OH...MY...GOSH! I have finally found my HG mascara! For years I've looked for the perfect lengthening, volumizing, separating, va-va-voom mascara. It has been especially difficult for me because I have the shortest, teeniest tiniest lashes you'll ever see (or not see, actually!) I thought DiorShow was the greatest out there, but the brush is just too big for my tiny lashes. But Phenomen'eyes cannot be beat. It's surprisingly easy to get used to and to use. Honestly, I'm shocked every time I apply it. I feel like I'm applying false lashes without all the mess. Thank goodness for Phenomen'eyes!

Fragrances -Chanel - Chance

The obsession I have with Chance is getting out of hand! It's my favorite of all Chanel fragrances I've tried. This is one of those "a little goes a long way" scents because it's very strong, but not obnoxious. It smells classy and warm. My boyfriend teases me, telling me I smell a little too much like an old lady, but I completely disagree :)

Blush -Ulta - Cheek Color - Bashful

This is my HG blush! I never thought I'd say that about Ulta makeup, but I got it in a cheap kit and haven't strayed since. I have pretty fair skin and was constantly on the hunt for a color that didn't make me look like a clown...and wasn't too orange...and gave my cheekbones definition. This blush does the trick. I can't say enough about it. Plus, a little goes a long long way and it smells yummy.

Tinted Moisturizer -BeneFit Cosmetics - You Rebel Lite Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15

You Rebel Lite is my first tinted moisturizer, and it's very nice. It has a little color, not overbearing, and it doesn't get everywhere. The coverage is very light like it suggests, so if you're looking for a lot, look elsewhere. The smell is delightful and I like the metal packaging. I would recommend this for drier climates/seasons. It's extremely mositurizing and if it's warm outside you'll notice. I knocked off a star for the intense moisture that can get greasy if you're not careful, and for the extremely light color. I guess I should try the regular next time instead of the "lite" but overall I do like this quite a bit.

Shampoo -Joico - Color Endurance Color Lock Shampoo

I'm usually a big fan of everything Joico, so I was surprised at how disappointing this shampoo turned out to be. I had my hair colored, used this shampoo and conditioner, and I swear within two weeks my color had faded drastically. I'd never experienced that with any shampoo before. How sad!

Highlighters -BeneFit Cosmetics - High Beam

I've never tried a highlighter before, but after trying High Beam, I'm glad I did. It brightens the face and has subtle shimmer. I applied it over my eyebrows and on my cheekbones and my face glowed. My skin is a bit oily though, so I have to be careful with how much I use.

Mascara -Christian Dior - Diorshow Black Out Mascara

I finally gave in and bought Diorshow Blackout. And now I'm a believer! When I say that I have short, tiny lashes, I'm not kidding. I've never found a mascara that blew me away. The only time anyone has ever commented on my lashes is when I've worn fakes. When I put it on this morning, my mom excitedly exclaimed, "OMG! You have eyelashes!" Yes, I am totally sold. It makes them look long and dark and full, and I didn't notice any flaking or rubbing off. You must get this mascara.

Mascara -Bonne Bell - eyestyle in black

For the price, you can't beat this mascara. I'm very picky when it comes to mascara because it takes a great one to even make it appear that I have lashes! While I'm not a huge fan of the brush shape, I was pleasantly surprised with full, natural-looking lashes. Nothing big or over the top, just pretty, flirty, defined lashes that lasted all day with zero clumping or mess.

This shimmery, smooth gloss is a beautiful peachy pink that compliments my warm skin tones. The texture is my favorite facet of the gloss. It's so smooth, not sticky or gummy.

Powder -Bare Escentuals - Bare Minerals in 1.2, fairly light

This is the best powder I've ever used. I've been a fan for about 5 years now. I have to say I'm having some acne problems at the moment and BE is doing a pretty good job of covering it up. Only gave it a 4 because it can be tricky to figure out for first-timers, and the packaging could be improved. The makeup gets everywhere if you're not careful!

Shampoo -Redken - All Soft Shampoo

I've been coloring my hair for about 10 years, resulting in damage no matter how much I care for it. When I discovered All-Soft shampoo and conditioner, I hit the jackpot. It works so well that I only use it a few times a month. It makes my hair soft, manageable, shiny, and all-around healthy and healthy-looking. My hair is in the best condition it has ever been in thanks to All-Soft.
