why oh why is mac not selling this anymore?? I bought this last year and have been religiously wearing this to work at least 3 days a week. it's the perfect shade of melony/peachy with a hint of gold. My skin tone is NC 30 and it makes me GLOW

Lipstick -Revlon - Revlon Super Lustrous in Fire and Ice

Lisa Eldridge has always said good things about Revlon lipsticks so i decided to get my first one today. I have lipsticks by MAC, NARS, Clinique, Loreal, Estee. I am completely floored by this lipstick. The formulation is so creamy and smooth and feels like silk on my lips. The color is very pigmented and looks lovely! I am ready to toss out my NARS and MAC ones coz those feel so dry to the lips in comparison. Couldn't be happier!! thanks lisa

Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Homemade Vitamin C Serum

For several months, I was on a skin regimn where my derm was giving me a mild TCA peel on a regular basis and hydroquinone and retin A treatment( Obagi Nuderm). Although the treamtent significantly helped with my pigmentation, I was left with EXTREMELY irritated, flaky and sensitive skin. It's sensitive to the point that even attempting to sqeeze a black head can lead to a huge zit. Any hydrating cream makes me break out. All of these have left me with marks and uneven skin tone and i am 10 times worse off then i was before my obagi nu derm treatment :(. I started using this serum a few weeks back. My skin is so super soft and supple and hydrated. Those annoying flaky bits around my mouth and chin are GONE. I expect to see improvement with my acne scarring soon. This is the formulation i use: 1 tsp vitamin C powder 5-6 tsp water (enough to dissolve). I never use hot water as ascorbic acid is very unstable and heat can change its properties. 4-5 tsp glycerin. I usually add up the two liquids to 10 tsp. I guess that gives me a 10% vit C solution? In the past I've added vitamin E or even a very small quantitiy of Retin A. The vitamin E was really thick and made me break out ( no surpises there). so now i just stick with the basic recipe. I might add the liqorice extract in a few weeks.

Loved this product for the first 8 months of purchase before it dryed out to the extent of being un-usable despite the lid always being tightly shut. will never purchase again. I wish i could upload a pic of the product on MUA. It has SHRUNK considerably in size..

Eye Shadow -E.L.F. - Mineral Eyeshadow

I own Outdoorsy and Earthy, both of which came in a mineral eyeshadow starter kit that also included a flat application brush. I got these from my local target for $5, which is just brilliant. The quality of the products is great, the colors are very very pigmented. I use these shadows with a green eye shadow stick (also by ELF) as a base. Absolutely stunning colors. So glad I bought these!

Brows -E.L.F. - Eyebrow Kit

I have this product in "Dark". My eye brows are BLACK black and the kit works really well for me. I typically use my eye liner brush to apply the cream product using gentle small strokes to fill in my eye brow gaps. works beautifully!! Haven't used the powder part, I think it may be too light for my eye brow color.

Tinted Moisturizer -Clinique - Moisture Sheer Tint [DISCONTINUED]

I wore this throughout winters and it evened up my complexion and didn't give me any clogged pores. I love the formulation as it is creamy but doesn't make you shiny. I have no issues with the smell, infact I love the fact that they don't use any perfume. I just finished my bottle yesterday and will be purchasing another one over the weekend. Highly recommended for anyone who requires a low coverage product.

Why i pay over $40 for a product, the least I except is to NOT break out but hello this product makes me break out like there's no tomorrow EVERY single time I use it. The one I use is the oil - free variety which makes this even more annoying and makes me wonder what kind of CRAP they put in this. Complete and utter waste of money

My mom used to put it on my skin when I was a kid and told me it was the best thing you could do for your skin. And then I became a product junkie and started splurging on ridiculously expensive creams and serums full of AHAs/BHAs and peptides and hyaurolnic acids that ALL subsequently ruined my skin... guess who's back to the basics and loving it again.

Bought this on Lisa Eldridge's repeated recommendation and LOVE it!!! It makes my skin glow and doesn't have any chunky glitter that most highlighters do. I mostly use this on the high points of my face, right above my cheek bones. Recently i started using this all over my face as a foundation primer and it makes my skin look luminous!! very pricey but worth the splurge!

I really like the texture as it's light and moisturizing, but the formulation is terrible and blocks my pores and ALWAYS makes me break out. Update: I completed tossing out all 4 bottles of this after a gigantic boil formed on my nose after using this F#$ed up product

I used this as my shampoo and the 3 minute miracle deeeeep conditioner. My usually frizzy hair is smooth and has tons of volume. I couldn't be happier.

Eye Primer -Smashbox - Photo Finish Lid Primer

This is by far the WORST eye product I have ever used. The product was crumbly and didn't prevent creasing. My eye shadows did not stay on all day. The WORST part however is that not only does it NOT do it's job, but it also makes my eyelids EXTREMELY dry(I have tried putting an eye cream under it). I would've given it a negative 5 if makeup alley would let me. I have used UDPP and Two faced both of which I love and will def stick to in the future.
