to sting and burn like crazy. It felt warm to the touch, almost like a sunburn. I looked in the mirror, and the area was turning very red. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsightly and lasted about two days. Although I thought it was very likely it was the hair removal cream that was causing this, I couldn't be sure since I had taken a shower before using the product and had a new cleanser I was using. To confirm, I tried it (tentatively) a fourth time, and this time the stinging sensation started about a minute after application. I immediately took off the cream and noticed the redness and burning sensation again. I have no idea why the first two uses did not prompt this reaction, but now I know for certain that it is this product that caused it. I have quite sensitive skin on my face and react badly to high SPF products (face turns red and swells), and cleansers that are too harsh. The skin on my body is nowhere near as sensitive, which is why the patch test didn't show any reactions. If you have similar sensitivities, please stay away from this product. It is very expensive and not worth your money.
