I received a sample of this from QVC, and it sat it my makeup drawer for weeks before I finally decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised. It's more like a gel than a lotion, and it goes on smoothly and makes my skin feel amazing after putting it on. I was using it every night, but I think it was breaking me out, so I started using it every other night, and I didn't notice any more problems. The only reason I wouldn't purchase this is because it's super expensive.
Lip Treatments -Fresh - Sugar Rose Lip Treatment SPF 15
seharden135 7/12/2012 3:36:00 AM
The only bad thing I can say about this is that it's crazy expensive for a tinted lip balm. The thing is though that I loved it so much I would be willing to spend that on another one. I tried the Rose, and I love it. I lvoe the color, and it is so moisturizing. They also have other colors that I'd love to try.
Makeup Brushes -Sonia Kashuk - Small Powder/Blusher
seharden135 7/12/2012 1:44:00 AM
Although this brush does shed a little like other reviewers said, it didn't shed enough to bother me. It wasn't like I was picking them off my entire face like one person said. I just had one or two small pieces here and there occasionally. The brush is really soft and the handle is made of plastic (unlike the cheap elf brushes). The size is really nice for applying blush, but I also use it to apply powder and my bare minerals foundation.
Makeup Brushes -Sonia Kashuk - Bent Eyeliner Brush

I love this brush! I use it with the Sonia Kashuk liner palette, and it works amazingly. I have small eyes, so I need small liner brushes to give me more precision. Otherwise I end up looking like I applied my liner with an eyeshadow brush. I loved that it's bent because it makes it so much easier to apply liner. I've also used it with a gel liner (and it was even a cheap E.L.F. liner), and it worked well with that too. I also love the quality of these brushes. I love white brushes, and for a while I used the E.L.F. ones, but they were cheaply made (like painted wood that scratched off), but these are plastic and hold up really well.
Blush -Sonia Kashuk - Beautifying Blush - Sunset (03)
seharden135 7/12/2012 1:12:00 AM
I really like the packaging of this blush, and I love Sonia Kashuk's line, but the color was just not what I was expecting. It's great in the container, but I'm so pale it looks awful on me. (It's more orange than coral.) I don't know what I was thinking. It might look good on darker skin tones though.
I have three of the colors: Caring Coral, Rose Elixir, and Nourishing Nude. I love all of these. I like them even better than the Revlon Lip Butters. They are very moisturizing, and the color stays on longer than most tinted lip balms I've tried.
Polishes -Sally Hansen - Xtreme Wear - Mint Sorbet
seharden135 7/12/2012 12:56:00 AM
This is my favorite Sally Hansen nail polish! I hate the other Sally Hansen polishes because the brushes are so big and it's hard to apply, but not this one. The color is amazing. I have been looking for the perfect mint color for a while, and I love this one. The formula is amazing. I really didn't even need two coats. For the price, this is a steal.
This is my favorite color in the Sinful Colors line. It's a pretty coral color. I absolutely love it. For $2, the formula is amazing, and it doesn't chip.
Blush -NYX - HD Studio Photogenic Grinding Blush- English Rose
seharden135 5/20/2012 12:11:00 AM
This is my favorite product from NYX. I love that it's grinding, so I don't ever have to use more than I need, unlike loose powders that come in sifter containers. It does get really messy though. I also love the color. It's kind of bright, so I didn't know what to expect at first, but it looks much better on my face than I thought it would.
I really like the packaging of this blush, but I don't think there's enough product, because it's so small it's hard to swirl my brush in it. I wasn't crazy about this color, because it's much darker than I usually wear, but it actually looks good on my fair skin.
Blush -Tarte - Amazonian Clay Long-Wear Blush in Frisky
seharden135 5/20/2012 12:04:00 AM
I love Tarte's blushes, but I didn't think I was going to like this color at first, because it is way more coral than I expected. I have fair skin, so it doesn't really look right unless I wear bronzer too. But I decided to try it again, and I really like it.
This is hands down my favorite blush of all time. This is the second Tarte blush I've bought, and I love love love love love it. It is the best blush I've ever found. This color is a pretty pink (not as bright as Dollface but not as coral as Frisky), and it's the perfect pink shade.
I hated the packaging of this product, because it's impossible to not get the shadow alll over your brush in the container it comes in, so I put mine into an empty eye shadow sifter I already had. I love the product itself however. The colors are pretty sparkly, but aren't tacky or Kesha-like.
This is the first Mac eyeshadow I've ever tried, and I really liked it. I wasn't too crazy about the color, because it was more red than pink, and I thought it was more pink. I still love it though, because it's highly pigmented, and it last all day.
I really love the color of this product (a pretty coral pink), but I wasn't crazy about the packaging, or the price. It was expensive, so I was expecting a highly pigmented color in a flip open case, but it has an annoying twist open container that I just hate. It also doesn't last very long, even when I use primer!
