This is my favourite polish ever. It was the first Essie polish I bought and I fell in love - it's such a beautiful bronze-red, whenever I put it on I can't stop looking at my nails. The formula is pretty easy to work with - mine is over a year old now (I go through nail polish very slowly, I have too many to rotate through!) but it hasn't turned into a gloopy mess yet like some of my other polishes. I like the Essie brush, so that's a plus for me. I don't know if this polish would work well on all skin tones but it works well against my NC20 skin.
I really love this colour. It reminds me of the deep red of a candy apple, but changes depending on the light. As others have mentioned, the formula isn't great to work with - it's really thin and took me three coats to get anywhere near opacity. I could have probably gone for one more coat, but I'm lazy am not generally a fan of polishes that take me more than two coats. For that reason, I wouldn't repurchase, but I do enjoy the colour enough that I'll keep using this one. As for the packaging, it's a typical Essie brush - I really like them and find them easy to work with on my fairly small nails, but I think that just comes down to personal preference.
Beautiful bright red. I was worried it would pull orange on my skintone but no issue there! It really makes my nails pop and is wonderful to apply - I find it's a little more runny than most essie polishes, but to its advantage! Two coats and it's opaque with no streaking or bubbling. Highly recommend!
Polishes -Sally Hansen - Xtreme Wear - Mint Sorbet

Glad I didn't read the reviews on this, otherwise I would have shelled out an extra $7 for an Essie polish! I've liked other polishes from the Xtreme Wear line so I decided to give a couple others a go, and this was one of them. It's the same colour as Revlon's Minted, which I threw away after one attempted application, the formula was so bad. This polish formula was much better - a lot of people think it's too thick but I didn't have any issues applying it. No bubbles and no streaking with two fairly thin coats. It did apply a bit unevenly but not enough so that it caused me much grief.
Beautiful polish with a great color, but I was disappointed with the formula. I usually use Essie for creme polish, and I love their formula, but this polish was watery, streaky, and gloopy all at once. It was difficult to get an even and smooth application, and took a while to dry. I had to use thicker coats just to make it even which resulted in some bubbling. It's not so bad that I'll stop using the polish - the color is really wonderful - but all in all, not the best. I do like how shiny it is when it dries, though, even without a topcoat.
I love doing my nails but have little patience waiting around for my nails to dry so I decided to give this a shot, and I really like it. It is dry to the touch in about a minute but doesn't truly harden for about 15 minutes for me, but that's way faster than any other top coats I've used. It does prevent chipping pretty well and it's super shiny - more shiny than SH's Megashine topcoat.I have repurchased this once but my only gripe is I had to throw my old bottle away when it was only half used (I think I had it for about six months, just stored in my cupboard), as it became too thick and gloopy to use, leaving little spiderweb-like strands everywhere in between dipping the brush and moving it to my nails, and it dried with bubbles in it. But it's not too expensive and I don't need to repurchase it often, so I'll keep using it.
I bought this eight or so months ago and really liked it as a top coat when I started using it. I'm not too picky when it comes to top coats and this did the job for me - it gives decent shine and made my nails last at least 4 days. However, I pulled this out the other day after not using it for a while and it bubbled terribly. I also don't like the packaging, you can't see how much is left. I can't comment on how it works as a base coat because I never used it as one.
Beautiful shade, it looks great with my blue eyes! Staying power is great (with primer) and the texture of it is lovely. I do have fallout issues, though, hence the four lippies - I usually end up with small amounts of gold glitter on my cheeks. Only other gripe is the packaging if you buy the single - very bulky and cheap feeling, to me.
Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original (UDPP)

I've been wanting to try this forever so I finally got it when I ran out of my ELF primer. So far, I'm not blown away by the product. It does make my eyeshadow look a little brighter when first applied. It makes staying power a little better but I still have big creasing issues by the end of the day. Also, it stinks! Luckily the smell doesn't hang around but I don't like applying a product that smells like burning plastic to my face. I probably won't pay for it again when I've had more luck with much cheaper products.
Polishes -Sally Hansen - Diamond Strength - Nude Shimmer

I really like the colour but I hate the consistency. I find it's really hard to apply because it streaks really easily and is quite gloopy and lumps up a little, which just makes the streaking worse. It does last quite a while on me, and doesn't seem to chip as some other polishes.
I love this shadow. Normally I feel iffy to pay so much for eyeshadow but I decided to splurge on this and I'm glad I did. It's a beautiful colour, is super pigmented, and lasts all day for me. I'm not a big fan of the packaging, though, it feels a little cheap to me (if you get it as a single eyeshadow - I don't know if it's in any palettes or not).
I've been trying out a lot of different types of shampoos and conditioners lately and this was one I tried. I like it quite a lot - it makes my hair SUPER soft and it's really moisturizing. I only gave it a 3 because, like a lot of other people said, it's quite heavy and I found it left a lot of residue in my hair, which weighed it down and make me look greasy.
Lotions/ Creams -Aveeno - Skin Relief Moisturizing Lotion

Love love love this product! I've tried a lot of lotions but this one is definitely the best. I use it all over (except the face) after I shower, and it absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling great. It's not as heavy feeling as a lot of other lotions, which I love. Has a slight smell but I don't mind it at all. Would recommend!
Useable, but definitely not good. Not as harsh as a previous powder brush I owned but unless you enjoy picking little black hairs off your face every time you use it, don't buy.
Normally I am one who goes for more citrusy/fruity scents but I was killing time in the body shop waiting for someone and I smelt this and HAD to get it. I can't even describe the scent, it's not really like olives but it is VERY nice. I pretty much only ever buy shower gel for the scent, so I haven't payed attention to whether this is drying or not - I always lotion after I shower anyways. I can't wait to shower again so I can use this! It is a bit pricey but it's not something I use every day, as with TBS body butters.
