Powder -Clinique - Superbalanced powder makeup (spf 15) [DISCONTINUED]

I love this. Great coverage and it looks so natural. I was getting the dreaded forehead crease, and my other powder foundation seemed to make it show more. I switched to this and it looks so much better. I still have the wrinkle, but it is less noticeable.

Misc Beauty Tools -Olay - Professional Pro-X Advanced Cleansing System

I love this and fear I may become addicted! I have rosacea and have been afraid to get facials for years because usually I pay for it afterwards with a flare up. My pores had been awful due to sunscreen use and I was desperate. I tried it with my own gentle face wash- first aid beauty- and after only one use my skin looked better than it ever has after a facial. After the second use, my blackheads are so clear looking, I may go out without makeup today, and I haven't done that since college. I highly recommend this product! It costs less than half a facial and the results are better, and yours to have every day!

Mascara -Bare Escentuals - buxom lash
sensitiveskingirl 1/17/2011 1:49:00 PM
LOVE THIS. Stranded on an island material. Have tried every mascara- Dept. and Drug store. Best for my sensitive eyes, sparse lashes that clump like crazy. Worth every penny because it lasts the full 3 months- and more if you risk it- without changing at all from it's first opened consistency.

Shampoo -Aveeno - Nourish+Moisturize
sensitiveskingirl 1/17/2011 1:46:00 PM
I really like this. I usually use Bumbles Gentle shampoo for my hair because because I shampoo every day due to my frizzy fine but lots of it hair texture. This leaves my hair smooth with out using a conditioner. Great value!

Powder -Clinique - Almost Powder Makeup SPF 15
sensitiveskingirl 12/25/2010 2:01:00 PM
I love this stuff. I have very sensitive rosacea skin and this does a good job of covering it without breaking me out more. I am also a bit oily in my t-zone, and it does a decent job with oil control. My only issue is that it can settle into a fine frown line I am developing as I get older, but maybe I am just in denial about the line?

Shampoo -Ojon - Ultra Hydrating shampoo
sensitiveskingirl 12/25/2010 1:55:00 PM
I just used a sample of this stuff two days ago, and two shampoos ago and I still cannot get the disgusting smell to leave my hair. It did a decent job as far as a shampoo, but the smell is rank! I wouldn't use it if it made my hair look perfect, with no styling. It smells like you washed your hair with a pile of ashes from burnt insence (sp.)

Mascara -Fresh - Supernova
sensitiveskingirl 7/9/2009 11:24:00 AM
This mascara offers a nice look on skimpy lashes, but is not as good as my standby Full and Soft. After the second day my eyes started to burn and water. I wasn't sure it was the mascara- so I went to put it on the third day and had to was it off minutes later due to irritation. Luckily I bought the sephora trial size- not the full size...

Moisturizers -Clinique - Continuous Rescue Antioxidant Moisturizer- Combination Oily to Oily [DISCONTINUED]
sensitiveskingirl 4/17/2009 1:16:00 AM
I have super sensitive combo skin and have spent a the last few months in a panic because my standby for years was discontinued and I was about to run out. I didn't know what to do- I even called the company and asked them to track down the last jars- and they could not find any. I begged them to make more. Then I found this and it is great. It absorbs easily and makes my skin look glowy and feel soft- but does not upset my rosacea. My skin feels healed and calm- which rarely ever happens, not even with "sensitive" lines. I think I like it even more than my old stand by.

Eye Shadow -Laura Geller - Eye Stay Duos
sensitiveskingirl 4/17/2009 1:07:00 AM
I love this product. It is great for a busy person who wants to still highlight their eyes. It is easy to apply, stays on all day and washes off easy with your face wash. The colors are very wearable and the champagne color does not turn orange or pink on me- which is quite a feat considering almost every shadow in that range does.

Lip Gloss -Korres - Cherry Full Color Gloss #25
sensitiveskingirl 1/24/2009 3:00:00 PM
I like this gloss a lot because it is moisturizing, does not have a bad taste or feel and adds enough color to my very pale lips. It stays on well for a "naturally" based gloss and does not feel clumpy even if your lips are a little dry. The think the color is pretty neutral since I am pale and tend to turn things too orange or pink.

Mascara -Korres - Deep Colour Mascara - All
sensitiveskingirl 1/24/2009 2:56:00 PM
I really like this- I just wish it were cheaper since I replace mascara every two month after a very awful incident with a sty. It gives a nice natural look- but makes extra wimpy my lashes long and not at all clumpy. Goes on easily at first- but after a couple of months it does start to get a little clumpy- which may just be because I am used to using super freash mascaras- I guess it is time to replace.

Concealers -Origins - Quick, Hide! Easy blend concealer
sensitiveskingirl 1/24/2009 2:50:00 PM
Love this. Great coverage, but looks natural. You just have to blend well and find a good match. You can use it on less makeup days to cover spots and dust with a powder, or used it when you have a full face on. I have used it for at least 10 years- sometimes I cheat- but I always come back. My only conplaint is that is comes out at the top of the tube after using it for a while- which you have to clean. It is better than their previous tube package that squirted out a bunch every time you opened it though.

Eye Shadow -Prescriptives - Moonbeam Reflective Eye Color - Skylight Pink
sensitiveskingirl 1/24/2009 2:39:00 PM
I love this ES cream. I think the previous review has the color wrong though- I have aphrodite pink. I like how it comes with a wand and I can just dab it on and smooth with my finger in a hurry. It stays on all day w/o creases, which I have never experienced- in fact my only complaint is that I have to use a makeup remover to get it off. It is slightly shimmery, just enough to brighten, but not look glittery or crinkly. It looks good on it's own- but also as a base.

Shampoo -SAMY - for damaged hair
sensitiveskingirl 1/24/2009 2:32:00 PM
This is my new HG shampoo. I have the color pure version- pinkish-purple bottle? I have used Bumble and Bumble for years, and refused to give it up. It was the only thing that made my fine just wavy enough to frizz hair behave smoothly- and din't irritate my sensitive skin. With a baby on the way- I wanted to slim my budget and 20 plus dollars for an 8oz shampoo was not working. I tried many shampoos (ds and salon) to replace my beloved B&B- and this I actually like better than B&B. It is good for fine hair that gets weighed down easily by heavier shampoos but still gentle enough for color treated hair. I have noticed no color fade and my hair is so soft- I can skip a conditioner if I want. There is no residue left behind- just soft clean hair- that combs easily even w/o conditioner.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Double Extend Mascara
sensitiveskingirl 4/12/2008 2:54:00 PM
I like this as a dual purpose mascara. I use both ends for a dramatic night look, but only the dark end for day. I have used a lot of mascara, both department stores and drugstore, and this is my favorite.
