I have only been using this product for a few days but I love it! And I'm not easy to please ;-) I have tried umpteen eye creams, including ones more expensive than this, and not been as impressed. I don't think any product can get rid of dark circles or fine lines but it can make them look better and I believe this is exactly what this product does, and very effectively. My makeup goes on a lot smoother after use and I think this is the key as subsequently my dark circles/fine lines don't look as bad. If I find that my fine lines start to actually lessen as well over time then that will just be a bonus! I also have sensitive skin and other eye creams have brought me out in milia etc but this has had no such side affects so far - will update if it does of course! To apply it, I rub some of the cream on the back of my hand to warm it and then pat it under my eyes morning and night. I usually put it on not long after my shower in the morning so by the time I'm dressed and putting my face on it is ready to have makeup applied on top. The lady on the BB counter was very specific about the warming and patting approach to get the best results and it works for me. She also said you could apply it on your eyelids but recommended only at night. The packaging has a nice high quality feel to it but I agree I would decant it for travel into something less cumbersome. I paid £38 for it which initially might sound expensive BUT you really don't need too much so I think this pot will last for absolutely ages! Plus, I have no problem spending this kind of money every 6 months or so if it works and makes me feel a lot better about an area that was starting to bother me.
