Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Mega Plush

I really like the waterproof version of this mascara, so I thought I would try the non-waterproof. I took this back to Rite Aid and exchanged it for the waterproof. This didn't curl my lashes like the waterproof one did and it smeared under my eyes. Yuck.

I bought this as a set on QVC along with the brush. I like this foundation and I like the brush, but I don't use the brush to put the foundation on. I tried that and the brush seemed to absorb to much of the liquid. I used my fingers the second and I liked the results alot better. My skin is really wacky. This foundation will show dry patches if you have any. Apparently I have some I didn't know I had after using this lol. I think the coverage is a little more than medium. It blurred my scars alright. I liked the way it looked. I think this runs a little dark. I got medium and it was a good match and usually medium foundations are a bit light for me in the summer. Overall a good deal on QVC for the set and I would repurchase.

Scrubs -Aveeno - Skin Brightening Daily Scrub

I find this to be a very gentle scrub. I use this in the morning and sometimes at night if I don't use one of my heavier scrubs. It has seemed to help clear up my skin...somewhat. I was kind of surprised at how much better my skin feels and this is the only thing different I have used lately. I suffer from adult cystic acne which really is frustrating. This hasn't made it disapper or anything. But, it doesn't overstrip my skin either. I will update if anything changes over the next couple of months.

Mascara -Rimmel - Sexy Curves

In my opinion, this mascara is very ordinary. It didn't provide any "sexy curves" to my lashes, even after using an eyelash curler on them. Mascara is one item I am usually disappointed with when it comes to delivery of manufacturer claims. This mascara did not deliver.

I found this mascara to be below average. It's a very inexpensive mascara so I didn't spend much on it. I found it to be very clumpy. I will not be repurchasing.

I was very impressed with this mascara! I have thin, straight lashes that never hold a curl for very long. This mascara is light weight, even after I applied four coats. The thing I liked the most was that it added more length than volume and my lashes stayed curled. The wand bends a bit, which is different than what I'm use to, but it didn't affect my application. My lashes were not stiff feeling, they stayed curled and they were not clumpy.

Hair -Unlisted Brand - Coconut Oil

I use Nutiva brand that is organic. I use it on my hair only when it is completely dry. For me it works the best this way. I have very thick, coarse, wavy hair that is very dry and coconut oil is the only oil that has worked on my hair to make it feel softer. I rub it between my hands to melt it and distribute it all over. I just leave it in. A wonderful bonus is the smell...num num :)

Gosh, I wore this in high school lol. I loved it back then, and I still think it's an alright fragrance. I just wouldn't buy it now because there are so many fragrances I haven't tried.

Concealers -Maybelline - Dream Lumi Touch

I have severe undereye circles and this does help to correct them a bit. I bought this in the shade radiant, which is kind of a pink color. It has a brightening effect on my undereye area. I use it under my concealer. I do find that this creases, but only slightly. Of course, I'm 38 and anything is going to crease at least some on me.

I'm not impressed by this mascara at all. I like the wand, but the formula is too wet which causes my lashes to droop. And, it takes forever to dry.

Lips -Revlon - Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain- Rendezvous

On my lips this is a medium/light orange shade. My lips are quite pigmented so this does not show up bright on me. I have to put several layers of this color on. I love the minty smell of these balms and I do not find that they dry out my lips.
