I can't say I've tried this product but I should point out one major thing before buying. A few months ago I bought a mineral-based makeup which broke me out in roughness and rashes all over my face. It turns out this makeup contain bismuth oxychloride which is like a refined metal basically sanded down and it gives an almost sheer sparkly finish. Unfortunately some people (and quite a lot of people can I just say) may experience breakouts because of this or other similar metal based ingredients. Looking at the description of this product and some of the symptoms that have been listed I feel it's my duty to say something here because I'm very suspicious that similar ingredients are being used for this product especially as it's talking about 'mineralise' - I don't even have sensitive skin but if you have had similar problems with mineral make up in the past then I'm pretty sure this will cause the same problem!!

Liquid -Rimmel - LASTING Finish foundation

If you're on a budget and looking for a decent foundation then this is for you. I bought the 100 Ivory and it is a perfect match, it blends well, medium to full coverage, with a nice dewy finish - you don't need too much of this really. I work in a stuffy office and the fact that my foundation looks relatively ok when leaving there is a good reason for buying this product! I'm now stepping into the world of MAC, but should I need to go back to budget foundation then this would be my first choice.

Foundations -Chanel - Pro Lumiere Professional Finish Make-Up ] [DISCONTINUED]

To be honest, I was expecting a lot from this foundation and I managed to find one that was barely used from Ebay. Now I know why that lady obviously sold it on (when it still looked brand new even came in a chanel bag!) because this foundation is the worst I've ever used. The only thing, and literally the only thing that is good about this foundation is the colour. I have really fair skin and can't be bothered to tan all the time and it suited my fair skin beautifully. But not only did it leave me feeling like I was wearing make up but I literally couldn't touch my face in case it came off... I tried everything, using primer, using a sponge or a brush, set it with powder (which gave me more of a matte look which defeated the objective of a dewy finish). It literally lasted two hours and after that I looked terrible! There are many other foundations which are a lot better for a lot less money. The price is disgusting really for the little I got out of it!

I saw this colour in the shop and I was so intrigued by it I had to buy it. Literally the comments did not stop coming from every direction. Even though I am fairly pale it still looked great. It wasn't too thick and it had great staying power - definitely one of my best beauty buys of the year. Worth every penny. Only downside: I wore it that often that it dyed my nails! But that's my fault for loving it so much :)

Foundations -Yves Saint Laurent - Perfect Touch Radiant Brush Foundation

After years of fake tanning I decided to accept my fair skin for what it is and decided to take that step by finding a decent foundation which doesn't make me look dead. Unfortunately this product did not do it for me. I have combination skin with redness around the nose area and the coverage is just so poor I have to put on about 3 layers and re-apply about 4/5 hours later. My redness isn't overly bad and the fact that this stuff can't cover it is a bit disappointing to me. It also gives me more of a matte look as opposed to dewy and it makes me look a bit chalky as opposed to porcelain fresh. However the shade is absolutely fantastic and has made me realise that with a good foundation I can embrace pale skin. Luckily I only bought a tester but I would not pay the hefty price tag for this stuff. Advice is: If you have dry skin or redness, don't bother.

Primer/ Corrector -Clinique - Pore Minimizer Instant Perfector

I have to say this made no difference to my pores, nor did it have any long lasting effects on my skin. Unfortunately my pores are very stubborn anyway so I think I would need a qualified beautician as opposed to some 'miracle' cream. It's a shame because it's not cheap!
