I really like this as a night cream. I keep trying other creams that catch my attention, but I just keep returning to this. It is the only thing I've found that really helps with dry skin and leaves me looking glowing in the morning. I think it has an herbal/grassy smell, which isn't bad. Also, you get quite a bit in the jar so the price isn't bad. I have even tried to not like it, which just won't happen. Definitely a good buy!
Masks -Unlisted Brand - Aztec - Indian Healing Clay

This clay really is great, like everyone says. I used it maybe 2 or 3 times with water, and I could never get it to mix right. It also didn't make my face "pulsate" and didn't do much for me. When I mixed it with apple cider vinegar, WOW! There was a huge difference. Yeah, it smells terrible and makes my face red for about an hour after I use it, but it fixes deep pimples and even exfoliates. I think a major bonus to this mask is the "pulsating" - blood rushes to your face and I think the circulation helps your skin remove toxins, etc. I never had any breakouts after using this either. I recommend using this at night and applying a good night cream afterward. It will soak into your skin and your skin will look great the next morning. Don't bother using it if you don't have ACV - using water is just not the same.
Eyeliner -Stila - Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner

I travel a lot for work. Even with all of the sleeping on planes and 12-18 hour days, humidity and everything, this eyeliner stays in place! It's great not to have to worry that if I fall asleep on the plane I won't look like it. It's a little hard to apply, but I found that if you make small lines on your lash line, it creates a smooth line. You can then trace over it and the line is a little darker. Works like a charm! I want to buy this in other colors than black.
I actually bought this after the concealer I wanted was sold out at Sephora. The sales associate recommended this instead, so I bought it. I ended up liking this better! It really covers up my dark circles and stays put for a long time. Definitely keeping this in my makeup bag.
This has been a good primer for me. If I don't apply makeup on top, it makes my skin look better. If I do, the makeup stays in place longer. My favorite part (and why I keep using it) is that it makes concealer so much easier to apply under my eyes. I have dark circles that I like to cover up but often the concealer can look to caked on. This eliminates that problem.
Conditioner -Bumble & Bumble - thickening conditioner

This product was expensive and didn't work very well. It also had a different smell, which wasn't unpleasant. I could deal with it if the conditioner was otherwise good. It didn't really condition my hair. It pretty much did nothing... Good thing I only bought a travel size.

I always have puffy eyes when I wake up in the morning and this is the only product I've used that brings the swelling down. It goes on nicely, doesn't have an overwhelming smell, and layers well under makeup. I don't have any complaints and would definitely buy this again.
LUSH has discontinued this shampoo. I wanted to replace it but couldn't. I'm surprised that others had negative experiences with this shampoo. I bought this hoping it would brighten my naturally strawberry blonde hair. It DID! I used it a couple of days in a row and it definitely brought out the color. I only bought a small sample, and had been using it a couple of days a week. It lasted so long that when I went back to buy more, they told me it had been discontinued. They suggested I buy I Love Juicy, because it would be similar. While it smells good and clarifies my hair, it doesn't do anything for the color like this shampoo did. I hope LUSH brings it back soon!
I love this scrub. I don't use it every day, but I could. I don't have the problem that others seem to be having of not being able to remove the dark color. I only use this in the shower, and I would recommend that others do as well. I always make sure the cleanser is totally removed before getting out of the shower. I haven't had any other problems with it. I love the smell of this. It's hard to describe but I think I like it more each use. I have had the same small tub for 6 months and I'm still not done with it. I have been using it a few times a week. This seems to remove the little flakes on my face without being drying at all. I have been using Retin A Micro a few times a week to keep acne under control, and this doesn't conflict with that at all. I will definitely keep this one in stock!
This is my new favorite scrub. I can't get enough of the smell! It's gentle, yet effective on my sensitive skin. It's natural and scores well on cosmeticsdatabase.com. Exactly what I was looking for.
I love the MK lip glosses. They go on nicely and I don't have to reapply often. Some people have complained that they don't last long enough, but they last a few hours for me and I don't need them to last any longer. I will just reapply if I need to. The gloss moisturizes my lips so I don't even need to wear chapstick under it. My lips feel good long after it wears off. The colors are really great too! And not too "wet" looking, which I like.
I miss my Mudd masks! They discontinued the products. If you miss them like I do, please write Chattem a letter and join the facebook group "Chattem, Bring Back Original Mudd Masque!!" Maybe together we can bring Mudd back!
I love the 5 minute masque! But Chattem discontinued the whole Mudd line, so you can't find the masks anywhere. I have tried looking online with no luck. If anyone knows of a similar product, PLEASE let me know. I am down to the last little bit in my tube. Also, someone created a facebook group called "Chattem, Bring Back Original Mudd Masque!!" so join it if you want to bring them back!
Cleansers -Mary Kay - Timewise 3-in-1 Cleanser and Moisturizer
sarahu 5/4/2009 9:55:00 AM
I bought the Mary Kay Timewise 3-in-1 cleanser and matching moisturizer for combination/oily skin. I have found with other cleansers that my face will be dry in areas and oily in others. This seems to balance my skin and it looks less oily at the end of the day. My skin is also soft and clear! I thought I would still have to use my acne cleanser to prevent breakouts but so far I haven't had any! My skin is also sensitive and I have had no reactions to it whatsoever. I didn't rate it a 5 because it seems like I might have to repurchase more frequently. Maybe that's because I am more diligent about using this!
