I LOVE this product. I agree with previous posts about it not exfoliating enough sometimes but I've taken to squeezing a little bit of the exfoliating product I like to use onto the pad before cleaning my face with the Wave and it does a great job. I find that when I do that, it actually exfoliates more consistently than what I am able to do with my own finger tips.
