Ditto. The candle has an absolutely beautiful scent (even nicer than the eau de parfum) ...but no throw.
Fragrances -Comme des Garcons - Sweet Series- Sticky Cake

This is a super-sweet, super-sweet, super-sweet incensey scent. You must like the sweet. Dries down to a sort of candy-iris. Fun to wear once in a while.
I get butter, vanilla, sugar, and musk. Has a candyish/bakeryish quality to it. It's really delicious if you like gourmand vanilla fragrances. Wish it were a large bottle of lasting, spray-on fragrance instead of oil, but oh well, it's just yummy as it is. Love it.
I'm absolutely crazy about this very simple fragrance. Sweet vanilla plus musk, nicely balanced. Yes, it smells very much like Nemat's Vanilla Musk and it's also somewhat similar to Keira Mai Vanille...but Indult's version lasts much longer on me. Because I have to apply those oils more frequently to achieve the same effect as Tihota, I go through them just as quickly or faster than I've gone through Tihota and I've done the math and so I can't really support remarks I've read on the fragrance board that it's more economical to use the oils as a substitute. So I'll have to chalk it up as yet one more great but ridiculously-priced delight to save up for.
Fragrances -Comptoir Sud Pacifique - Caramel Sunset

This fragrance is a dead ringer for those tri-colored coconut caramels. You know, the ones where each piece has the chocolate, vanilla and strawberry caramel flavors with the coconut. I like it, however, I know that some do not appreciate it, so I spritz this one on when I'm alone.
Love the scent! (soft almond-floral-wood) (dislike the bottles, though...I prefer clear glass)
Iris and vanilla. Love it!
Candy scent. Not bad. Somewhat fleeting. 3 lippies.
This fragrance has one of the truest lily of the valley notes ever bottled. I can picture the lotv stalks in the cool, breezy spring air. The trouble is, it is surrounded by soapiness. Still, I like to wear it to catch whiffs of that glorious lotv note.
Fragrances -Jo Malone - Nectarine Blossom and Honey

Sweet, delicate peach-nectarine scent. Be aware, however, that this one turns quickly when exposed to light. Some of the store testers I've tried have been awful. Be sure the one you try/buy is fresh and has been stored away from light. Ditto the body cream.
I think this is my favorite mood-lifting fragrance! I love the initial burst of orange and the lovely green tea scent as it dries down. Lasts longer than any other green tea scent I've tried; worth the money. I will buy this again and again.
At first I wrote off this musk as being too fresh, but then realized what I'm smelling is a slight rose note. If this musk were associated with a color, it would be pink. I now layer this musk with my rose scents (love it with Hermes' Rose Ikebana) for delightful combinations. I will buy this again when I run out.
Fragrances -Comptoir Sud Pacifique - Vanille Extreme

After a long parade of Bourbon vanilla releases... Finally (!) here's a Tahitian vanilla fragrance with some strength! You can sense the delicate scent of the flower, sort of milky yet bitter...lasting. There's no cheapness to it - it's refined. I don't think I'll be layering this with anything; it's quite enough by itself. I do love it.
Read Maller's review. She nailed it! When you get past the first stage, the most true-to-life iris ever in perfume is revealed.
Unfortunately, this was quite sharp and unpleasant on me. I have to agree with the review below.
