I really liked this mascara and it did what it advertises to do. The only problems I had with this though were that it got dried up pretty quickly and started clumping slightly before that. When I would take the excess off with the special way of pulling the larger wand outside that swipes it off....sorry cant describe it....it would leave too much mascara blobbed at the end of the empty stick and when I would put the wand back inside and then inside the container it would goop out the edges when I screwed it back on. I liked the smaller wand for doing my lower lashes and when I wanted a more natural look for the upper I'd use it there although I preferred more dramatic look so usually used the larger end. The only reason I'm sitting on the fence about repurchasing is that it didnt last as long as other mascaras as I noted earlier with it's drying up and clumping. I don't think it was quite 3 months old when it started getting goopy :(. I need to buy another mascara but am having difficulty finding something that did such an awesome job as this one did.
Shampoo -TRESemme - Naturals Nourishing Moisture Shampoo

This is no better then any other shampoo I've used for my fine and thinning hair. My hair still felt dry and bad as 99% of the shampoos I've tried. I stopped using it since it was doing nothing other then making my hair feel dry :(
I bought this at Ulta after not being able to find it in stock at Sephora and was so excited when I got it. The colors are very pigmented and pretty BUT they were a bit too light, too similar and too frosty for me as a whole. I wished there'd been more mattes in this set. My favorite was Gunmetal, Creep and Hustle. I thought Creep was close to Black tied in color in the pan but so much more pigmented :D. However having said that I couldnt warrant keeping the palette for those few colors so I sold it.
I wanted to try this out before I bought so I asked for a sample at Sephora this weekend. I first noticed when I tested it that it reminded me of winter and figured there was cedar in it and so did the lady working at Sephora. I didnt see Cedar listed however when I checked the site. Anyway I tried it out yesterday and didnt really like the scent on me and it didnt seem to last more then a couple hours :(. I had owned both her Saint and Sinner and neither of those lasted long either. It seems to me Saint is very similar to Philosophy's Unconditional Love btw. So back to topic....I will not be buying Adora
I bought this after reading the reviews here after my Black Track dried up. I noticed right away it is not nearly as soft as MAC's f/l....much more dense and I find it not easy to apply. I've used an angle brush and a lining brush and still cant get it to flow on easily like f/l :(. I will say it lasts forever .....ie does not fade all day so that's a plus however I guess I'm going to have to go and buy another black track :(. Uggh I wished it worked for me because I really love the price.
Toners -Boots - Time Dimensions Refining Toning Water

I've been using this a week now and OMG my skin....it's 1000x better then it has ever been! I've never really used a toner before but thought I'd try this out as I felt I may have not been getting all my foundation off at night. I have been using Roc Exfoliating Correxion cleanser and then used the toner and I was very surprised at what was still left on my face after cleansing. My skin felt really smooth, super clean and within two days my skin was brighter and seemed to even out as far as coloring. I had a lot of redness prior to using this and flakies but now it's almost all gone. Another thing I noticed is my pores are A LOT less visible and they were really noticeable before. Also the wrinkles I had are diminished which is my big plus! While I am also using Roc Night Deep Wrinkle at night and the lifting serum during the day I really feel that this has been doing the trick for me since I've been using the Roc Items for over 2 weeks and I noticed my skin brightening and looking so much better just this week and this is the only thing different I've been using! :D
I bought this after reading reviews here and a couple other places as I was trying to find a mascara that wasnt made by a company that tested on animals. This really does nothing for my lashes which I would say are average, neither thin or thick but are relatively long. I really didnt look like I had any mascara on at all. It only made them somewhat darker and curled. I am returning this to Sephora :(
I bought this back in February and had a makeover and the mua used it on me. I loved it when she had done it. She used Skin Refined Zone Treatment under it and 6 hours later it still looked as fresh as it did when she applied everything. I tried it myself a few days later after I had bought the 130. I'm a NW 20 which was slightly more yellow and darker as usual but close enough for me. Well after using it off and on for a few days it just wasnt holding up and after a few hours had started to seperate and looked splotchy. I gave it a try without the SRZ and still the same thing so I returned it and got a refund. Now my search is on again for another foundation :(
I started using this about 3 weeks ago and at first everything was great. I originally used the gel back when I was in my late teens many moons ago. I bought this only for the "anti-wrinkle" part as I really don't get pimples. Everything seemed great until last week 2 weeks into using it. I noticed a small cluster of pimples on my chin which I've never had. Then one on my cheek which was more like a cystic one where I never get pimples. Then I started getting them on my forehead and really flakey skin all over my face. I stopped using the product 4 days ago and I'm still getting pimples! I will have to stop using this and now I'm sorry I started it to begin with. My skin is the worst it's been in 25 yrs!! :( :(
I guess I'm one of the few that thinks this conditioner stinks :(. Uggh I nearly choked from the smell. I got a sample from the local Lush store and used it for the first time today. It smells like old tires and my hair felt pretty dry and not conditioned at all :(. I will give it a few more tries to see if it gets any better but I really cant get past the smell. Maybe my sample was from a bad batch??
I'm redoing my review because at first I thought this worked great. However after awhile I found it was creasing badly. I bought another TFSI and havent had any creasing so out this goes :(
I bought this when they had their sale at Thanksgiving like the above reviewer. The color was hard to match online but I normally wear Maybellines Classic Ivory in Light #2. So I figured the ST-03 would be a good chance of being slightly darker and it seemed to be the closest I could see in their lineup. Well that was far from the truth! It turned out to be 3 shades lighter then my skin!! Also it sunk into my pores like a sieve! No matter what I tried....ie with primer/without....still had the same result. Its useless to me now due to it being so LIGHT! I think they need a comparison chart of other companies colors so people have something to go buy rather then us trying match swatches over the internet. They should offer refunds too because of this. It's not very easy to match over the internet :(.
I originally wanted Saint but my local Sephora was all out so I bought the rollerball version to try it out. I don't like the smell nearly was much as Saint and like a few others have said the scent does not last. Also it started leaking badly so now I can't even carry it in my purse which basically is the sole purpose of the rollerball :(. It was never dropped so I have no idea why it started to leak. I've lost about 1/4 of the perfume from it falling over without me knowing it on my vanity or desk thanks to my cats :( I wish too that she came out with a lotion and perhaps a shower gel so the scent could be layered.
Liquid -Maybelline - Instant Age Rewind foundation
shell69 11/6/2009 7:29:00 PM
I bought this after reading the reviews here and at first really liked it. It covered well and seemed to last but after using this for a few months now I no longer like it. I have combo skin but this seemed to make my skin more oily as others have said. That being said within 3 hours or less most of the foundation is gone! Uggh now on to find another foundation. I used to use MAC's Studio Fix but it made my skin get little bumps on the sides and flakey on my forehead. I liked Lancome but can't remember the name and no longer see it on their site.
Moisturizers -Olay - Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream

I loved this at first and it did exactly what it said. Unfortunately after over a month of use I started to get really dry skin along my jawline and by my ears, red bumps on my cheek and jawbone and itching. I pinned it down to this being the culprit. I'm so disappointed because it made my skin pretty good for awhile.
