Conditioner -Joico - K-Pak Reconstruct Daily Conditioner

To start I would just like to say that this review is of the conditioner AND shampoo of this line. This product is fantastic. I used lemon in my hair to lighten it without getting highlights, and ended up stripping it of all life. I researched online and looked high and low for a good reconstructing shampoo. Then, I was surfing YouTube, and came across juicystar07, or Blair Fowler, and her everyday haircare routine. Curious, I took a look, and sure enough her shampoo and conditioner were of the Joico K-PAK Reconstruct line. So I hauled my butt to Wal-Mart to try it out, and I am blown away. After just one wash, my hair was rejuvinated and brought back to life. It is amazing, a bit pricy, but totally worth it.

Eyeliner -E.L.F. - Brightening Eyeliner

I was at my local Target a few days ago, and was in the cosmetics section. I had always been curious about the E.L.F. line of products, but was skeptical to try it because of its unrealistically cheap price tag. Finally, I figured why not, and bought this eyeliner in black. I am in LOVE with it! For only $1.00, you get a creamy, rich, black eyeliner thats not too harsh, and blends wonderfully! Its staying power is also delightfully surprising, as it last almost all day with little running or smudging. Amazing! This will probably become my HG eyeliner, believe it or not! I am planning to go back and pick up the other colors, including a navy blue (midnight), a gold (gilded), and dark purple (plum), a charcoal grey (ash), and a brown (coffee). I highly recommend this product, and for only $1.00 you might as well try it, it could be a hidden gem for you like it was for me!!!

Shampoo -Pantene - Classic Clean shampoo

This is my all time HG beauty product, out of everything. Nothing can compare to how well this shampoo works. It leaves no residue, makes my hair shiny and soft, and smells so clean and fresh. I will never use another shampoo, pantene is the best!

Polishes -China Glaze - Refresh-Mint

This is one of my all time favorite polishes!!! The color is such a pretty light mint green, almost identical to wintergreen tic tacs, which is so cute!!! It is a bit pricier than regular drugstore nail polish, I got mine for about $7 at Sally Beauty Supply, but its worth it. The brush gives you smooth application, and it last a long time if you put a topcoat over it. Less chipping than cheaper polishes, China Glaze is a great brand. Will buy again!

This moisturizer is awesome! I use it everyday after I get out of the shower, then right before I go to bed. My skin feels softer and healthier, plus it leaves no sheen or shine on my face. Love how light it feels, and will be using it for a while. Love it!!

Lip Treatments -SoftLips - French Vanilla spf 15

Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, OH MY GOSH! I have found my HG lip product. SoftLips vanilla is absolutely AMAZING! It smells like sweet cupcakes and frosting(!) and feels like velvet on your lips. The packaging is so cute, I love how its long and thin instead of short and thicker, like Burts Bees. After applying, my lips instantly felt softer and more supple, and the scent was so comforting, like being in the kitchen with my mom baking a cake! Also, they come in packs of two for around 3 dollars, which is a steal! There are more tints and flavors available, but the one ive found to love the most is traditional vanilla. Love, love, love, and a little more love for this product, would 100% recommend!!

Eyeliner -Rimmel - Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil in Sable Brown

I originally heard about this product on youtube, from Ingrid, or missglamorazzi. She raved about this eyeliner, and at the time I was looking for a good brown eyeliner to use on my waterline for everyday use. I was very happy with this product once I tried it! I was a little skeptical of it at first, since it only cost about 3 dollars, but it is such good quality for the money! It is the perfect natural brown color, and the formula is very soft and smooth, perfect for gliding on my waterline. Its staying power is not the best, I found myself reapplying once throughout the day, but that is hardly an inconvenience. All in all, this is a wonderful product for the money, and I will be a repeat buyer once mine runs out! Also, there are many different, less standard eyeliner colors to choose from in this product, such as jade green , violet, pink, and royal blue. One of my favorite eyeliners, and would deffinately recommend to anyone!

Mascara -Maybelline - Lash Stiletto

I wanted to like this mascara, I really did. However, it was a big dissappointment. I do like the packaging, the "stiletto" heel of the tube is very cool, and that was actually the main reason I bought it. But, when I first opened the tube I was overwhelmed with a wierd, almost rose like scent, which is strange for a mascara. Then, when I put it on my eyes, they looked like spider lashes, and didn't have the patent leather shine like the commercial promised. Also, the rubber brush was a turn off for me, my favorite is the traditional bristle brush. I did like that this product was easy to get off, and i had very little lash fallout. All in all, I would not recommed this product to anyone, and I would request not wasting your money on it. Sorry Maybelline!

Eye Shadow -Clinique - Color Surge Duo in Strawberry Fudge

This product is wonderful! I love how creamy and soft the shadow feels on my lid, and the color is amazing! The fudge color is very pretty, shimmery light chocolate brown, and the strawberry color is gorgeous. It is a light pink, but with hot pink and gold undertones to it. The actual shimmer in it looks gold on the lid, which is beautiful. I wear the strawberry color everyday on my lids, and use the fudge color when I want a more dramatic and smokey look. The quality is everything you would expect from clinique and more. I have had mine for many months, and with using the strawberry color every day, and the fudge color about 2-3 times a week, I am not even close to hitting pan. Love, love, LOVE!

Mascara -Maybelline - Full 'N Soft Mascara

First of all, I would like to say just how much I adore this mascara!!! It is the perfect combination of lengthening and volumizing, and is just amazing! I really like that the wand is the more "old fashioned" one, and not the rubber one. I find that the actual bristles work much better, and feel more natural and organic. This mascara has zero clumps, doesn't smudge, and is prettty easy to get off. I usally just use soap and water on a q-tip, and all of it comes off. I also like the color, I buy "brownish black" and its the perfect color to make you look the most natural. If you want the jet black false lash effect to your lashes, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this mascara. However, it is the perfect everyday mascara, and I would highly recommend it to anyone!
