Bad experience. The foundation doesn't last and it leaves your skin looking cakey, patchy and even flaky after a few hours. It doesn't suit people with combination skin like mine. Maybe would work for prople with perfect skin...

I hate to say this, but this is really one of the worst foundations I've ever tried. It feels really good when you first tried it, blends in nicely, nice smell, nice texture, etc... The nightmare actually starts an hour later. My face looked so patchy and tired. It looks like a drugstore brand gone wrong! Stay away from this if you have combination skin like mine.

Skincare - Face -Jan Marini - Non-bioglycolic Cleanser

Great product for any skin type. Even suitable for sensitive skin. This product is an excellent daily cleanser and makeup remover. It removes my water-proof eye-liner and foundation effectively. It doesn't make your skin dry at all. I love it!

Great product. I'm glad I tried it though the inital experience was bad. It felt really strong and sting my skin in the 1st 2 weeks but I was told this is normal. Now that I'm used to it, I just love it. This toner/lotion refines my pore, controls oiliness and evens out skin tone. It's a little pricey, but it has proven results. I'm definitely dependant on this now!

Treatments (Eye) -Dermalogica - Total Eye Care

Bad experience. I have a general good impression on Dermalogica but the Total Eye Care spoils it all. My skin feels dry and the lines more visible when using this. It also makes my skin itchy. I passed the product to my mom, thinking it would work better, but she had the same problem too. I thought the product was expired and asked my friends about it. Half of them who has tried this told me they had the same problem too, and the product is not expired!

Moisturizers -Jan Marini - Age Intervention Face

Excellent moisturizer for dry skin and those with premature wrinkles. I like the smell too. Since I have combination skin, I will only use this when my skin looks really tired and dehydrated. This is a little rich for oily skin, therefore the next best alternative is the serum.

Cleansers -Jan Marini - Bioglycolic Facial Cleanser

Very good cleanser for my acne prone, comnbination skin. My skin condition has improved and is more refined since using this. Though it's expensive, I don't have to use large amount for cleansing. Just a small drop would do the job. A large bottle could last for at least 6 months.

Very drying. Only suitable to oily acne prone skin. Would recommend Bioglycolic cleanser if you have acne & combination skin.

Powder -MAC - Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation

Studiofix also has a wide range of colors to suit every skin tone. The coverage is as good as some high end liquid foundations. It is smooth & doesn't look cakey at all. The color doesn't change whole day. However, touch-up is required due to the humid weather in Malaysia.

Masks -Jan Marini - Skin Zyme Green Papaya Enzyme Mask

For best results, I use the mask after Clean Zime cleanser. After 15 minutes, I just remove the mask with the same cleanser again and my face will be immediately renewed. Unlike other masks that only have effects that last for a day or two, this makes my skin looks good for a week! I can't live without it now...

Another excellent product from Jan Marini. I have absolutely no regrets converting to this brand. I alternate between the T-cream and T-serum. I have sensitive, combination skin. This product works very well for me and brings out the best for my skin.

Liquid -Almay - Skin-Smoothing Foundation with Kinetin SPF 15 [DISCONTINUED]

This foundation gives a medium coverage. The texture is almost as good as other high end foundations, plus it has SPF 15. Doesn't make your skin look cakey or oily. However, touch-up is required as it doesn't last whole day.

Provides a very natural medium coverage. I have combination skin but it works very well on me. Doesn't make my skin flaky or oily. It's lasting, even under humid weather, and my skin looks fresh whole day!

I've never been a big fan of Clinique but this really works to minimize my pore appearance & give me the fresh look. Though the color is not exactly my shade, all I need is to just apply my regular foundation powder on top of it.

I love the fragrance & light texture. Not very lasting though. Some drugstore moisturisers are more lasting & moisturising.
