Lipstick -MAC - growing trend

When swatched Growing Trend is a cooler version of Gaga 2 they are almost identical. I use these shades the lighten darker colors or with a lip pencil Whirl looks nice with this..This looks like Blankety but lighter. I like the Amplified finish best I wish Mac would add more shades to the permanent line up.

I usually wear Mac and other Dept. store lippies. I figured I would try a drug store brand. I really like the silky gel texture of this and the pigmentation is great,Does not dry out my lips. This shade was a bit too orange on me but mixed with a cool tone LS it's fine. The bad thing is the scent and taste!! I even let it sit with the cap off for a few days and the smell still wouldn't fade. Same thing with Maybelline CS lipstick. I wish I didn't have a problem with the scent I would have picked up a bunch of these.IMO Lip Perfection is superior to many high end lipsticks.

Lip Gloss -NARS - Lip Lacquer in Chelsea Girls

I finally perchaced Chelsea Girls after reading all the great reviews it's a pale nude pink simular to Mac Hue .The color hardly shows up on me. It is sticky but not as much as Mac gloss.Nars must have listened to the fragrance complaints because there is no smell or taste at all in this gloss. I'm not sure if I would buy this again I think there are better glosses out there for less money.

The review from syeung is spot on for this shade, I have this and Cherry Blossom it is nude rosy pink on me a MLBB color.I don't need much there is alot of product in the container.Lip Velvets are very pigmented rich and creamy a satin finish, they don't dry out my lips and they are long lasting . These are the only two shades I can wear the others are too dark.I hope LM adds more colors I will always purchase Cherry Blossom for me it is the perfect every day shade.Sometimes I mix it with Mac's Shy Girl to warm it up,CB looks beautiful with Mac's Soar LP.

I don't usually wear Lustre,but I wanted something softer and creamier for the winter.I Love this shade on me it is a nude pinky color with a tiny amount of shimmer .I will definitely purchase again great MLBB shade!!

I love this color so much that I picked up a few back ups. On me its a peachy pink nude creamy long lasting.Goes great with Feeling Dreamy gloss.Amplified creams are my favorite I hope they make this shade permanent.
